About: I have been around animals since I was young and am very familiar and comfortable around them. I have also been fostering cats the last two years and love it! I am a stay at home mom and my youngest just started full time kindergarten so I have more time to serve others! I have a passion for animals and I think helping others on Rover is a good way for me to spend my time as I'm passionate about animals. My schedule is mostly open which is why I am also fostering kittens as well as taking care of my two cats that I've had for 15 years. I follow directions given and make sure pets are safe and well cared for. I also have a fenced backyard and an extra bedroom for pet care.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and truly consider them part of the family. I currently have three family pit bulls and one French bulldog, so I’m very comfortable caring for both large, high-energy dogs and smaller breeds with different needs and personalities. I genuinely love spending time with pets—whether that’s going on walks, playing, or just giving them attention and affection. I’m also very attentive and detail-oriented when it comes to care. One of my own dogs has a special diet, so I understand how important it is to stay on top of feeding routines, dietary restrictions, and overall health needs. I treat every dog like my own and aim to provide a safe, fun, and loving environment while you’re away. I work a hybrid schedule, which gives me great flexibility for pet care. About half the week I work from home, so I’m available for walks, playtime, and check-ins throughout the day. I’ll primarily be scheduling dog walks during my work-from-home days and on weekends, when I have more time to give your pet my full attention. I’m reliable, responsive, and always make sure pets stick to their usual routines. I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and structured environment for every pet in my care—whether in my home or my client’s home. My apartment complex has a private dog park where dogs can enjoy space to run and play individually, so they’re not overwhelmed or interacting with unfamiliar dogs. I’m happy to tailor activity to each dog’s needs, whether that’s long walks at nearby parks, shorter neighborhood walks, or more relaxed playtime. I always prioritize safety, so pets will not be around other dogs while in my care unless otherwise requested. I stick closely to your pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, and any special instructions. I also make sure they get plenty of attention, affection, and mental stimulation so they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I’ll keep you updated with messages and photos so you have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands.

About: I’ve had or cared for dogs and cats most of my life. Most recently I’ve had two cats which passed away at 20 years of age. With an empty house, I’ve taken to walking, sitting, and boarding for friends as well as volunteering with Pets in Need and the Humane Society. Work full time but half of the day is usually at home. Spouse is not working and likely to spend some quality time with your pet as well. Early morning walks, daytime potty breaks and additional evening walks for the energetic ones are likely. I have a small fenced patio but I’m more likely to take your dog to the large grassy common space directly in front of my home or the dog friendly park adjacent to my home.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by animals my entire life, which sparked a deep passion for caring for them. Throughout college, I became the go-to pet sitter for several of my professors, caring for their pets for extended periods of time—sometimes up to 2½ weeks. I understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your pets. I’m attentive, responsible, and genuinely love getting to know each animal’s unique personality and needs. Whether your pet needs lots of playtime, extra cuddles, or simply a calm and reliable companion while you’re away, I’m happy to give them the care and attention they deserve. I’m currently working part time, averaging about 20 hours a week, so I have plenty of time to dedicate to taking care of your fur babies! Since I have several years of experience in housesitting/petsitting, I am extremely respectful of another persons space. I have gotten high regards in how clean I leave a home. When it comes to the pets, I treat them as if they are my own, which means I tend to them on hand and foot. Since raising and building a relationship with my feral cat, I have developed patience and understanding for animals that don’t yet trust me.

About: What sets me apart is that I genuinely enjoy spending calm, attentive time with animals and focusing on their comfort and routine. I currently live with a family dog, which has given me ongoing experience with daily care and understanding pet behavior. In the past, I also cared for a hamster, which taught me responsibility and consistency with small animals. I am especially attentive during drop-in visits and make sure pets feel safe, relaxed, and cared for in their familiar environment. I’m a recent graduate currently volunteering with Animal Assisted Happiness on Sundays, with times that vary. I also receive training through San Jose Animal Care Center. My schedule is generally flexible outside of these commitments, and I’m available for drop-in pet care during the week and on other days. For drop-in visits, I provide fresh food and water, clean up after pets (including litter boxes or pads if needed), and spend time with them through companionship and light play. I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while I’m there.

About: I have Animal Shelter and Pet Store experience. I have had pets all of my adult life and sincerely believe that they are the best enrichment of human lives. I have medication experience and have been trained to be cautious of medical conditions. I can be trusted to act fast for worst case scenarios (knock on wood). I know how to take the best care of pets with the knowledge I’ve learned from my own experiences over the years. I work full time at a dealership but, with enough notice I can make sure to be available for your pets when needed. I am available every evening after 7pm Tuesday - Saturday and all day Sundays and Mondays I have 2 cats, a free roaming rabbit and geckos at home with my partner. I love taking care of their individual needs and giving them treats and toys to make them happy.
