About: I have experience with caring for dogs at every stage from puppy to senior. I've had two dogs (Shih Tzu and Pitbull,) whom I've raised and trained from puppy into senior years and know how to care for small dogs and big dogs. I work from home so I can devote much of my attention to your dog. As long as I am contacted about a service well in advance, I can effectively organize my schedule in a way that will best fit your dog's individual needs. Please let us know ahead of time if your baby has any specific requirements that need to be fit into their routine and feel free to come see if our house is a good fit for you. Since our dogs crossed the rainbow bridge, our house is now prepared and ready for the sound pattering paws and snuffling wet noses once again. We have a legacy of clean toys my dogs have left behind, waiting to be loved again by a new furbaby. The house is safe and pet proof, in an environment free of hazards. I have a dedicated doggie door to a full sized fenced back yard where your dog can run and play to their heart's content. My neighborhood is in a very safe and enclosed cul-de-sac that is further from any busy main roads, making walking worry free.

While you are away, I can send pictures for updates on how well your babies are doing so you don’t worry about your them. Ill treat your babies as mine while your away.
About: For most of my High School education I had watched The Dog Whisperer religiously, which helped to ingrain my love for animals especially towards canines. I slowly began to pursue fields in which I could help surround myself with animals and careers pertaining to animals. I started after high school and became a volunteer at the San Jose Animal Care Services located on Monterey Rd. in San José. I was working on the side while going to school as I volunteered to help compensate the volunteer hours. As a designated dog walker I was introduced to small toy dogs down to 4 pounds up to larger breeds ranging upwards of 100 pounds. I am located in a single-family residence in a suburban enclave in Evergreen. We have a fenced backyard with lots of space to stretch out and enjoy the outdoors. The local elementary school is a 5-minute walk away, featuring its own walking trail and a fenced grass area. Animal care is my second nature. I can understand body signs and cues when it comes to how an animal is feeling and the best way to approach them. I've held up against big dogs all the way down to the little ones. Each animal is unique. The most important thing is love and respect.
“She gives a great service and my dog was happy to go out. I recommend her for walking your dog. She pays attention of your dog's behavior and makes sure it has a nice walk.”

“So glad we found Courtney! My dog, Ivy, and I did a Meet & Greet and walked around the block. Ivy can be a handful on the leash, but Courtney did a great job managing her energy and pulling. We had a nice chat while walking together, and it’s clear Courtney has a natural way with dogs. Ivy liked her so much she was ready to head off on a longer walk without me! She's responsive, easy to talk to, and definitely someone I trust. I felt completely comfortable leaving Ivy in her care and have added her to my 'favorites' list for future walks.”

“Liza is very much a dog lover and our dog was very comfortable with Liza immediately. She followed all instructions and made sure our dog was happy and healthy. Will definitely book again when needed.”

About: We own a dog for the last 4 years. She is a golden doodle. She is very sweet and playful. We take care of her by walking her around the neighborhood every day. We have a big backyard so there is plenty of open space for the dogs to play and have fun. My family loves dogs and take care of them as if they were our own children. Dogs usually sleep overnight in the house and then during the day they can either stay inside or outside. Your dog's daily routine would be in the morning your dog would go for a walk around the neighborhood. When your dog comes back he/she would eat his/her food. We would then take your dog outside in the backyard to play a bit like fetch a ball etc. Then he/ she can eat his/her lunch and then dinner. Routine can be adjusted according to the weather and other requirements . We also have a park close by and our neighborhood is also very nice for dogs to go out for walks. I would be able to spend a lot of time with your dog and so would my children when they come back from school. You provide food for your dog and if we have to provide food then there will be extra charge for that. Thank you for choosing us! I am home right now because of summer vacation. Even after my school starts, I spend time, play with dogs and take care of them after school and my mom would take care of the dogs during school time I have a fenced yard so your dog is always safe. I also have a golden doodle, very friendly dog, so your dog always have a company. We can also put your dog in a crate for additional safety if you want but you will have to provide the crate.
About: Before being a dog mom I pet sat for family friends when they went on vacation. I met Chocolate 6 years ago while I was in Colombia, when he was 2.5 years old. He was sadly abused by his previous owner and when I got him he was very shy and not yet potty trained. I trained him myself and now Chocolate has regained his trust in humans entirely. In fact, his favorite thing to do when we go to the dog park every evening is to beg all the rest of the dog parents for pets. If you choose me to be your pet sitter, your dog can accompany Chocolate and I on our daily morning walks, hikes that we go on twice a week and daily evening trips to the dog park. Additionally, with your permission, your dog can enjoy some of the organic home cooked food I make for Choco. I cook fresh food every 3 days and vary the ingredients each time. I use the following ground meats: goat, venison, lamb mixed with cod fish, turkey and chicken breast. I use a variation of the following vegetables: broccoli, spinach, carrots, cabbage, pumpkin, butternut squash, sweet potato and kale. I cook this in bone broth and mix this with one of the following: lentils, chickpeas or rice. Lastly, due to my experience of taking care of my brother's senior dog, who I used to live with I can offer helpful advice, that will make your senior dog's golden years more pleasant. For example, I recommended my brother to by his dog Titus a raised dog bowl to help with his mobility issues while eating. The raised dog bowl prevents Titus from losing his balance, when lowering his head to eat, while the rubber mat prevent his paws from slipping. If you choose me as your pet sitter your dog will receive lots of love and care that warms their hearts, home cooked meals to maintain their taste buds and bellies happy and lots of excercise to prevent separation anxiety, that will make them feel like my home is their home away from home. Choco and I look forward to meeting you and your pup! I am currently home full time for the next 5 months while I recover from a shoulder injury, so I would be with your pet the entire day and night except for when I go to my physical therapy, accupuncture and doctor's appointments. I cook fresh food every 3 days for Choco and walk him in every morning and enjoys the dog park every afternoon. I have a fenced yard and only live with my dog and father. My dog is extremely friendly with all dogs and loves to play.
About: Hi! My name is Yanira, and I’m a caring, responsible, and loving pet caregiver with a true passion for animals. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every dog with patience, kindness, attention, and lots of love. I am committed to creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where your dog can feel happy and secure while you are away. I enjoy spending quality time with pets, including walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, and making sure they feel calm and cared for. I am dependable, attentive to instructions, and dedicated to giving each pet personalized care based on their needs and personality. Your dog’s well-being, safety, and happiness will always be my priority. I would love the opportunity to care for your furry family member and give them the love and attention they deserve. 🐾💕 Pet care fits very naturally into my daily and weekly routine because I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I have a flexible schedule and I’m able to dedicate time for walks, feeding, playtime, attention, and making sure pets feel safe and comfortable. I’m responsible, organized, and committed to giving each pet the care and love they deserve. A typical day with pets would include feeding them on schedule, going for walks, playtime, giving them attention and affection, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I also enjoy keeping pets active and happy with fun activities, regular potty breaks, and quiet time to relax. I always pay close attention to their needs and routines to make sure they are well cared for and loved.
About: I’ve been the go-to pet person in my circle for years! Friends, family, and neighbors call me when they need someone reliable, patient, and genuinely excited to hang out with their pets. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, overnights, or keeping up with detailed routines, I take pride in making pets feel safe, loved, and completely at ease while you’re away. What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of attention and emotional awareness I bring. As an empath, I don’t just “watch” pets, I learn their personalities. Are they high-energy zoomie champions? Velcro dogs? Secret snack negotiators? I adjust my care style to fit *them* so they stay happy and stress-free. I have experience with puppies who need structure, consistency, and patience (potty training, leash manners, crate routines), as well as senior dogs who deserve a slower pace, gentle handling, and medication support. I’m also very comfortable with anxious or shy pets and use calm, positive approaches to build trust at their speed. My goal is simple: happy pets, lots of tail wags, and owners who can relax knowing their furry family member is in caring, capable hands. Plus, you’ll always get photo updates because I know being away is the hardest part :) My schedule is thoughtfully balanced between two of my personal businesses—pet care and swim instruction. I’m a professional swim instructor during parts of the day, which means I may be in the water or teaching lessons for a few hours at a time, depending on the day of the week. Because of this, I build my pet care schedule very intentionally to make sure every animal in my care gets consistent attention, exercise, and quality time. Pet care isn’t just something I “fit in”—it’s a core part of my work and something I genuinely care about. Balancing both businesses allows me to stay active, responsible, and fully present in the care I provide. My care style really comes down to one thing: keeping pets happy, comfortable, and on their normal routine, just with me stepping in as their temporary human. In a client’s home, I treat your space with the same respect I’d want for my own. I stick closely to feeding schedules, walk times, medications, play routines, and any “house rules” your pet knows (or thinks they can bend). I keep things clean, calm, and secure so your pet feels safe in their familiar environment. If pets are staying in my home, they get a cozy, supervised environment with lots of attention, exercise, and downtime based on their energy level. I make sure introductions, rest spaces, and routines are handled thoughtfully so everyone feels comfortable. I'll most likely end up snuggling your pet too! :)
“Our dog sitter is an absolute gem! She has been incredibly patient and understanding with our two reactive cattle puppies, a challenge few could handle with such grace. Her calm demeanor and expert approach have made her the perfect sitter for our furry family members. We truly believe anyone would be incredibly lucky to have her care for their pets. Highly, highly recommend!”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, growing up with both cats and dogs and developing a deep, natural connection with them. I cared for and trained my own dog for 15 years, and after his passing, I adopted a close friend’s dog, who I now love and care for as my own. My experience includes working with dogs of all ages and needs from energetic pups to senior dogs requiring extra patience and support. I’m comfortable administering medication, preparing specialized meals based on dietary needs, and ensuring each dog gets the right level of exercise, structure, and attention. I treat every dog as if they’re part of my family because I know that’s exactly what they are to you. I work from home therefore, your pup will have all my attention! Walks are done every three to four hours in a day. Food is given based on your scheduled requirements. Since I have a dog of my own your pup will have a partner to play with! There's a dog park near by for them to run and play in as well.
Evergreen dog parents share their Rover experiences
My dog, Ivy, and I did a meet and Greet with Sean and his dog. The dogs were happy to meet each other and walked well together. Sean and I had a nice chat; he really enjoys dogs and is capable of handling Ivy who is a large dog and pulls while on leash. I agreed to have Sean come the next day and take Ivy with his dog on a walk without me. Ivy was excited to see her new friends again and eagerly went with them. It was evening time and Ivy came home happy and tired and went to bed early. We look forward to having Sean walk Ivy again and perhaps have a doggy play date with his dog.
