Loving owner of two friendly dogs
I am a dog lover and have been a proud dog owner for 17 years and counting. I have taken care of dogs from just a few weeks old to senior age, and I learned their needs across ages. They need our affection and engagement, in addition to a healthy diet, and therefore I always spend much time with them to make sure that they know they are loved. As 5-star Rover users, I know what you want for your furry friends’ stay - love and trust. Here is what a typical day is like, — 7am: wake up! a 15 mins walk and then breakfast — 9:30am: mid morning walk ~45mins — 1pm: potty break, snacks — 1-5pm: indoor/yard play, afternoon nap — 5pm: potty break and dinner — 6:30pm: evening walk ~45mins — 7:30-10pm: indoor/yard play time — 10pm: potty break before sleep My two dogs are friendly and playful- the big guy is very social and gentle, and the little girl is energetic who love to have fun! You can be sure your loved ones are in good company and will never get bored! My home has a well maintained fenced yard, giving our little friends a space for a quick little game of chase, or just find a comfy spot for a peaceful afternoon nap. The indoor is a fully connected space that allows the pets to play or rest. We are available for your drop-off and pick-up between 7am to 10pm in most of the days. I believe in mutual trust - I treat your pets as my own, and would also ask for the full transparency from you about your pets to make sure we all have a memorable time together. I would like to learn the following information: - full vaccination records - flea medication used - Any aggressive behavior - neutered/spayed - housebroken or not - any food preferences or allergies - any other things to be aware of I am looking forward to meeting you and your furry friends and have a wonderful time together!

Lin is truly phenomenal. Before Muesli was dropped off, she made thorough inquiries about her diet, daily routine, likes and dislikes, as well as any emergency protocol. Once Muesli arrived at her home, she was cared for with such loving attention, it felt like she was a member of the family. From the photos I received twice a day, I could see how comfortable Muesli was in Lin’s home, spending time with different members of her family, and having a wonderful time playing, walking, and napping together with Lin’s super-friendly and well-behaved pups, Ccino and Meebao. Lin also takes amazing photos. They capture the very essence of Muesli enjoying her treats and toys, going on walks, and playing with Ccino and Meebao. We looked at the photos over and over, sharing a good laugh at her silly antics and, most importantly, knowing that she was happy and in such good hands. I highly recommend Lin to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet not simply as a guest, but truly as a member of the family. Muesli was clearly very happy with Lin and her family, and I would absolutely trust Lin with Muesli again.
Lin and her family were without a doubt the best Rover experience I have had. I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. From the very beginning, Lin was very careful and communicative so I totally felt like I could trust her 100%. I think Mina was super happy playing with Lin’s dogs in their grassy backyard. Plus I appreciate Lin’s flexibility for pick up and drop off. I feel relieved now that I’ve found a Rover sitter who I can count on in the future when I travel. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. 🌟
Our dog has found a 2nd happy home! We were very impressed with the way Lin took care of our dog. Our dog can be anxious without us around. However from the moment we met Lin we could tell she was very comfortable and confident about managing him. She kept us updated with pictures and messages which gave us peace of mind while we were away. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, friendly and professional dog sitter.
First time Rover experience and it was great. Clear and responsive communication. Lin took the time to set up meet and greet. Many great photos daily.

Schedule
My husband and I are working hybrid (partially working from home) and one of us is always at home to be with the dogs. We walk our dogs 3-4 times a day and take them for a longer walk in the weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced yard and the dogs have full access indoor or outdoor under supervision. We also have video cameras around our front and backyard to make sure the dogs are safe all the time.
