When our flight was delayed, she was very understanding and kindly agreed to watch Daisy for a few extra hours without any hesitation. We’re truly grateful for her care and dedication. “It’s been a while since we’ve wanted to travel and had to think about boarding our dogs. We recently found Steve and did a meet and greet and it was very obvious that our pups were comfortable with him and he was comfortable with them. We booked a one day stay as a trial and our dogs clearly had a blast. Our dogs were so much happier having spent a day with Steve than being stuck alone at home. Highly recommended!”

They gave my senior dog lots of attention and sent many updates with pictures as soon as I left my dog there. I found that extremely comforting because I’ve never left my dog with strangers before. They also let my dog roam around so I never worried that he would be stuck in a crate somewhere. I know my little guy was very comfortable and I would definitely bring Rascal back!”

Qi boarded our dog Romeo for 10 days. She took great care of our dog, sending us regular photos and video updates. When our food ran out, she supplemented with her own food without charge. We appreciate her taking care of Romeo and will be glad to re-book with her in the future!
We are very happy with the care that Eris provided for our pup. Our pup is a large shepherd who never stayed at a household with other dogs so we were nervous. Eris made sure to introduce them slowly and seperate as necessarily. It turned out he did great with all the doggie friends and had a great time. Eris also provided multiple videos and pictures throughout the day so we know how he was doing and each video put a smile on our faces. We highly recommend Eris for pet boarding/sitting service.
Huimin did a great job taking care of our doggo while we were out of town. She made our dog feel welcome and accommodated her complicated breakfast and dinner process and medications. She also provided regular updates and photos of our dog which reassured us that our dog was in great hands! Would recommend Huimin for anyone who needs a dogsitter.
Our dog has found a 2nd happy home! We were very impressed with the way Lin took care of our dog. Our dog can be anxious without us around. However from the moment we met Lin we could tell she was very comfortable and confident about managing him. Mariah did an amazing job taking care of my doggo (Bojangles). For this being my first time booking via Rover, Mariah was very quick to answer any questions, messages, and even sent multiple daily updates with pictures and videos to reassure me that Bojangles was being taken care of. Even went as far as hand-feeding Bojangles as he adjusted to the new setting. 10/10 experience leaving Bo with Mariah for a full week.
Brian (along with his wife) took care of our Chihuahua mix and Terrier mix (both rescue dogs) over a five-day period. I would absolutely leave my pups with him again! Right from drop-off my dogs appeared to like his calm, friendly demeanor. Brian also sent consistent updates with pictures and regularly took my dogs to a nearby park. Our Chihuahua also has special needs (eye drops) which he was able to handle without any issues. He also gave them the vitamins and dental treats we left as well. Our pups seemed content and happy on return! I am very appreciative of the thoughtful care he provided while we were away.
Sandra is amazing! This was Bodie’s first time staying with someone not known to him and Sandra went above and beyond to make both him and me feel comforted! Bodie has Addison’s and I mentioned this to Sandra and on her own she researched it to better understand and learn more about my dog. This was huge to me and showed how big her heart is to care for others and their pups! Bodie is pretty high maintenance and she went once again above and beyond to give him his exercise and mental stimulation he needs. She provided incredible communication, amazing photo updates and I never once doubted Bodie was ok in her care. She treated Bodie and me like a family member and I am so happy that I found her! The first thought I had when I picked up Bodie to leave was I hope I get to use her services again! Each of us leave a special mark on this world and others and I’m so grateful that Sandra is now part of our story! I wish there were an option for 5 million stars! Thank you again Sandra from the bottom of my heart and Bodie’s too!!!
