Availability
I am currently working from home. My work day typically starts early and ends early, so my afternoons are more available to take long walks. There is a trail that I walk most days that is about 3 miles, and it would be perfect for an active doggo!

Information Becky M. would like to know about your pet
I’d love to know as much information about your doggo as possible! What do they like and dislike? How are they around other animals and people? Do they need extensive exercise or are they more of a couch potato? Let me know if they have any special needs or requirements to make them as comfortable as possible with me.
A typical day
There is a concrete trail that takes me a little over an hour to walk from my house. It’s not shaded so in summer it can get pretty hot, but it’s a great walk to explore and get lots of good exercise and interesting sniffs in. If we need something less extensive, we can just walk a loop around the neighborhood or even go on a short car ride to a local shaded trail. On Sundays, I volunteer in the morning so would need to leave your pup home alone for ~3-4 hours. I also typically go to family dinner on Sunday - your dog is welcome to come with me! My parents no longer have dogs and are happy to get some pets in if I bring a doggie as a date. On Tuesday evenings I often go to trivia. If your dog does really well in public with loud noises and other dogs, I can take them. Otherwise I would leave them for a few hours. If there are concerns about this, I am open to staying home on Tuesdays.

Flexible, experienced dog lover
Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and have always loved animals. As an adult, I’ve been volunteering at the Humane Society for over 10 years and am qualified to work with some of the most challenging dogs there. I have undergone training for shy, rowdy and reactive dogs, and am continuing to practice clicker training.
Reviews

Becky is the most responsible pet sitter and house sitter I know. She watched our husky and our house for two weeks, and had excellent communication with her throughout. She took out our trash, left the house clean and even washed her sheets. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Thanks for always taking great care of Pliny! We so appreciate it!

Becky was very accommodating and took care of our dog Bailey for us for a quick out of town trip. Becky was great at all care instructions and Bailey was very comfortable with her new friend! We felt Bailey was well cared for and we were able to enjoy our short get away.
Ty loves Becky. We appreciate the daily updates and pictures. 5 stars always
