You can tell that Natasha doesn’t do this for money - she genuinely loves animals and we could feel that from her as soon as we met her. She does an initial assessment to get to know your dog which we really appreciated because our dog is quite shy, so energy matching is important for us. She cared for our dog for two weeks while we were on vacation and did not once worry about whether he was cared for by Natasha the same way we would at home. If anything, she provided him with affection and care even better than we can because her house and yard is set up so comfortably for the dogs, and in every photo he was at ease with his friends, taking a stroll in her front yard, cozying up on her couch, and visiting local restaurants and parks. She kept us updated frequently with photos without us asking and made pickup and drop off easy and flexible. We will definitely be asking Natasha for help again if we ever need!

Carole and Terry are great. Sam, our little Westie, just completed his 3rd stay with them and was well taken care of. Sam is clearly very comfortable with Carole and Terry and their home. They take great care of him and send us daily pictures helping us see that Sam is happy and in good hands. Highly Recommended and we hope to use them again! Steve & Mari

Olga and Boris took such great care of my dog while I was away. I honestly can’t find enough words to thank them for how well they cared for him. It was clear that they followed all the instructions I gave them, and my dog looked so happy, comfortable, and well taken care of when I picked him up. You could also tell that he really grew attached to them, and that they grew attached to him as well. That truly says a lot about what wonderful and caring people they are. I’m so grateful I found them, and I would absolutely use their services again. They did an amazing job, and I highly recommend Olga and Boris!

Michael and Kris were awesome. Vito came back home happy. Vito is a reactive dog and we're always anxious dropping him off at a new sitter. But Michael and Kris made sure we went about our day stress free and Vito enjoys his stay.

Jamie took care of my doggie, and he was happy there. She was very flexible with the drop off and pick up times. Our flight got delayed on the return , and she assured that I don't need to worry and took care of Bruno.

Excellent care. Ben was able to help us out at the last minute. He provides outstanding care and sends regular updates. We look forward to having Pipa stay with him in the future.

I have an anxious, senior dog who is not used to spending many nights away from home. Mer was so great in making sure the trial overnight stay went as smoothly as possible before a planned future extended stay. Mer went above and beyond and set up meet-and-greets for my pup, sending timely updates and answering all my questions. Thanks to her patience and planning, my dog had a fun, comfortable stay! Which is all that I could ask for. One less thing to worry about now! And I look forward to his extended stay with Mer. Thank you!

Our pup had a great time with Sofiya. She got to play a lot and have fun with another dog. She had a great stay!

Leah was so sweet and inviting towards my pet, Milo and my family! She made me feel at ease during the whole process as this was my first time leaving Milo with a Rover sitter. I would highly recommend anyone to leave their fur babies with Leah if you want them to have a fun time :)

Yan is so professional, kind, and wonderful with our puppy! She took such great care of Sharkie and made sure he had so much fun. She took him outside to watch people play basketball and watch some geese, which he absolutely loved! It was so sweet seeing all the fun things they got to do together. Yan clearly cares about the dogs she looks after and treated Sharkie like her own. We felt completely comfortable leaving him with her and would definitely book with Yan again!🥰Thank you Yan!

Pallavi was very kind, patient, and responsive, and has a lot of experience caring for dogs. This was our 1-year-old dog’s first time away from us, and she made the experience feel very low-stress. He had a few accidents when he got especially excited around new people or when people came home, and Pallavi handled those moments with patience and understanding. She kept us updated and sent several pictures throughout the 6 days, which we really appreciated. We felt he was in good hands with her!

Took really good care of Lucy! She quickly became comfortable with them and I loved getting the daily updates making sure my pup was doing well! Will be booking Anlin again!

Banx experienced above and beyond care! Amazing experience! 🥹 They updated me multiple times every day with photos and details, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. Banx can be reactive with other dogs, and they handled it perfectly — you could tell they really knew what they were doing. I felt so confident that Banx was safe, comfortable, and having fun the whole time. Genuinely some of the best dog sitters I’ve ever met, and just really kind, caring people too. Highly recommend!

Sarah was great with our 100 lb pit bull/ American bulldog Gordo. Took wonderful care of him and kept us updated. She Handled issues that came up professionally and with kindness. We will definitely book with her in the future

Antonio was wonderful with our senior pittie Amara. He took wonderful care of her, spending time with her while she napped, and taking her on walks at the big grassy park in front of his house. He also sent us several great pictures and updates each day he was watching her. I would absolutely recommend Antonio and will rebook anytime we need a San Jose based sitter!

Jingwen and Zhuode were such great sitters for Nova. They made our first time with Rover so easy and stress free. They were so kind, communicative and accommodating. I needed a last minute booking and a late pick up, in which they were very flexible with. We were able to do a meet and greet and welcomed us into their home so that Nova could get acquainted before her stay. During the stay we received pictures and Nova got lots of play time and a yard! You can tell how much they genuinely love spending time with animals and would definitely book with them again!

Malika took great care of Dapper. She sent us regular updates on his feeding, exercise and downtime. Her home is located beside a park and it's a great place to walk the dog.

Grace was great with our large and energetic dog. She sent lots of pictures each day, was quick to respond to any questions, and kept our pup happy and safe.

This was the first time Will was in a new setting with new people. He’s 9 so it was a big deal. Jay’s calm demeanor, experience and presence was a perfect fit for Will. The daily photos & updates were great and Will had a fabulous experience. Thank you to Jay & his wife for our first Rover experience! Everyone was happy, most importantly Will!!
