About: Animals have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a cattle ranch in a small town in Utah, surrounded by animals of all kinds. From livestock and horses to chickens, goats, potbellied pigs, and multiple family dogs, caring for animals was simply a part of everyday life. Those experiences taught me responsibility, patience, and how to understand the unique personalities and needs of different animals from an early age. As an adult, my passion for animals has only grown. I personally trained my own service dog, gaining valuable experience in obedience training, behavior management, consistency, and building strong bonds through trust and communication. Today, I share my home with three amazing dogs: my service dog and her two sisters. After close friends sadly passed away, I adopted her sisters so they could remain together. The girls have been inseparable since they were puppies, and watching their lifelong bond has deepened my appreciation for the emotional connections dogs form with one another. With a lifetime of hands-on experience caring for animals, I understand that every pet is unique. Whether your dog enjoys long walks, active playtime, structured routines, or plenty of affection, I provide attentive, dependable care and treat every pet as if they were part of my own family. Pet care is my daily life. With open availablity and work from home it works out great for me as a bay area photographer it gives me the time to spend with the pups with minimal time away. right now, I am taking care of clients for babies at their homes taking them for walks to their favorite places hikes and if the client wants play dates with my girls following feeding and medication requirements and needs for each individual Pup

“We had such a fantastic experience with Juanyi and truly couldn’t have asked for better care for our dog! From the very beginning, communication was enthusiastic, warm, and reassuring. We had a first meet & play before the dog boarding. Juanyi’ house is very beautiful, clean and suitable for dogs. During boarding, we received photo updates every single hour, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Each picture showed our dog happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoying their time—whether playing with Panda and Kaka (Juanyi’s two LOVELY dogs), resting, or out on a walk. What truly stood out was her flexibility and responsiveness. At one point, we needed to adjust our pick-up time to one day earlier than originally planned. We reached out, expecting it might be difficult to change on short notice—but she responded very quickly and immediately adjusted her schedule to accommodate us. Her willingness to be so understanding and flexible completely really touched me!! Drop-off and pick-up overall were smooth and easy. Juanyi made the entire process seamless and convenient for us, which we deeply appreciated. It genuinely felt like she cared for our dog as if they were her own. Bagel and Panda become best friends!! We came home to a happy, relaxed pup, which says everything. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to any dog parents looking for a reliable, communicative, flexible, and truly caring sitter!”

“I wish I could give Raquel and her family 6/5 stars because they truly went above and beyond for my puppy Osito this week. It was our first time boarding our 10 month old mini goldendoodle and we were nervous going in, but Raquel was calming and communicative, and provided us with so much peace-of-mind and an overall wonderful experience. We can’t thank her enough. The morning of the day we dropped him off, Osito got an eye infection that we had to take him to the vet to receive eye drops for. Rather than balk at this unexpected last minute change in his care, Raquel was incredibly understanding and willing to accommodate this new medical need. We’re a couple with no children nor have any friends with children yet, so Osito has had almost no exposure to kids in his young life so far. He was unexpectedly aggressive when he met Raquel’s kids for the first time, which we felt awful about and were open to relocating him if it was too serious of an issue. Raquel was transparent and communicative throughout, and she and her family managed to get my anxious, energetic puppy to calm down and be more comfortable around children. I don’t know how they managed it, but I’m so grateful that we did. We were able to relax on our vacation knowing that our precious puppy was being looked after by someone as caring and attentive as Raquel. We adored the pictures and videos she’d share with us every day of Osito having fun with her family and their dog Bailey. We would love to be able to book again someday!”

Pissamas retrained Buddy to be part of her small dog team for walks, eating, and play. She showed patience yet was firm with our dog. She gave him attention, exercise, and encouraged social interaction with her other dogs. We were very pleased with the pictures and videos we received even though we did not always have good internet access.
