I've been caring for pets since 2019. I previously owned two cats, who now live with my family after I relocated. Caring for them taught me how to understand different personalities, routines, and behaviors. I've also cared for both cats and dogs for 5–6 friends while they were away, with my longest pet-sitting stay lasting over two months. I've cared for pets with different energy levels and personalities, and I'm comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, litter box cleaning, and following any special care instructions. I'm patient, responsible, and attentive to detail. Whether it's a cat or a dog, I strive to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I'll also provide regular photo and video updates so you always know how your pet is doing.

Our dog Winnie took to Ruochen immediately. Winnie is normally hesitant around men, however Ruochen's confidence and warmth won over our American Bully. Ruochen is prompt, trustworthy, communicates well and sends pictures. We will definitely use him again.
I had such a wonderful experience with Ruochen! He and his girlfriend took amazing care of Gil and treated him like their own baby. They were incredibly attentive, responsible, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire stay. They followed Gil’s routines and special care instructions very carefully, kept me updated, and made sure he was comfortable and well looked after. When Gil came home, he was happy, relaxed, and completely himself, which gave me so much peace of mind. It truly felt like he had a second home with them rather than simply being at daycare. You can really tell that Ruochen and his girlfriend genuinely love animals and take pet care seriously. I’m so glad I trusted them with Gil and would absolutely book with them again. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone kind, trustworthy, and responsible to care for their pet!

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule, allowing me to give your pets plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I'm available on weekdays and weekends for drop-in visits, walks, overnight stays, and longer-term care. I'll do my best to accommodate your schedule while keeping your pet's daily routine as consistent as possible.
