Shawna is so great!! Excellent at communicating. Goose had such an amazing time on their walks this weekend. We didn’t have to worry about Goose while we were away because we knew he was in excellent hands. Thank you, Shawna!

Qi and her daughters were great! They took care of Rexie, a siberian husky, as if he was their own. Rexie came back happy and tired from their walk which what I needed. Qi was also a great and fast communicator. I had to move our walk time to 1 hour later due to a forgotten doc’s apt and Qi was flexible and kind enough to push the walk and meet my schedule on a short notice. I enjoyed my interaction with her and recommend her to anybody with a high energy dog!

About: I’ve cared for my 2 big babies for about 8 years now. At first I had only one dog, then she got pregnant and I helped deliver all her babies at home. We found homes for all of them, but we kept one. So now they are mother and daughter duo. I’m currently open to work from 10 am to 5 pm from Monday through Friday. Please consider me to take care of your fur baby when you’re away from home. At home I have two loving dogs that are freed to roam everywhere. They are friendly with people just not so much other fur babies.

About: I've been caring for pets since 2019. I previously owned two cats, who now live with my family after I relocated. Caring for them taught me how to understand different personalities, routines, and behaviors. I've also cared for both cats and dogs for 5–6 friends while they were away, with my longest pet-sitting stay lasting over two months. I've cared for pets with different energy levels and personalities, and I'm comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, litter box cleaning, and following any special care instructions. I'm patient, responsible, and attentive to detail. Whether it's a cat or a dog, I strive to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I'll also provide regular photo and video updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I have a flexible schedule, allowing me to give your pets plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I'm available on weekdays and weekends for drop-in visits, walks, overnight stays, and longer-term care. I'll do my best to accommodate your schedule while keeping your pet's daily routine as consistent as possible. Your pet's comfort and safety are always my top priorities. Having cared for both cats and dogs, I understand that every pet has its own personality, routine, and needs. I'll carefully follow your care instructions, maintain a clean and safe environment, and make sure your pet feels comfortable while you're away. Whether it's feeding, walks, playtime, litter box cleaning, medication, or extra attention for shy or senior pets, I'm happy to help. I'll also send regular photo and video updates to give you peace of mind. I'm comfortable caring for shy, senior, or high-energy pets, and I'll always let them interact at their own pace without forcing attention.

About: After a few years away working as an engineer, I’ve realized my true passion isn’t in front of a computer, it’s with dogs! I was a top-rated, 5-star sitter in Fremont back in 2016-2017 with 38 repeat clients, and I am so excited to officially reopen my doors to the furry community. With over 20 years of experience living with and caring for dogs, I provide a "home away from home" where your pup is treated like family. 🐾 Important Note: To ensure a safe, comfortable, and manageable environment for our resident dogs and guests, I strictly only accept dogs under 40 lbs. Meet the Resident Pack I am a proud "dog mom" to two friendly pups who love making new friends: Kaka: My sweet 11-year-old rescue French bulldog and poodle mix (13 lbs). He has a crippled leg, so I am very experienced in caring for seniors or dogs with special physical needs. Panda: My energetic 5-year-old Bernedoodle. He’s a "pandemic puppy" who is well-socialized and ready to play! The "Five-Star" Backyard & Home Your dog will have the ultimate vacation in our 4,000 square foot home. We have plenty of indoor space for lounging and a large, fully fenced backyard for fresh air and supervised playtime. Personalized Care & Activity Consistent Supervision: My husband and I both work hybrid schedules and take turns working from home. This means one of us is home the vast majority of the time to provide cuddles, bathroom breaks, and attentive care. Active Lifestyle: We love staying active! Your pup will enjoy frequent walks and plenty of engagement. Safety First: Because of my engineering background, I am detail-oriented and highly organized when it comes to feeding schedules and safety protocols. I can’t wait to meet your pup and give them a fun, safe, and loving stay! Our routine is highly flexible! Whether your pup is a high-energy "pandemic dog" like my Panda or a senior who needs a gentler pace like my 13lb rescue, Kaka, I easily adjust walk lengths and play styles to match their specific energy and physical abilities. A Day in the Life at Our Home Because we work a hybrid schedule, pet care is seamlessly integrated into our day. Your dog will never be just a "task"—they are part of the family. • 8:30 AM | Morning Adventure: We kick off the day with a morning walk, followed by a nutritious brunch. • Mid-Day | Garden Play: Around noon, I provide supervised "yard breaks" in our large, fenced backyard for fresh air and sniffing. • Late Afternoon | Neighborhood Stroll: We head out for a second neighborhood walk, followed by dinner service. • Evening | Last Call: Before bedtime, we have one final backyard break to ensure everyone is settled and comfortable. Total Freedom: Your dog has the run of the house! They are welcome in any of the 4,000 sq. ft. of indoor space. Whether they want to sunbathe by a window or snooze near my desk while I work, they will have plenty of room to feel at home. Safety-First, Premium Care Your pet’s safety and comfort are my absolute priorities. I provide a secure, high-standard environment designed for total peace of mind. • Supervised Freedom: Your dog has full access to our 4,000 sq. ft. home and a large, securely fenced backyard. I personally supervise all outdoor time to ensure every guest is safe and happy. • Proactive Security: For added protection, I have security cameras monitoring the property and dog gates that can be installed as needed to create separate, safe zones for different energy levels. • Constant Companionship: Because we work a hybrid schedule, there is almost always an adult present. This allows for frequent check-ins, bathroom breaks, and 24/7 attention. • Disciplined Care: I am highly attentive to feeding schedules, medication, and specific care instructions. Whether it's managing a senior dog’s mobility (like my rescue, Kaka) or a high-energy pup’s needs, I follow your instructions to the letter.

About: Hello! My name is Xiuhui (Sophie). I’m a dedicated dog sitter with over 10 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. I have a poodle of my own, so I’m very familiar with daily routines, grooming, feeding, and creating a calm, structured environment. I pay close attention to each dog’s habits, diet, and emotional needs, and follow their usual routine so they feel comfortable and secure. My goal is to provide a safe, low-stress, and loving home away from home. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and dogs who may need extra attention. Over the years, my own dog has experienced various health conditions, so I’m patient and comfortable providing gentle, attentive care when needed. I intentionally keep my boarding small (usually 1–2 dogs at a time), so each dog receives focused attention, consistent supervision, and personalized care. You’re always welcome to schedule a meet & greet to see if it’s a good fit. I spend most of my time at home, so I’m able to give dogs plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I follow a consistent routine with regular feeding, potty breaks, and light exercise. I provide a calm and comfortable environment and am best suited for dogs with moderate or lower energy levels, so they can feel relaxed and at ease during their stay. I live in a very pet-friendly apartment community. My home has a comfortable private patio where dogs can relax, enjoy fresh air, and sunbathe safely. Right downstairs, there’s a fenced dog park where dogs can safely go off-leash for potty breaks and light activity, making daily care convenient and stress-free. I always ensure dogs are in a safe, calm, and clean environment.

About: I grew up with dogs and have experience with puppies, rescues, seniors, and anxious pets. I build trust through patience, positive reinforcement, and lots of love, making every pet feel safe and at home. I grew up with a black lab since the day I came home from the hospital. She was a black lab who lived til 14. She passed away playing fetch up northern Minnesota due to a heart attack playing fetch in the lake. She entered heaven doing her greatest love. There has always been peace to that. In 2020 I rescued Aspen. She is a Great Pyrenees, English mastiff, and laborador retriever. She saved my walks by allowing me to take her for two hour long walks a day at a nearby regional trail during the pandemic. I taught her how to swim, pray, shake, kiss, and potty. From the teething puppy stage to the nap loving 5 year old stage, I have adored witnessing her transition through it all. Though she rests hard, she plays harder. When I moved to San Jose with my partner, Lucy, my 11 year old Maltese joined the family. She is full of eye boogers, but even more full of love and warm cuddles she loves long walks up to even 4 miles. Aside from that, I quickly made a name for myself as a dog sitter in San Jose. Through connections, I have landed opportunities to watch one elderly and one 5 year old red lab overnight in Monterey, five other primary dogs in the east bay from a 1 year old rescue lab, to a shy and night loving cat, to a 3 year old rescued German Sheppard, to a highly intelligent greyhound, and a foster Samoyed turned adopted puppy who went from shy, severely underweight and timid, to strong, smiley, and full of chatter. I currently have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to provide dependable care throughout the week. Whether your pet needs midday walks, overnight stays, or extra companionship, I can easily adapt to their routine and give them the time, attention, and exercise they deserve. I maintain your pet’s routine with walks, feeding, playtime, cuddles, medications if needed, and personalized care. I’ll also keep your home tidy and send regular photo updates.

About: I absolutely love animals and have been caring for, and looking after dogs, cats, (and any animals in-between) since i was very young!! I’m super comfortable handling & caring for dogs and have cared for dogs as small as 10 pounds and dogs as big as 130!! I had childhood pup who was a pitbull and we raised him from a puppy so i have lots of experience with high-energy dogs and larger and stronger breeds. I also understand the importance of structure, patience, and positive reinforcement. My experience with him taught me how to build trust, maintain consistency, and support a dog’s needs at every stage! I have experience with senior dogs, reactive dogs, needy dogs, shy dogs, puppies, ect. so there is a large spectrum of animals i’m able to care for :) I’d love to provide the attention & care your fur babies need!! Pet care fits into my routine while i am in between jobs & going to school so it is my full-time job as of right now. I’m usually free to book any days during the week which gives me plenty of time for longer visits and dedicated care. On busier personal days, I’m still willing to schedule drop-ins, walks, and check-ins around my daily routine, and make sure each pet gets consistent attention and care. I’m organized, reliable, and always plan my schedule to prioritize the pets I’m responsible for!! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow their normal routine as closely as possible. I take time to understand each pet’s feeding schedule, exercise needs, & any special instructions or preferences. I make sure they have fresh water, a clean space, and plenty of attention. My priority is to make pets feel safe, calm, and comfortable while their owners are away!

About: I’ve been a dedicated dog and cat owner for over 10 years and truly understand the love, patience, and attention pets need to feel safe and happy. At home, I have a Bengal cat and a Miniature Schnauzer mix, so I’m experienced with both feline and canine personalities and daily care routines. I work full-time in the tech industry from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide attentive care and companionship throughout the day. In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve looked after dogs for friends and family members, provided cat sitting for friends while they were away, and volunteered with NKLA Animal Rescue to help care for foster dogs and cats. For boarding, I only accept 1 guest pet at a time to ensure each pet feels comfortable and at home. I live in a quiet community with beautiful walking trails and easy access to nearby dog parks. Since I work full-time from home in the tech industry, I am home throughout the day and naturally build pet care into my schedule. On the weekends, I usually take longer walks on the nearby trails or parks. Whether I'm caring for my own pets or a guest, I prioritize keeping them on their normal routine so they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for. In my home, I only accept 1 boarding pet at a time to ensure they receive my full attention in a calm, low-stress environment. When caring for pets in a client's home, I respect both the pet's routine and the owner's home. I will follow feeding schedules, walking routines, and instructions.

About: I’ve been a true dog-and-cat person since junior high. Growing up, I was basically the “head zookeeper” of our home (2 dogs, 2 cats!), so I’m comfortable with all kinds of personalities, energy levels, and quirks. Now, as a full-time WFH professional based in San Jose, I’m home all day—meaning your pup gets constant attention, care, and companionship. I don’t just watch dogs—I treat them like family from the moment they walk through the door. ❤️ The "SJC Convenience" 🛫 Traveling soon? I’m located in San Jose, just about 20 minutes from San Jose Mineta International Airport, making drop-off easy and convenient on your way to the airport.I’m also happy to accommodate last-minute bookings and unexpected travel plans—if your trip comes up suddenly, you can count on me for reliable care. This is your dog’s second home ❤️ - Total Supervison: I’m home 24/7. No lonely pups here! 🏠 - Built-in Bestie: Our friendly Cockapoo puppy is always down to play. 🐩 - Same-Day Ready: Urgent daycare or emergency boarding? No problem. ⚡ - Photo Updates: I’ll send plenty of pics so you can relax on your trip. 📸 I have a remote job, so your dog will have 24/5 companionship and supervision during the week. I offer boarding Monday through Friday and are always open for last-minute or same-day bookings for those urgent needs. I also provide walking services when I don’t have pups boarding at home. While I focus on weekdays, I’m happy to discuss weekend care for my regular, returning clients! Safety is my top priority, and since I’m home full-time, I’m always there to keep a close eye on everyone. I have a friendly young Cockapoo in our apartment, but I’m very careful about how dogs interact. If your pup is a bit shy or just isn't in the mood to meet our puppy, I can easily give them their own dedicated room to relax in so they feel completely comfortable and at ease. I’m also happy to follow whatever routine your dog is used to at home. If you prefer they be crated for naps or bedtime, I can definitely make that happen. Whether they are playing with our pup or enjoying some quiet time, they’ll be treated like a member of our family the whole time they are here.

About: Saturday Grace has been an avid cat-lover all their life. They currently live with mostly senior cats and have lots of experience with subcutaneous fluids, medication, and general senior cuddling. But fear not! Saturday has also fostered many kittens, including those abandoned by their mamas and in need of bottle feeding. Saturday is an all ages cat-carer. Saturday has recently discovered their love of dogs as well. They love providing care, short walks, and lots and lots of snuggles to their canine friends. Saturday does best with small and medium dogs. They only take large dogs if they don't need walks. When they are not entirely absorbed by pet-cuddles, Saturday can be found reading, writing, or attempting not to kill their garden. As a full-time pet sitter, your fur babies are the focus of my day. I'm available for drop-in visits either morning (6am-noon), afternoon (noon-5pm), or evening (5pm-10pm). If I'm house sitting for your pets, we'll come up with an agreed upon schedule for when they need me home. I appreciate being able to care for pets in their own environments where they feel safe. I will respect your home just as if it were my own. At our meet and greet will discuss any house care (ie: mail or plant watering) as well as any house rules (ie: Miffie isn't allowed in the office). We will also discuss sleeping arrangements, if that applies.

About: Hi, my name is Sheela and I do Dog-sitting out of my own house. I have had a German Rottweiler and 2 bunnies myself in the past. I loved them dearly and always provided the absolute best care for them. I have done pet-sitting for my sister's German Shepherd and Terrier mix and my friend's Chihuahua mix. Just recently I boarded 2 wonderful Bulldogs at my house for 3 months while their Guardian was traveling for work and also had a lovely Old English Sheepdog stay with us as well as plenty others. At the moment, I have a 13 yr old female Bernese Mountain/Shepherd mix who we adopted and a 4 yr old male Chugle tripod rescue, so your pet will have nice playmates while they stay at our home. I also have a super cute rescue bunny! I have a 17 year old daughter who loves animals and is very respectful to them. I am very passionate about animals and I am an animal advocate, I do whatever I can to help and fight for animals. I sign petitions, write letters to decision makers, build awareness, etc. My future goal is to work in animal rescue or rehab one day, and to live on a small farm when I retire. We have a 1 story, 4 BD house w/a large fenced backyard and we are located a short walk away to a very nice neighborhood park. Feel free to contact me anytime to discuss your needs for your precious one :-) About this sitter: Born and raised in SJ Bay area. Some of my hobbies include animal advocacy, spending time with my family and friends, movies, traveling, cooking, sewing, coffee, Yoga, history, gardening, and shopping. I currently work part-time as a Sub Teacher a couple days a week, however I'm home most full days of the week and in the early afternoons on the other work days to spend time with your furry ones :-) I have a fenced yard and I keep pets inside the home, unless they want to play in the yard :-) I do use crates for the pets if I go out for an errand or something for their own safety. About: I have been working with dogs for nearly a year and a half. The dogs I have worked with have had low energy and others have had lots of energy. The French bulldog I worked with was a pup and I was constantly monitoring and training the dog to stop eating branches and food on the walk. I have trained other dogs to stop yanking or to not chase after squirrels. I have worked with French bulldogs, Pomeranian, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, English Setter, Border Collie, Pit bulls, Yorkshire Terrier, Australian Kelpie, Siberian Husky, West Highland White Terrier, and Labrador Retrievers. Generally I work with referrals only. If you need references, I am happy to provide them. I work full time during the day with a flexible job which can be scaled down to meet pets needs. I am available for morning walks or meds, can coordinate a lunch/potty break, and will of course meet any needs in the evening that are necessary. Unfortunately, I do not have space for pets to stay at my home. I am protective of other people's living space as if it's my own. I will tidy up all messed and pet care needs if they arise. And I will make sure they get all the love and exercise they need.

About: I’ve always had a natural passion to care for animals, especially dogs. Dogs have been a part of my life since I was a kid, I spent a lot of time with my grandma who had at least 8 dachshunds! All throughout my life I’ve had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, and even hermit crabs. Naturally I was drawn to walking dogs, boarding them, and even helping them medically when I became a veterinary assistant. I now have 3 years of professional dog walking under my belt and I love it! From Pomeranians to the Great Pyrenees, I’ve walked em all. I can also provide cat walks or check-ins, as well as boarding for your feline friend. I have experience with different temperaments as well as senior dogs and cats, kittens and puppies of course. Getting to know each pet’s personality and temperament is of utmost importance and I strive to always give my all to ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and of course happy with a wagging tail or lots of purrs! I’m solely focused on caring for dogs and cats on a weekly basis, pet sitting is a full-time commitment for me. Although I do have other passions such as gardening and baking, caring for other’s pets is my priority. I’m always happy to accommodate each individual pet’s needs, whether that be a particular nighttime routine, dressing your dog in an anxiety vest or administering medications. Of course, respect to your home is always a top priority and I will always follow whatever guidelines you have in place. As for my home, should you choose to board with me, I offer lots of fenced backyard space and plenty of room for indoor play and rest. I do have a crate available for a small or medium sized pet if necessary, cleaned and sanitized properly after each use. I also have A/C for those hot days and a heater that works wonders, and I keep an air purifier on as well.

She even worked with the leasing office to ensure she can get a hold of me. What really stood out were the amazing photos and videos she sent. Being away at work can be stressful, but seeing those updates made me feel so comforted. It was clear that Puzzle was having a great time and was in excellent hands. I’m more than happy with the care she provided and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, patient, and detail-oriented sitter for their pups!

Chiara did such an amazing job checking in on and walking our dog Wilbur! She thoroughly communicated how well the walks went and even did a whole photo shoot every time. Chiara went above and beyond to make sure his space was clean and comfortable, even taking time to play and hang out with him after walks. We would love to have Chiara walk Wilbur for any other future trips and would definitely recommend her for anyone looking for a responsible caregiver for their dogs!

Always a pleasure working with Jae! My dog got into something he shouldn’t have the night before a walk so I decided to stay home the next day to monitor symptoms. At our request, Jae kindly canceled our scheduled walk last minute. I greatly appreciate the flexibility!

I highly recommend Thy as a dog walker. She is very professional and is an excellent communicator as well. She pays attention to details and asks questions pertaining to caring for my dog and I can tell that she cares about how well she does her job. Best of all, she shows lots of love to Tobi. We’re lucky to have her!!

Haley is amazing. She helped us time and again, dealing with all the mess our dog’s sensitive tummy has caused. Could not thank her enough.
