During boarding, we received photo updates every single hour, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Each picture showed our dog happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoying their time—whether playing with Panda and Kaka (Juanyi’s two LOVELY dogs), resting, or out on a walk. What truly stood out was her flexibility and responsiveness. At one point, we needed to adjust our pick-up time to one day earlier than originally planned. We reached out, expecting it might be difficult to change on short notice—but she responded very quickly and immediately adjusted her schedule to accommodate us. Her willingness to be so understanding and flexible completely really touched me!! Drop-off and pick-up overall were smooth and easy. During the meet-and-greet, Chris discussed expectations for the stay and how he plans to slowly introduce our cat to other pets in the house. Dropping our cat off was also very smooth and Chris ensured us that it would be OK. During the stay, Chris kept us up-to-date with many pictures and videos of our cat and how our cat was doing. Chris also detailed how he cared for our cat such as serving size for food and letting us know of any concerns and if they were anything to worry about. Even though there were other dogs and a cat in the house, Chris was very responsible and had a separate room where our cat could go into if he was anxious or nervous. Chris also accounted for the fact that our cat was staying temporarily and made efforts to get our cat to be comfortable with our cat carrier. About: I’ve always had a lot of love for pets! And I thought it would be a good idea to incorporate things I like doing to my daily routine so why not take this opportunity to take care of a bunch of fur babies! Unfortunately I do not do meet and greets but I do send pictures of my yard and house so you can see where your fur babies will be staying and do calls before drop offs! I work from home and the rest of my day is pretty empty so I thought this would be a perfect distraction and a great second part time job for me! The dogs will be allowed to be inside or outside as well. I do have a big backyard for them to run around and play with fences of course for their safety!

I had to move our walk time to 1 hour later due to a forgotten doc’s apt and Qi was flexible and kind enough to push the walk and meet my schedule on a short notice. About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats of every kind and grew up with them since I was young. Animals have always been part of my everyday life. I have experience with senior dogs up to 15 years old, dogs recovering from surgery, and cats with different personalities. I always adjust my care to meet each pet’s needs. My dog gets along well with both dogs and cats, and since I work from home, your pet will have plenty of attention and supervision. We have a fully fenced yard and live in a quiet hillside area with very little noise or traffic, which helps keep the environment calm. I work from home, so I’m usually around throughout the day. Pets are never left home alone. When a new dog arrives, I don’t rush introductions. On the first day, I usually keep them physically separated so they can get used to each other’s scent and presence. On the second day, I allow controlled sniffing and short, supervised interactions. By the third day, I continue observing and adjusting based on their comfort level. Most dogs settle in naturally with this gradual approach. Their safety and comfort matter most to me - it’s important that they feel secure in a new environment. I never leave pets loose together without supervision. If we ever need to briefly step out, we have play pens and crates to safely separate them.

She would run around and play with the younger dogs but also mellow down with the older dogs.

They currently live with mostly senior cats and have lots of experience with subcutaneous fluids, medication, and general senior cuddling. But fear not! Saturday has also fostered many kittens, including those abandoned by their mamas and in need of bottle feeding. Saturday is an all ages cat-carer. Saturday has recently discovered their love of dogs as well. They love providing care, short walks, and lots and lots of snuggles to their canine friends. Saturday does best with small and medium dogs. They only take large dogs if they don't need walks. When they are not entirely absorbed by pet-cuddles, Saturday can be found reading, writing, or attempting not to kill their garden. As a full-time pet sitter, your fur babies are the focus of my day. I'm available for drop-in visits either morning (6am-noon), afternoon (noon-5pm), or evening (5pm-10pm).
