“We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. During the met and greet, we walked around the neighborhood together, I was so glad Lucky quickly developped friendship with Kaka and Panda, and the drop off session was also great, which allow me to join the family vacation. When my flight ended up getting canceled and I had to extend their stay by two days, she kindly worked with me and made the whole situation so much less stressful. Gives timely updates and pictures of my girl. Most important thing for me is that she’s punctual and flexible. I had bad experience when the sitter didn’t come out to pick up my dog on time and didn’t reply to messages or phone call for like 20 minutes because they “forget and mute my phone” then the traffic became horrible for me. Sophie replies messages in a timely fashion. Sometimes we need to drop my dog off early than scheduled, sometimes we need to pick her up late, and Sophie is all fine with that without any issues. I highly recommend her and will continue letting her take care of my baby girl.”

Qi was also a great and fast communicator. I had to move our walk time to 1 hour later due to a forgotten doc’s apt and Qi was flexible and kind enough to push the walk and meet my schedule on a short notice. I enjoyed my interaction with her and recommend her to anybody with a high energy dog!”
About: I have been working with dogs for nearly a year and a half. The dogs I have worked with have had low energy and others have had lots of energy. The French bulldog I worked with was a pup and I was constantly monitoring and training the dog to stop eating branches and food on the walk. I have trained other dogs to stop yanking or to not chase after squirrels. I have worked with French bulldogs, Pomeranian, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, English Setter, Border Collie, Pit bulls, Yorkshire Terrier, Australian Kelpie, Siberian Husky, West Highland White Terrier, and Labrador Retrievers. Generally I work with referrals only. If you need references, I am happy to provide them. I work full time during the day with a flexible job which can be scaled down to meet pets needs. I am available for morning walks or meds, can coordinate a lunch/potty break, and will of course meet any needs in the evening that are necessary. Unfortunately, I do not have space for pets to stay at my home. I am protective of other people's living space as if it's my own. I will tidy up all messed and pet care needs if they arise. And I will make sure they get all the love and exercise they need.
