I loved that they (and their beds) came home clean, there was only 1 additional dog (other than their 2 small ones) in their care, and they kept to our pups regular schedule. About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, growing up with both cats and dogs and developing a deep, natural connection with them. I cared for and trained my own dog for 15 years, and after his passing, I adopted a close friend’s dog, who I now love and care for as my own. I have a newly adopted (2 months) 10 year old Doxie that I was hoping to travel with to a work event, but, needed a place for her to stay for a couple of days. I came across Diana, here on Rover, and began communicating with her. Diana was very responsive and thorough in getting back with me and answering my questions. Her intake questionnaire was very detailed, which I loved. So, I booked with Diana and Bailey. I was very pleased with Diana and her place. About: I have been a veterinary technician since 2015. I always knew working with animals was my passion. Prior to being a vet tech, I was a dog trainer at Petco for 1.5 years. I’m an active young mother so I enjoy outside time as well and love going on walks. I’m capable to administer subcutaneous fluids and medications of any sort if needed. My husband works from home so someone will be home all day with your fur baby! We go on 2 long walks daily along with 2 extra bathroom breaks in between. PREFERRED DROP OFF/ PICK UP TIMES : Monday - Friday before 7:20 AM OR after 6 PM. Saturdays & Sundays are completely open. This is just so we can meet each time. If needed outside those time frames my husband will the one to receive your furbaby ♥️ I currently do not have pets of my own, but I treat them all as if they were. We miss having a dog around, but aren't ready yet to get a puppy or adopt, we would love to love on your little one in the meanwhile. *** Please note *** As we have young children, we don’t accept any dogs that have ever shown aggression towards people or dogs, dogs that have a bite history, any bull terrier or bull terrier mix, or other guard dog/pray driven breeds. Both me an my husband works from home, so we have lots of time to give your little one. Our 3 year old daughter is gentle with dogs (from having grown up with them) and knows how to pet gently and let dogs come to her, we only accept kid friendly visitors for that reason. We also only take one dog at a time for that reason. We live in a townhouse community with open areas and lots of grass. We are not comfortable taking dogs to dog parks. We hike every weekend, and if you think your pup would enjoy joining we can do that. We don’t do any off leash activity for everybody’s safety, as our recall would not be as effective as an owners.
