About: What sets me apart is that I genuinely enjoy spending calm, attentive time with animals and focusing on their comfort and routine. I currently live with a family dog, which has given me ongoing experience with daily care and understanding pet behavior. In the past, I also cared for a hamster, which taught me responsibility and consistency with small animals. I am especially attentive during drop-in visits and make sure pets feel safe, relaxed, and cared for in their familiar environment. I’m a recent graduate currently volunteering with Animal Assisted Happiness on Sundays, with times that vary. I also receive training through San Jose Animal Care Center. My schedule is generally flexible outside of these commitments, and I’m available for drop-in pet care during the week and on other days. For drop-in visits, I provide fresh food and water, clean up after pets (including litter boxes or pads if needed), and spend time with them through companionship and light play. What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of attention and emotional awareness I bring. As an empath, I don’t just “watch” pets, I learn their personalities. Are they high-energy zoomie champions? Velcro dogs? Secret snack negotiators? I adjust my care style to fit *them* so they stay happy and stress-free. I have experience with puppies who need structure, consistency, and patience (potty training, leash manners, crate routines), as well as senior dogs who deserve a slower pace, gentle handling, and medication support. Plus, you’ll always get photo updates because I know being away is the hardest part :) My schedule is thoughtfully balanced between two of my personal businesses—pet care and swim instruction. I’m a professional swim instructor during parts of the day, which means I may be in the water or teaching lessons for a few hours at a time, depending on the day of the week. Because of this, I build my pet care schedule very intentionally to make sure every animal in my care gets consistent attention, exercise, and quality time. Pet care isn’t just something I “fit in”—it’s a core part of my work and something I genuinely care about. Balancing both businesses allows me to stay active, responsible, and fully present in the care I provide. My care style really comes down to one thing: keeping pets happy, comfortable, and on their normal routine, just with me stepping in as their temporary human. In a client’s home, I treat your space with the same respect I’d want for my own. I stick closely to feeding schedules, walk times, medications, play routines, and any “house rules” your pet knows (or thinks they can bend). I keep things clean, calm, and secure so your pet feels safe in their familiar environment. If pets are staying in my home, they get a cozy, supervised environment with lots of attention, exercise, and downtime based on their energy level. I make sure introductions, rest spaces, and routines are handled thoughtfully so everyone feels comfortable. I'll most likely end up snuggling your pet too! :)

About: I do have my own horses in which I care for everyday. I’ve also had other pets before as ducks, bunnies, hamsters, etc. I am currently in school to proceed further in my career for veterinary medicine. I currently do work at veterinary clinic in which I’ve learned a lot and have been very passionate about my job. My family and friends rely on me when it comes to siting their furry babies. I am currently working part time and in school. I am free anytime after 1:15 PM. I would love to watch any pup and would be able to work around schedules if needed! I do a have a backyard with some space to have some play time, and potty time. I also have an area inside my home where your furry baby can be if needed to be crated. I did have my furry baby who unfortunately passed away but was living his best life in and outside of my home.

About: I’m good with the basics like feeding, walks, playtime, and cleaning up after them, but I also make sure they’re getting attention and feeling comfortable while you’re gone. I try to stick to their normal routine as much as possible so they don’t feel stressed. I’ll keep you updated with pictures. I’m reliable, easy to communicate with, and I’ll treat your pet like they’re my own. I plan my schedule around visits to make sure pets are fed, walked, and given attention on time. I’m consistent, flexible, and make sure each pet gets the care they need. I follow each pet’s routine to keep things consistent, feeding, fresh water, walks or playtime, and cleaning up after them. I make sure they feel comfortable, give them attention based on their personality, and keep you updated while you’re away.
