If your pup is a bit shy or just isn't in the mood to meet our puppy, I can easily give them their own dedicated room to relax in so they feel completely comfortable and at ease. I’m also happy to follow whatever routine your dog is used to at home. If you prefer they be crated for naps or bedtime, I can definitely make that happen. Whether they are playing with our pup or enjoying some quiet time, they’ll be treated like a member of our family the whole time they are here.

They have a dedicated room for the dogs in the kennels. She is very flexible in terms of pick up and drop off. There’s been a couple times where I got stuck at work and she didn’t mind holding him for a few more hours. “Xiuhui aka Sophie is very responsive and responsible taking care of my shy, timid baby girl. Sophie takes my girl out for walks at least two times even it’s just 6-8 hours day care. Gives timely updates and pictures of my girl. Most important thing for me is that she’s punctual and flexible. I had bad experience when the sitter didn’t come out to pick up my dog on time and didn’t reply to messages or phone call for like 20 minutes because they “forget and mute my phone” then the traffic became horrible for me. Sophie replies messages in a timely fashion. Sometimes we need to drop my dog off early than scheduled, sometimes we need to pick her up late, and Sophie is all fine with that without any issues. I highly recommend her and will continue letting her take care of my baby girl.”

She is excellent with dogs and our dog usually takes a few days to warm up to people and she warmed up to her so fast.
