I follow a consistent routine that balances exercise with rest: the day starts with breakfast and water at 9:00 AM, followed by supervised backyard play. We have designated quiet hours in a comfortable room from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and again from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, which prevents overstimulation.
