It was my first time leaving my dog in a Rover sitter’s home and I was especially nervous about a 10 day stay. During my meet and greet with Pissamas, I could tell how much she cares about the dogs that stay with her. I expressed concerns about my dog not drinking water when she is distracted, so Pissamas made sure to put treats in her water and ensure she was getting enough water especially during some hot days. I am so happy with the care that my dog received.
Our dogs have stayed with John a few times now, and every time has been great! John is wonderful with the dogs. He ensures they get walks, one of our dogs requires medication multiple times a day and John always makes sure she gets her meds, and most of all, our dogs are clearly happy when they stay with him! One of our dogs, Dakota, she is very attached to us and doesn’t always get excited to stay at new or different places, but when she sees us pulling up to John’s house, she hops out of the car and runs to his front door. Highly recommend John!
Karri, Michael and Hank were incredible! They treated my dog like a member of their family. The daily pictures and updates reassured me that my dog was having a great time. Karri and Michael really pay attention to the details and went above and beyond to make both me and my dog feel comfortable. My family and I ran into some travel delays and they were so wonderful and accommodating, they watched my dog an extra night without question. Their dog Hank is my dog's new best friend! Thank you guys so much!
Tosha was an amazing sitter! She took great care of my dog and kept me updated the whole time with plenty of photos and messages. My dog had a wound and some swelling in his paws, and she was very attentive and made sure he was well taken care of. He was happy, comfortable, and in great shape when I picked him up. We had such a wonderful experience leaving our dog with Megha! They took amazing care of him and made sure he felt comfortable and happy throughout his stay. We really appreciated the regular updates about everything — his walks, sleep, how he was doing, and how well he was settling into their space.
