Juliana sent updates and pictures while we were gone. There a cold snap during Pumpkin's time, and Juliana had her in a sweater, let her sit curled up in a blanket on the couch, and I could see how relaxed Pumpkin was. It was clear from every picture that Luka was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Luka is a Belgian Malinois, so he has a lot of energy and requires plenty of physical and mental engagement. Jacqueline did a wonderful job meeting his needs while also making him feel at home. Their home is beautiful, with a secure backyard and plenty of toys for the dogs to enjoy. One of the coolest parts of his stay was that Luka learned to use a doggie door for the first time. It gave him the freedom to come and go into the yard as needed, and I know that also makes things easier for the family caring for the dogs. Although this was only a short stay, Jacqueline followed all of our care instructions, including Luka’s feeding routine, and treated him like one of her own. One thoughtful detail that really stood out was how carefully they packed all of Luka’s belongings exactly the way we had brought them. It wasn’t something they had to do, but it showed how much care and attention they put into everything. We truly appreciate the excellent care Luka received and will absolutely be booking with Jacqueline again. About: Hello! I am a cat lover and parent to two cats of my own, so I understand that every cat has their own unique personality, boundaries, and needs. I’m completely comfortable caring for shy, nervous, spicy, or “mean” cats. I’m not intimidated by cats who hiss, swat, growl, or act tough, and I am experienced at reading their body language to understand when they’re communicating “give me space” versus when they’re genuinely uncomfortable or feeling threatened. I respect cats boundaries and personal space and will always work around their comfort level rather than forcing interactions. I understand that some cats need time to warm up. I am patient and happy to let them come to me on their own terms. If a cat prefers to hide, observe from a distance, or have minimal handling, i’m perfectly happy to respect that. I am also not bothered by the less glamorous parts of cat care. Accidents, pee, poop, vomit, scratches, and occasionally getting bit doesn’t scare me away. I understand that these things can happen, especially when a cat is scared, stressed, or communicating that they’ve had enough. My priority is always to keep them safe, comfortable, and cared for without judgement. Whether your cat is cuddly, shy, independent, sassy, or a little spicy, I’ll meet them where they are and give them the patience, respect, and love they deserve.

About: I've had my own dog ever since I can remember a family dog was always there and I was never without one. I enjoy a dog's company and I'm sure undermine, your dog will feel right at home. I do work full time however my schedule is flexible to come home to give breaks and once I'm home from work they have my full attention with walks until bedtime. From the moment I reached out, Bruno’s communication was clear, professional, and thoughtful. He asked about Nova’s allergies, schedule, and any personal preferences to make sure she’d feel comfortable and safe throughout the day. Within the first hour, I received pictures and a video of Nova walking and playing happily with their sweet pup, Jojo. Throughout the day, Bruno continued to send updates, pictures, and videos, in total, I received 15 photos and 4 videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear from the start that Nova was not only being watched, but truly cared for. They even gave her snacks and a fun new topping on her food to make her feel extra special. On top of that, Bruno made sure to update Nova’s Rover report with a detailed summary: two long walks, potty breaks, food and water intake, every detail was covered. About: Hello! My name is Olivia, I’m an experienced and compassionate pet caregiver with a lifelong love for animals. I walk around 15,000 steps a day, so I have no issue keeping up with active animals! I have two cats of my own and have fostered dogs of all sizes and personalities, from big to small ones. Through my experience and extensive research, I am very knowledgeable about pet body language and how to safely and calmly handle animals in a variety of situations. This also includes not being scared of them and knowing when animals are just trying to play! I am comfortable with caring for less traditional pets as well, including bunnies, reptiles, or other small animals. For my work schedule, my start times vary from 3pm to 6pm, and I consistently get Tuesdays & Thursdays off. 7 am is my usual wake up time, so I have a lot of time throughout the week to care for your animals! I take time to learn each pets personality, preferences, habits, and boundaries, so I can care for them in the way that works best for them. I’m very patient and adaptable, I am also creative when a pet is hesitant or difficult to work with. If I need to distract a pet, redirect their attention, get them to take something they don’t want to take, or encourage them to do something they don’t want to do, I am good at finding solutions that work with their personality, rather than forcing them. After learning an animal’s behaviors and personality, I usually adjust my approach based on that. I’m happy to follow their lead and make sure they get the appropriate amount of exercise, enrichment, affection, and downtime. I also make it a point to keep the home clean and treat it with the same respect I would my own. I’m happy to clean up accidents or messes and make sure everything is in order when I leave. I keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can have peace of mind knowing their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for.

About: Animals have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a cattle ranch in a small town in Utah, surrounded by animals of all kinds. It was clear from every picture that Luka was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Luka is a Belgian Malinois, so he has a lot of energy and requires plenty of physical and mental engagement. Jacqueline did a wonderful job meeting his needs while also making him feel at home. Their home is beautiful, with a secure backyard and plenty of toys for the dogs to enjoy. One of the coolest parts of his stay was that Luka learned to use a doggie door for the first time. It gave him the freedom to come and go into the yard as needed, and I know that also makes things easier for the family caring for the dogs. Although this was only a short stay, Jacqueline followed all of our care instructions, including Luka’s feeding routine, and treated him like one of her own. One thoughtful detail that really stood out was how carefully they packed all of Luka’s belongings exactly the way we had brought them. It wasn’t something they had to do, but it showed how much care and attention they put into everything. We truly appreciate the excellent care Luka received and will absolutely be booking with Jacqueline again. Son was also very thoughtful and respectful about Bru’s routine. If there was ever a situation involving new food or any change, he always asked or kept us informed first, which we really appreciated. He was also incredibly accommodating, coordinating smoothly with a friend of ours for Bru’s drop-off and pickup, along with all his things. That flexibility made things so much easier for us. “We booked with Jade because our regular sitter was out of town, but she (and her husband) may become our go to! She did a thorough meet and greet the day after we contacted her, and asked tons of great questions. She walked us through her home and yard so we saw where the pups would be (very uncommon in my experience, so I appreciated it). Their home was neat, nothing extra that the pups would get into potentially. I loved that they (and their beds) came home clean, there was only 1 additional dog (other than their 2 small ones) in their care, and they kept to our pups regular schedule. Jade and her husband take a very professional approach to their care, even though they both work and Rover is not their main gig.
