About: I’ve been pet sitting for friends, relatives and clients for years. Our house is their pets’ second home when they travel or need us. I can do the same for you, too. During the weekend I am mostly home. Weekdays, I partially work from office and home. There is plenty of time to spend time with your pet or walk them frequently. My husband works from home full time, so there is always one or two adults at home. We live in a single house with a fenced backyard, and there is a big greenbelt right outside our backyard ( see images). Therefore it’s very convenient for frequent walks or play time for your pet. They can also meet other dogs as well. As a family, we are comfortable with being around furry friends. We volunteer with my daughters at a local farm cleaning, caring, patting…. Love it! Our own cat-Zeytin is very calm and friendly. We love to play, walk, cuddle, spend some quiet time with our pet and guest pets and will do the same with yours, too. About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over seven years through the Wag! platform in addition to friends and family’s pups, and have experience with a wide variety of breeds and personalities. Over time, I’ve discovered that I truly excel with smaller, calmer, and more mellow dogs—and that’s where my focus is for Rover. I take a gentle, attentive approach to dog care, paying close attention to each dog’s comfort level, routine, and preferences. I’m especially mindful of dogs who thrive in quieter, low-stress environments and do best with patience and consistency. Pet care is my top priority. My schedule is flexible so I may step away for some dog walks, but I am mindful of my schedule and adjust taking additional walks accordingly. I approach every pet with patience and respect, allowing them time to adjust and feel secure in a new environment or routine. In my home, I maintain a calm, clean, and pet-friendly space that’s especially well-suited for smaller, mellow pets. I have a fully fenced yard, and all outdoor time is closely supervised to ensure safety at all times. I’m mindful of doors, gates, and potential hazards, and I create a quiet environment where pets can relax without unnecessary stress or overstimulation. I closely follow each pet’s routine, feeding instructions, and any specific care preferences shared by their owner. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat the space with the same respect and attention as my own. I follow all instructions carefully, maintain consistency with the pet’s normal schedule, and ensure their environment remains safe, familiar, and comfortable. I’m attentive to changes in behavior or mood and communicate promptly with owners if anything seems out of the ordinary. About: I used to have many dogs and experience with dogs of all sizes. All of my family members have dogs of all different breeds so I am familiar with different personalities and temperments. Dogs get a lot of attention and frequent walks. I would take them for leashed walks around the neighborhood and they can roam around indoors and outside in the fenced patio area. I am familiar with administering oral medications and applying ointments. I have a furminator and can offer bathing. I am available every day of the week including weekends. Dropoff and pickup times are flexible. I have different toys that the dogs can play with. I can follow specific care instructions for your dog. Your dog will be treated like family. I am home with my kids full time so I have a lot of time to spend with your pets. Pets should be good around children. I have a 4 year old and 1 year old and I do not want them to get hurt and I do not want the pets to get stressed out by the children. I have a fenced patio/yard. Lots of grassy areas outside for leashed walks. Pets are allowed on couch and in bed. Area in home for puppy pads if they are used to using those. Pets would be treated with lots of love and care as if they were our own.

I’m patient, friendly, and genuinely enjoy spending quality time with dogs — not just watching them, but actively engaging with them and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I’m new to Rover, but I’ve spent a lot of time caring for my cousin’s dog, including helping with basic training and good behavior. I pay close attention to each dog’s personality and energy level so they get the care they need. I work from home as a freelancer, so I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to give pets attention throughout the day. I’m able to take breaks for walks, playtime, and check-ins, so your dog won’t be left alone for long. In my home, I have a private mid-size courtyard and a medium-sized backyard where dogs can safely get fresh air and play. I make sure they get regular walks, playtime, and attention throughout the day.

About: I grew up with dogs since the wee age of four. From Rottweilers to Poodle mixes and adorable, rescue chihuahua-somethings, I have always been lucky to have a dog or two (or three) by my side. I look forward to learning the specials things you love about your pet. I start the day taking the dogs out for a walk by the Anacostia River. In the mornings I work and take my toddler to an activity before naptime at noon. The dogs go out again after work and before dinner. There is a dog park attached to our building and an even bigger one nearby. Then finish the night with a treat and a final walk outside before snuggling into snoozeville. I have crates available for smaller dogs that prefer them and many isolated spots dogs can relax solo. I also have a pen/stroller to store my toddler if I notice a dog is feeling nervous.

“I want to give a huge thank you to Bruno and his fiancée for taking such amazing care of my husky, Nova, especially on such short notice! From the moment I reached out, Bruno’s communication was clear, professional, and thoughtful. He asked about Nova’s allergies, schedule, and any personal preferences to make sure she’d feel comfortable and safe throughout the day. Within the first hour, I received pictures and a video of Nova walking and playing happily with their sweet pup, Jojo. Throughout the day, Bruno continued to send updates, pictures, and videos, in total, I received 15 photos and 4 videos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear from the start that Nova was not only being watched, but truly cared for. They even gave her snacks and a fun new topping on her food to make her feel extra special. On top of that, Bruno made sure to update Nova’s Rover report with a detailed summary: two long walks, potty breaks, food and water intake, every detail was covered. To top it all off, at the end of the visit, Nova went home with a goody bag and so much love. It genuinely felt like she had a mini vacation of her own. 💛 If you’re looking for responsible, loving, and attentive care for your furry friend, I can’t recommend Bruno and his fiancé enough. They treat your pup like family and make the whole experience stress-free and joyful. I will absolutely bring Nova back again, this is the kind of care every fur friend deserves!”
