Doggy Day Care West San Jose

Cristina took excellent care of my puppy during his visit. She sent me pictures and kept me updated of his day. He will definitely go back!

We had a very wonderful 1st daycare experience with Natasha recently! She treated our Daisy,our 16yo shihtzu, like her own during her daycare and we are so grateful for her. Daisy,aside from being a senior,is also special needs(due to her health conditions)so we made sure to write out detailed instructions (ie. times for meds, meals,etc.) for Natasha. Before we left, we spent time going over everything and Natasha asked lots of questions to make sure she understood. She is genuinely a very caring and kind person who has so much love for animals. She is super attentive and checked in often to let us know all was good, with some pics. We are so glad we found her and look forward to leaving Daisy in her care while my hubby and I can go on more dates(with a peace of mind). We did a meet and greet weeks ago where we spent 30min getting to know Natasha and then left Daisy with her for 1.5hr so they could get a good feel for each other, which we feel is such a good idea for anyone looking into a new sitter. We look forward to booking Natasha again soon(when my hubby travels for work) so she can also help administer subcutaneous fluids for our Daisy, which I am not the most comfortable doing quite yet. It so reassuring to know there are sitters like Natasha around, thank you Natasha💕 (Do keep in mind that the rate will be a little higher for special needs pets and is so worth it for the extra TLC)

It was my pup’s second time booking with Sofia. Everything was great - very fast booking response, easy drop off and pick up. The puppy didn’t want leave Sophia’s house - he had a lot of fun. Thank you!

Amy is fantastic! She is loving and attentive and Nova felt right at home and made fast friends with sweet Coco and the crew! Nova looks forward to her days exploring and lazing in the sun with her new pack. I would highly recommend Amy. She’s great at communication and is experienced with caring for dogs of all sizes 🐾

Even though it wasn’t a good match with Gunner, Emily was a FANTASTIC person to work with: multiple videos, pictures, and texts through the day, she worked tirelessly to help Gunner try and overcome his separation anxiety. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to others.

This was my first time using Rover and they made it such a wonderful experience. My dog is nervous, but instantly seemed comfortable with Chinhua! Plus the updates were the best to see how she was doing and settling in. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend and will book with them again!

We had such a wonderful experience with Nasibeh! She was incredibly attentive, communicative, and cared for our dogs, Robin and Lulu as if they were her own. It was clear from the updates and photos that they were having an amazing time especially playing with her adorable dog, Cody! They came home tired and happy, and they had a fantastic stay. We also really appreciated how understanding and flexible she was with our pickup time, which made everything so much less stressful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable dog sitter!

This was our first time ever leaving our puppy with a sitter/daycare, so we were definitely anxious going in. She made the entire experience incredibly easy and completely put our minds at ease. From the start, she was communicative, transparent, and sent so many photo and video updates throughout the day, which we really appreciated. The best sign of all was that our puppy immediately gravitated toward her and looked completely comfortable and happy in her care. It was clear he was getting lots of attention and love. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. We’ll absolutely be booking with her again and are hoping to make her our regular sitter/daycare moving forward. Highly recommend!

Eris was amazing, kind, and patient! Misty is a shy girl and it was her first time at daycare in a long time. Eris sent so many photos and videos of Misty, and you can tell she really cared about Misty. I would bring Misty back for daycare without hesitation! Thank you, Eris, for taking such good care of Misty.

Anahita took good care of Peanut and made him comfortable and safe even though this was the first time she took care of him for doggy daycare. The appointment eventually ran much shorter than expected as our plans had changed but Anahita was able to adjust her time and schedule appropriately. Would definitely have Peanut stay with her again.

Maria was so wonderful to my baby boy! Very understanding and able to adapt to my changing timing needs. Highly reccomend!

Samie loved staying with Krystal! Krystal was very communicative and sent pictures throughout the day. Samie usually takes a while to warm up to people, but by the second day, she was wagging her tail and barking as we pulled up! We will be working with Krystal again soon. :)

Nabil was absolutely amazing with Margoh! Very attentive and caring, and I loved all the updates and pictures that were sent throughout her stay. Communication was great, and I felt completely comfortable knowing she was in such good hands. I would definitely love to have Margoh stay with them again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful sitter!

I left Ryder with Max for his first doggy daycare drop-in, and it was a great experience. Max took him for a walk right away, and Ryder clearly enjoyed spending the day with him. He came home happy, relaxed, and pleasantly tired. Thank you, Max!

Toby was happy during his stay with Quynh. Quynh asked about his schedule and sent up updates so that I could see how he was doing.

Jaye was so beyond amazing! Their communication and flexibility was greatly appreciated. We were updated every few hours and were sent pictures which made us feel so at ease. Our dog Duke, came back happy and so were we!

Karen and her family were absolutely amazing! I think she must have the patience of a saint because my dog is a handful and he absolutely loved spending time with her and became fond of her very quickly, which is unlike him. Karen made me feel at ease with great communication and updates while Winston was in her care. I truly knew he was in great hands!

Tingting was great with my pup Zissou. I could tell he enjoyed his time with her adorable dogs and son too!
