About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my personalized approach to each dog, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you're away. I have experience with both puppies and senior dogs, and a special connection to them. My family and I raised our beloved Black Lab, Jack, from the time he was 8 weeks old until he passed this past June at 15 years old. As he aged, our care for him adapted to his changing needs, ensuring he remained comfortable in his senior years. I also dog sit my partner’s Frenchie, Benji, who is 3 years old with lots of energy! For puppies, I focus on positive reinforcement techniques to help them build good habits and learn basic commands. Similarly, with senior dogs, I pay close attention to their mobility and provide gentle walks, along with extra care to keep them comfortable. Whether it's playtime or a relaxing stroll, I always strive to make every dog feel special and well cared for. I just graduated with my Bachelors this past December at SJSU, so I have lots of time on my hands! I’m currently at a part-time position, so I am available Monday-Saturday after 2:30PM for dog walks and animal visits/walks Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday all day. If I’m caring for a pet in the client’s home, I stick to their established routine as closely as possible to minimize any stress. I make sure to follow any specific instructions regarding feeding, medication, or training. I also offer regular updates to the pet owner, keeping them informed of how their pet is doing. Whether in my home or theirs, I focus on creating a safe and loving environment that meets their individual needs. I also love to incorporate play time with the animals!
