Rachel took wonderful care of Simba and Nala at her home while we were on vacation! This was our first boarding experience with Raquel, and it was great. Raquel is warm, friendly, and clearly an animal lover. Her little dog, Bailey, was delightful and adorable. Raquel sent photos and updates during the stay which was so appreciated- we knew our precious family member was being well-cared for by a responsible and conscientious sitter. We have found our go-to Rover sitter, as long as Raquel will have us!
Jose would definitely be my go to choice next time if he’s available. He treated my girl like princess, took great care of her, spent time with her and took a lot of pictures. He was also able to tell me some behaviors he observed from my girl to make sure she’s okay. Additionally my flight was delayed so Jose had to take care of her for 2 more hours - he was so nice and agreed immediately. My girl spent a great time with him and I’m really appreciated.
Pallavi took wonderful care of our dog, Vega, for 10 days while we were away, and I couldn't be more grateful. Leaving your pet is always stressful, but Pallavi completely put our minds at ease with daily updates and pictures. It was so clear that Vega was having a blast and felt right at home. Pallavi and her family are genuinely kind, welcoming, and natural animal lovers who treated Vega like one of their own. I wholeheartedly recommend her and would not hesitate to book again!
Komal was wonderful with Chloe during her 10-day stay! She sent plenty of updates and photos throughout the trip, which made it easy to see that Chloe was comfortable and being well cared for. She got plenty of walks and was made to feel completely at home — Komal even let Chloe sleep in her bed! Komal also did a great job managing Chloe around her two cats. I was even sent a photo of all three of them eating together, which was so nice to see. Most importantly, when I picked Chloe up after 10 days, she seemed genuinely relaxed, happy, and completely at ease, which says a lot about how comfortable she had been there. My flight was delayed on the way home, and Komal was also very accommodating about a late pickup. I really appreciated how communicative, flexible, and caring she was throughout the entire stay. I would absolutely trust Komal with Chloe again!
I have an anxious, senior dog who is not used to spending many nights away from home. Mer was so great in making sure the trial overnight stay went as smoothly as possible before a planned future extended stay. Mer went above and beyond and set up meet-and-greets for my pup, sending timely updates and answering all my questions. Thanks to her patience and planning, my dog had a fun, comfortable stay! We left Brownie with Emilie for the second time, and she was wonderful. We chose her because our dog happily walks right into her house, so we know he feels comfortable and safe there. Emilie takes excellent care of him, and he came back home happy and healthy. We highly recommend her!
Jung was an amazing 1st experience in letting somebody else care for my very energetic and affectionate border collie Moxxie - who thrives on human contact. I could not have hoped for a better boarding partner. Jung is at the top of my list for all future trips where I need boarding for Moxxie.
Ashley was amazing! She was/is super sweet from the start, from the messages to meeting in person and watching Karma. It was my first time using rover so I had to be extra careful just because I want to make sure Karma was comfortable all weekend and had all the love and attention she needs. Especially when dogs are away from their owner they barely eat or use the bathroom, and Ashley delivered. Ashley was very attentive and communicative, sending me updates and keeping an eye on things, which i felt super secured. I will def continue to book with Ashley in the future.
