“We booked with Jade because our regular sitter was out of town, but she (and her husband) may become our go to! She did a thorough meet and greet the day after we contacted her, and asked tons of great questions. She walked us through her home and yard so we saw where the pups would be (very uncommon in my experience, so I appreciated it). Their home was neat, nothing extra that the pups would get into potentially. I loved that they (and their beds) came home clean, there was only 1 additional dog (other than their 2 small ones) in their care, and they kept to our pups regular schedule. Jade and her husband take a very professional approach to their care, even though they both work and Rover is not their main gig. Thank you Jade, I’m glad we kept looking and found you. 😊 the pups loved hanging with them.”

Deana is THE BEST! I'm hesitant to write this review as I don't want Deana to be boooked up when I need her most!! Deana was a lifesaver for our new puppy! At only 10 weeks, Poppy needs constant attention and direction. Deane was incredibly punctual (the pick up and drop off option is by far the best thing on the planet), communicative, and followed our routine for Poppy. The fact that she has land and her own dogs for socializing pups is hard to come by in the Bay Area. She is truly a dog lover and transitioned our dog from crying when on car rides to not crying at all when in the car. Deana, we can't think you enough.

Gracie had a great time during her stay! I received updates and pictures everyday and could see how Gracie made some new dog friends - the communication was great. I think upon coming home she definitely was missing her new pals but hopefully she can go stay again in the future.

If you want your mind to be completely at ease while you’re away, book with Ryan. He asked good questions before hand made sure to understand all of my dogs needs. I received frequent updates about my dog while I was away. My dog was walked multiple times a day and came back happy and healthy. Not enough good things to say. My dog, Barkley had a great stay with Lyan and David. I really appreciated the daily updates and pictures. Their little pup, Dexter, was a sweet boy too, probably made it easier for my dog to adjust to me being away. I would recommend to anyone and would love to rebook if I go on another trip. Aditi and her family were wonderful with my dog Kaya! She was pampered a ton, getting cuddles from everyone (though she particularly hit it off with the son of the family). I received daily photos if her thoroughly enjoying her vacation from me. I highly recommend Aditi as a sitter and hope to use her again in the future!
We were on an international trip so we sent our 3 year old Luna to Bruno. He did an excellent job taking care of her, plus he went above and beyond than just feeding and walking. Here are some highlights: - The house is pretty clean and well maintained, with a big backyard for potty and outdoor activities. - He asked as much information as possible about Luna in advance to know her better before we drop off her. - He proactively sent updates (photos, videos) on a daily basis. In addition he took timezone and network availability into consideration and picked the messaging app that best worked for us. - Our dog needed special care due to her medical conditions, plus Luna started to be in heat during her stay. He and his wife took extra effort to deal with her condition and kept us posted. I know it's not an easy job to take care of a dog in heat so a million thanks to Bruno! I would highly recommend Bruno and his family for all the care they have taken of Luna, especially for the special conditions. He showed love, experience and responsibility to treat every dog as family. I feel lucky having him to take care of Luna and look forward to future opportunities when Luna and Jojo can play together again!
We recently left our dog for a full week, and it was our first time using a dog sitter.
