“Lanie was my postpartum doula and came to my home 3-4 times a week for almost 4 months, so we’ve spent a significant amount of time together. She was so affectionate and patient with our corgi, Theo, who was adjusting to having a new human brother. Theo likes to jump up to greet humans and we had asked Lanie not to reward his jumping behavior. Lanie was very respectful of our request and would ask Theo to “off” or “sit” and only pet him when he had all paws on the ground. Lanie takes great initiative in her work and will ask relevant questions to ensure she’s being as helpful as possible. I am confident she will make any dog in her care feel safe and loved - after all she looks after newborns and also had a dog of her own for over a decade!”

“Daihong cared for our dog well and he seemed to enjoy being there. She's responsive and accommodating. She often takes care of quite a few dogs. She doesn't let you enter her house so I never saw the other dogs or the living environment but it worked out fine.”

“Rachel and her family are one of the best to watch your fur baby while you're away enjoying vacation. There is a meet and greet prior to booking, and once booking is made, there is a survey about your fur baby info and emergency contact info. I honestly thought that the survey was well written and very professional as part of the booking requirement, which provides reassurance. During Momo's (Samoyed) stay I received detailed daily updates with pictures included. They took Momo (Samoyed) out on multiple walks and plenty of play time throughout the day. I had zero worry about Momo staying with Rachel and her family. Her daughters also played a big role in Momo's stay by playing and napping with her. They even help with brushing Momo's fur which was above and beyond by their service. Anything issue that comes up, Rachel would notify me right away which was very helpful to address them right away. Momo had accidently punctured one of her bone toys with sand in them, and Rachel let me know right away, in case I need to order a replacement. I appreciate how responsive in our communication, and having full attention with Momo. Considering Rachel as a new Rover, I would highly recommend Rachel for bringing A1 service and providing stress-free for your fur babies.”

“This was our first experience having Roscoe stay at a Rover sitter’s home. Everything about the visit far exceeded our expectations. Sarah is a great communicator and replied to all messages very promptly. She sent lots of reassuring photos and videos showing how happy Roscoe was on walks and getting lots of affection. She has a very calm and warm personality and Roscoe quickly took to her kind introduction. Her own pup is very mellow and was obviously used to sharing his space with visiting Rover guests. Sarah and her husband both love dogs and are also very knowledgeable about proper care and exercise.
