“This was our puppy’s very first time being boarded, and I was honestly quite nervous at the beginning. Queenie&Yu-Chieh made the whole experience so easy and gave us so much peace of mind. Communication was great from the start — she asked thoughtful questions about his routine, food, and quirks, and throughout the stay she sent lots of photos and updates so we always knew how he was doing. Our puppy is still young and full of energy, which definitely means extra work (potty breaks, training, supervision, etc.), but she handled him with so much patience and kindness. Her home is clean, safe, and very dog-friendly, and her own dog Summer was gentle and welcoming with our boy. When we picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly very comfortable with her and her home. We’re very grateful to have found Queenie & Yu-Chieh and would absolutely book with her again. “Incredible Experience with Yifei! Highly Recommend! This was my first time using Rover, and I was honestly a bit nervous, especially since it was all very last-minute. But Yifei completely put my mind at ease. From the very first moment, she was incredibly kind, patient, and flexible—she was able to fit us in and even allowed us to pick up our puppy, Katsu, in the early morning, which was a huge help! Yifei kept me updated with pictures throughout the day, and it was so comforting to see Katsu so happy and engaged. Usually, my puppy is a bit hesitant with new people, but when he first met Yifei, he didn’t even look back at me! I could tell he felt completely safe and at ease with her, and I think he was probably having so much fun with the other dogs that he didn’t want to come home! On top of all that, Yifei was super easy to communicate with when Katsu accidentally left behind some of his things. She was quick to respond and made the whole process so smooth. I cannot recommend Yifei enough! She’s an absolute gem, and I felt 100% confident that my 10-month-old puppy was in great hands. “We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. During the met and greet, we walked around the neighborhood together, I was so glad Lucky quickly developped friendship with Kaka and Panda, and the drop off session was also great, which allow me to join the family vacation. We will definitely book with Juanyi again for our future vacations, and recommend to every pet parents, my Lucky was treated like Juanyi's own, yours will too!❤️”
