“Sierra was very communicative and took lots of pictures and videos of her time with our good balls. Even with an injured wrist she was able to care for our two med/large (70 lb each) dogs. “Jessica was a wonderful sitter for our older chihuahua! She went above and beyond to meet with us multiple times with Beya so they could be better acquainted before the booking started. She followed all of our rules we laid out for the house to a T. She also took the time to send daily photos and a few videos while she watched our pup, they were amazing to receive. Another great thing about her is she let us know her schedule beforehand and the amount of time she could spend with Beya which worked perfectly for us and the expectations we had. If there was every a change or mix-up with time she reached out promptly to let us know if she was running behind or to update us. When we arrived home everything was better than we left it! We know for sure Beya enjoyed staying with someone she could rely on, our dog is very vocal in her personality and usually when we come home she ignores us because she is upset we left. “We usually leave our dog and cat with friends or family but having just moved to the area we needed to find an alternative arrangement. We were a little apprehensive about using Rover for the first time but after meeting Tracey, her warm demeanor instantly put us (and the pets) at ease. During the stay, Tracey maintained consistent communication, providing regular updates and even sending cute pics and videos of the pets enjoying their time. It was so reassuring to know they were in such capable hands and it really helped us to relax and enjoy our time away not worrying about the fur kids! In addition to her exceptional care for the pets, Tracey also took great care of our home and left everything neat and tidy. “Quynh was awesome with our two babies! We really don’t use outside pet care for our two dogs, as we truly don’t trust many people to watch them. Typically they stay with family only when we are out of town. They are our kids! From the first time Quynh met our dogs, we knew she was going to be a great choice. She was very attentive to them while we were out of town, heard our concerns about our anxiety leaving them, and accommodated by sending TONS of pictures, videos, and updates throughout her stay with them. She thoroughly read through the notes we left, and followed them very well. We will definitely be using her again in the future. “We have two very senior dogs who both have several medications administered mornings, dinner-time and bedtime. Denise’s veterinary office experience originally attracted me for that reason, then watching her gentle, caring interaction with our dogs sealed it for me. I would consider my dogs pretty high maintenance (and myself as well, as I left a ton of instructions for Denise!). Denise provided terrific service. We left our senior dogs with her for almost a week, and both dogs were very happy and calm upon our return. Denise kept in great touch with us and successfully treated one dog’s diarrhea (which can happen because our dogs take so many meds at this stage of their lives). Although I had no expectation at all that Denise should clean our home (our dogs were the key focus), our home was just the way we left it upon our return. Denise provided wonderful, top-notch service for us and care for our dogs - and we definitely are not an easy household! I can happily recommend Denise.”

“Dennise has been such an amazing support for me when I am traveling and need someone to care for my son (dog). Dennise has been a pet sitter for my 5 year old crazy Labrador retriever for several years now. She is reliable, communicative, and very loving to him. She always sends me updates and treats my dog in the most loving way just as I would. She is good at handling him even though he is a big dog who can get a little crazy when he is super energetic. She also ensures that he continues to get obedience training while I am gone, by practicing our daily training sessions that I do with my dog.
