We had to go on an unexpected trip for a funeral and Leah took care of my girl, Callie & fur nephews. Week before I even dropped off Callie, Leah was responsive to my questions and kind & patient with me. She let me know to create instructions on how to care for Callie & was so sweet & appreciative when I gave her back a full “book” of instructions. She was very reassuring that she & her family would care for Callie really well. Once my husband & I dropped off Callie to Leah, we were given a warm and welcoming greeting. She was inviting and just gave a very calming energy. Her place was clean, full of toys dog safe. Her furniture & products she used felt dog friendly & like a perfect second home for Callie. I felt really good about leaving Callie with her. During the trip we received updates. If I found myself just missing Callie and decided to check in by messaging Leah through the app, she was so responsive!. I knew Leah & her family were giving Callie lots of love & care (made obvious by the pictures sent through rover app). I was able to focus on family during this trip knowing Callie was in great hands! I only left Callie with Leah for 2 nights but, after this experience I would trust Leah to care for Callie for week(s) if needed. In the future, and if need to find care for my dog again, I will hope and pray Leah is available the days I need. She was awesome!!”

About: Throughout my childhood I’ve been surrounded by animals of all kinds - dogs in particular. My family has always had at least one dog in our household and I’ve spent a combined three years volunteering, shadowing, and working at animal hospitals / clinics - learning how to meet the needs of every dog or cat I encounter. I am very cautious when it comes to indoor versus outdoor pets and I strictly follow the requests from pet owners when handling walks and outside play time.
About: I have two dogs of my own and have watched family and friends dogs many times in my life. I adore all animals and would love to get to know yours :) I’m currently working gig jobs for the summer so I am free the vast majority of hours the vast majority of days. I should barely have any conflicts with scheduling. I love to pet and play with animals (any). I’m very loving towards them but can be strict if need be. I clean up after myself and won’t leave a mess.

He got to be out in the spacious backyard with the kids, hanging out with their friendliest family dog - Jacoby - and going on walks together. Yggy was comfortable and got to sleep in the bed which is his favorite spot. He didn’t want to leave. Also Robyn gave him his daily medications and was very thorough with the care instructions. “Meredith was our HERO! My husband and I got married in the area although we live in Colorado, so we took our puppy on our road trip to California. After our wedding, Meredith watched Mishka for a whole week allowing us to fly on our honeymoon to Hawaii. She sent pictures and updates every day, bought Mishka dog food when our supply ran out, got her a new toy, and even let us park our (very) full car in her driveway for a week.
