“We just picked up our 10 years old border collie Lucky after a 6 day 5 nights stay. It is a pity the highest rating is only 5 stars, to Lucky, Juanyi's service is 10 stars. My border collie does not like strangers in the beginning, but he allows Juanyi pet him in just a few hours. I could see from many pictures and videoes that my boy enjoys the friendship from Kaka, Panda and other lovely guests, also enjoys the love from Juanyi. I feel my boy is having a great vacation of his own too. I always hesitate to sign up family vacation because find a reliable dog sitter is often a difficult task, the last 3 dog sitter we used were moved or no longer offer service. I am glad we found Juanyi and the experience is so great. I read every review when i look for any kind of service, and by the time we book the service, there was only one review, to be honest i was a bit uncertain. During the met and greet, we walked around the neighborhood together, I was so glad Lucky quickly developped friendship with Kaka and Panda, and the drop off session was also great, which allow me to join the family vacation. “Xiuhui aka Sophie is very responsive and responsible taking care of my shy, timid baby girl. Sophie takes my girl out for walks at least two times even it’s just 6-8 hours day care. Gives timely updates and pictures of my girl. Most important thing for me is that she’s punctual and flexible. I had bad experience when the sitter didn’t come out to pick up my dog on time and didn’t reply to messages or phone call for like 20 minutes because they “forget and mute my phone” then the traffic became horrible for me. Sophie replies messages in a timely fashion. Sometimes we need to drop my dog off early than scheduled, sometimes we need to pick her up late, and Sophie is all fine with that without any issues. I highly recommend her and will continue letting her take care of my baby girl.”

About: I’ve always had a lot of love for pets! And I thought it would be a good idea to incorporate things I like doing to my daily routine so why not take this opportunity to take care of a bunch of fur babies! Unfortunately I do not do meet and greets but I do send pictures of my yard and house so you can see where your fur babies will be staying and do calls before drop offs! “First time we went on a trip since we got our two dogs. Thanks to Vico and Mingming we had peace of mind the entire 10 days trip. They sent photos and videos and regular updates on their wellbeing and activities. My dogs were obviously having a good time, always tail up and wagging in videos and on walks, and even the shier lazy one was running around and playing at their nearby fenced dog park. Vico and Mingming were very accommodating: my dogs have sensitive stomach so we brought over 10 days worth of special meals for them, as well as a pet step ladder for my dog who can't jump on couches.
