About: Lifetime dog owner and animal lover, I’ve always loved getting to connect with new personalities. I’ve had experience caring for a pups at every stage of their lives. Most of my experience has come with senior dogs, and along with making sure they have frequent potty breaks during the night I’ve also had to administer medical care, with insulin shots or oral medication. My approach with dog care lies in patience, through this I’ve also been able to train many friends. I go at the pace of your dog, and am ready for energetic brisk walks, playtime, running, or I can also go slow and smell the roses or bushes. I try to be as flexible as possible to best address your pets’ needs. I am available Fridays and weekends. I am also free during the weekdays at certain windows of times, but if you don’t find something that works for you, please reach out and I can try to fit you in best as possible. I am balancing classes during the weekdays, so my available times vary a bit differently. I believe pets do best in their own environment, and I will do my best to follow your pets routine as closely as possible in order to minimize any stress. For dogs, I’m especially a great fit for higher-energy pets that need more activity and engagement. I provide: • 3 daily walks (typically 20 mins to 1 hour each depending on energy level and needs) • A large fenced yard for safe outdoor play and exercise • Plenty of interaction, playtime, and supervision throughout the day I also have extensive experience caring for cats and have raised 5+ cats over the years. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a little kid as I have always lived with a dog in the household. My Chinese name actually means “dog little sister” because my childhood dog was a year older than me and we had such a close bond. I also went to Humane Society summer camp in high school. I am currently the owner of a crazy, high maintenance, and sneaky chihuahua mutt so I am very good at paying attention to the surroundings and making sure that harmful things are not in dog’s reach. I have babysit and dogsit for my neighbors before and the owners and parents were happy. I am very disciplined on taking my dog out for long walks everyday, and he is very sweet to other dogs too if your dog would like to play or walk with him. I am busy from from 10:55-1:40 on tuesdays and Thursdays and 2:00-4:45 on mondays and wednesdays (until December). Besides that I am free. My apartment doesn’t allow other dogs to stay overnight, but I can have them over during the day and evening time. My dog is very friendly and loves to play.

About: After graduating from UC Davis this spring, Mai spent the summer in Santa Barbara house-sitting for 165 lb Leonberger with special needs. I cared for him by administering medication, feeding, and walking him daily. I have a senior Chihuahua of my own!
