About: I’ve taken care of many dogs, from the very small to very big! I was fortunate enough to grow up with a black lab of 16 years and my aging feline I still see when I visit my parents on the east coast. I’m athletic and affectionate with a flexible schedule - I’d love to care for your little loved ones the way they need. Currently, I work part time in Mountain View and live and attend school in San Jose. I’m looking for small jobs so my availability is pretty flexible. I am fully available Thursdays through Sundays. I live in an HOA that has a private and quiet environment for walking and playing. My townhouse has the space for your pet. About: We love dogs, we have one our selves, she is a small Chihuahua-Terrier mix. She can be a little mean at first but only after a couple minutes she can really warm up to you. In fact, if she ever sees you or your dog she'll happily greet you with licks and tail wags. As for us we are a family of three, with me, my husband and 12 year old son! Our son really knows a lot about dogs, he loves them! We often like to go on walks everyday! Well at least if it's not raining. We like to go to the park on the weekends, so let your dog stay with us while you go out or go on a vacation or a work trip! Since 2020, when the pandemic started, my husband has been telecommuting from his work so he stays with and takes care of the dogs while I am away at work or our son is at school. You can be sure there is always someone at our home watching over your dog. At home, I have a Bengal cat and a Miniature Schnauzer mix, so I’m experienced with both feline and canine personalities and daily care routines. I work full-time in the tech industry from home, which gives me the flexibility to provide attentive care and companionship throughout the day. In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve looked after dogs for friends and family members, provided cat sitting for friends while they were away, and volunteered with NKLA Animal Rescue to help care for foster dogs and cats. For boarding, I only accept 1 guest pet at a time to ensure each pet feels comfortable and at home. I live in a quiet community with beautiful walking trails and easy access to nearby dog parks. On the weekends, I usually take longer walks on the nearby trails or parks. About: I’ve cared for my 2 big babies for about 8 years now. At first I had only one dog, then she got pregnant and I helped deliver all her babies at home. We found homes for all of them, but we kept one. So now they are mother and daughter duo. I’m currently open to work from 10 am to 5 pm from Monday through Friday. When I moved to San Jose with my partner, Lucy, my 11 year old Maltese joined the family. She is full of eye boogers, but even more full of love and warm cuddles she loves long walks up to even 4 miles. Aside from that, I quickly made a name for myself as a dog sitter in San Jose. Through connections, I have landed opportunities to watch one elderly and one 5 year old red lab overnight in Monterey, five other primary dogs in the east bay from a 1 year old rescue lab, to a shy and night loving cat, to a 3 year old rescued German Sheppard, to a highly intelligent greyhound, and a foster Samoyed turned adopted puppy who went from shy, severely underweight and timid, to strong, smiley, and full of chatter. Saturday has recently discovered their love of dogs as well. They love providing care, short walks, and lots and lots of snuggles to their canine friends. Saturday does best with small and medium dogs. They only take large dogs if they don't need walks. When they are not entirely absorbed by pet-cuddles, Saturday can be found reading, writing, or attempting not to kill their garden. As a full-time pet sitter, your fur babies are the focus of my day. I'm available for drop-in visits either morning (6am-noon), afternoon (noon-5pm), or evening (5pm-10pm). About: Hi, my name is Sheela and I do Dog-sitting out of my own house. I have had a German Rottweiler and 2 bunnies myself in the past. I loved them dearly and always provided the absolute best care for them. I have done pet-sitting for my sister's German Shepherd and Terrier mix and my friend's Chihuahua mix. Just recently I boarded 2 wonderful Bulldogs at my house for 3 months while their Guardian was traveling for work and also had a lovely Old English Sheepdog stay with us as well as plenty others. At the moment, I have a 13 yr old female Bernese Mountain/Shepherd mix who we adopted and a 4 yr old male Chugle tripod rescue, so your pet will have nice playmates while they stay at our home. About: I have been working with dogs for nearly a year and a half. The dogs I have worked with have had low energy and others have had lots of energy. The French bulldog I worked with was a pup and I was constantly monitoring and training the dog to stop eating branches and food on the walk. I have trained other dogs to stop yanking or to not chase after squirrels. I have worked with French bulldogs, Pomeranian, Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, English Setter, Border Collie, Pit bulls, Yorkshire Terrier, Australian Kelpie, Siberian Husky, West Highland White Terrier, and Labrador Retrievers. Generally I work with referrals only. If you need references, I am happy to provide them. I work full time during the day with a flexible job which can be scaled down to meet pets needs. I am available for morning walks or meds, can coordinate a lunch/potty break, and will of course meet any needs in the evening that are necessary. Unfortunately, I do not have space for pets to stay at my home. I am protective of other people's living space as if it's my own. I will tidy up all messed and pet care needs if they arise.
