“Sophia is the best! Our high energy dog Mimi spent 6 nights with her family and the experience was incredible. Our dog is considered as challenging by many commercial boarding providers. Fluff had an amazing time at Sophia’s for two wonderful weeks. He thoroughly enjoyed his stay and was well taken care of during his vacation. He went on plenty of walks, ate his meals, and received all the attention he needed. I felt comforted knowing that he was never left alone, and I loved seeing all the videos and photos Sophia sent. One of the highlights of Fluff’s stay was the close bond he formed with Sophia and her family. Since he’s quite introverted and doesn’t easily befriend strangers, I was particularly touched by how quickly his tail wagged when he was playing, the extra bounce in his step when he went for walks, how close he would be when he was napping, and learning that Fluff often slept with Sophia’s daughters at night. Fluff needed to visit the vet. Sophia took him there, picked him up, and prepared a simple meal of plain boiled chicken and vegetables for him. She even administered his medication. I’m so grateful for the kindness and care shown to Fluff during his stay. He was treated and loved like a family member.
Pallavi was very kind, patient, and responsive, and has a lot of experience caring for dogs. This was our 1-year-old dog’s first time away from us, and she made the experience feel very low-stress. He had a few accidents when he got especially excited around new people or when people came home, and Pallavi handled those moments with patience and understanding. She kept us updated and sent several pictures throughout the 6 days, which we really appreciated. We felt he was in good hands with her!
Jung was an amazing 1st experience in letting somebody else care for my very energetic and affectionate border collie Moxxie - who thrives on human contact. I could not have hoped for a better boarding partner. Jung is at the top of my list for all future trips where I need boarding for Moxxie.
Lin is truly phenomenal. Before Muesli was dropped off, she made thorough inquiries about her diet, daily routine, likes and dislikes, as well as any emergency protocol. Once Muesli arrived at her home, she was cared for with such loving attention, it felt like she was a member of the family. From the photos I received twice a day, I could see how comfortable Muesli was in Lin’s home, spending time with different members of her family, and having a wonderful time playing, walking, and napping together with Lin’s super-friendly and well-behaved pups, Ccino and Meebao. Lin also takes amazing photos. They capture the very essence of Muesli enjoying her treats and toys, going on walks, and playing with Ccino and Meebao. We looked at the photos over and over, sharing a good laugh at her silly antics and, most importantly, knowing that she was happy and in such good hands. I highly recommend Lin to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet not simply as a guest, but truly as a member of the family. Muesli was clearly very happy with Lin and her family, and I would absolutely trust Lin with Muesli again.
Coco had a lovely trip for a week with Vaidhyanathan. She is a little shy and Vaidhyanathan took time to do a playdate to allow Coco to bond with his dog Leo. She settled down well, connected well with his son and dog, and came home tired and happy. He also kept us posted with regular updates and photos.
I can't say enough good things about Kai’s stay with Mariah! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. Mariah was incredibly responsive and attentive, making sure to keep me updated with regular photos and messages, which put me and my fiance’s mind at ease! I’m so grateful for the wonderful experience and will definitely be booking again for future stays! Highly recommend!
