“Lanie was my postpartum doula and came to my home 3-4 times a week for almost 4 months, so we’ve spent a significant amount of time together. She was so affectionate and patient with our corgi, Theo, who was adjusting to having a new human brother. Theo likes to jump up to greet humans and we had asked Lanie not to reward his jumping behavior. Lanie was very respectful of our request and would ask Theo to “off” or “sit” and only pet him when he had all paws on the ground. Lanie takes great initiative in her work and will ask relevant questions to ensure she’s being as helpful as possible. I am confident she will make any dog in her care feel safe and loved - after all she looks after newborns and also had a dog of her own for over a decade!”

“Koda had a very fun visit with Vaidhyanathan. Vaidhyanathan was very friendly and his affection for Koda was apparent. When we went to pick Koda up - he was in not real hurry to leave - which tells me he was well cared for. Vaidhyanathan was very responsive to all my questions, and forthcoming with pictures of Koda's day, knowing that we were using Rover for the first time and Koda hadnt been with dog sitters too often. Dobby really loved his place, and Ben was really communicative about how he was doing, sending photos within minutes of being messaged, and just generally we felt Dobby couldn’t have had a better stay. Ben clearly has tons of experience, and was even fine administering ear drops for a last minute ear infection we discovered 24 hours before drop off. Plus, Ben’s daughter was adorable and Dobby couldn’t get enough cuddles in. :)”
