Rocky was able to capture some special moments of our dog Luke Running, Yawning and just having a great time. Photos of Yogi too but Yogi is about 10 years old and not as energetic as our Luke who just turned the big 1 Year old. We came home to some clean dogs as they brushed and groomed them as part of their daily routine that we do when we are at home, to prevent matting of hair. Daily update of photos and Luke is learning socialization skills with other dogs other than Yogi. They had a great time with Rocky and were very happy.”

“We had a really great experience with Son while he took care of our dog, Bru. From day one, Son was super responsive and easy to communicate with, which made being away from Bru a lot less stressful. He checked in with us every day to let us know how Bru was doing — how his mood was, whether he was eating properly, and how he was settling in. As a pet parent, those little updates mean everything. Son was also very thoughtful and respectful about Bru’s routine. If there was ever a situation involving new food or any change, he always asked or kept us informed first, which we really appreciated. He was also incredibly accommodating, coordinating smoothly with a friend of ours for Bru’s drop-off and pickup, along with all his things. That flexibility made things so much easier for us. Most importantly, we could tell Bru was comfortable and well cared for. We truly loved the way Son looked after him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Son to anyone looking for a caring and reliable pet boarding option. “Thao was amazing! I needed a sitter at the last minute for a weekend retreat, and she made me feel completely comfortable leaving my dog in her care. My dog can be a little anxious, but Thao was incredibly patient and made sure she ate, got treats, and felt at home. Even though Thao knew I didn’t have access to my phone during the weekend, she continued sending updates, photos, and videos, which were so sweet to see when I got back. “Our kitty Jasmine had a most wonderful stay with Yixin! The photos and little movies had shown that Jasmine had settled in to Yixin's nice home as she found several cozy places to sleep end enjoy windows. This was all so amazing because Jasmine is a "scaredy-cat" and tends to hide from the world and new people. Yixin was able to make friends with Jasmine very quickly. Jasmine ate and drank well and Yixin attended to all of Jasmine's special needs. Indeed, our girly cat was loved and cherished at Yixin's "kitty vacation resort". We have found a Gem of a kitty care taker whilst we are on travel. Thank you so much Yixin for you special love you gave Jasmine. She was a happy kitty when she return home.”
