Always a pleasure working with Jae! My dog got into something he shouldn’t have the night before a walk so I decided to stay home the next day to monitor symptoms. At our request, Jae kindly canceled our scheduled walk last minute. I greatly appreciate the flexibility!

My cat is shy and feels threatened by strangers in the house. Veronica seems to have a great understanding of cats and with her gentle, non threatening ways, she had my cat actually willingly come to her. I am grateful for the special care my cat received in our absence from Veronica.

Schedule
I work from home and make my own schedule, so I can definitely work with you on dates/times for when you'd like to arrange plans! Occasionally, I may run into some delays during transit, such as being stuck in traffic, finding your home, or even staying a bit longer at a client's home to bond with their pet(s) during first visits. All that I ask for is some flexibility of ~10-20 minutes from your booked appointment time. I promise that your pet will still be provided the full service you paid for. 😊
