Hopper had such an amazing time with Annie for 2 weeks during the Jul 4th weekend. The first time for Hopper with Annie and her behaviors have improved too (incl. walking pace, listening to commands, and enjoying the company with other dogs). I cannot say thank enough to Annie and she is very responsive and actively send pics and videos. Hopper will miss her in a great deal and looks forward to next stays with Annie.
This was our third time leaving our pup with Akosua, and we can't say enough how wonderful Akosua is! She is a lovely person, and our dog absolutely adores her. Our dog takes us right to Akosua's door wagging and comes home happy and relaxed -- all behaviors we have never seen with another sitter. Akosua clearly knows dogs well, and has great communication, giving us lots of updates and sending great photos. Thanks Akosua for taking great care of our baby!
Incredible experience, Zicheng and his family shared daily photos and videos as well as updates. Our pup has always been a picky eater but under their care she finished her meals almost daily, and they also suggested some tips to help make her eat better. If I could have Christoph and Emily watch Gizmo every time I'm away, I would!! It's a very tangible feeling of relief you get when you have your pet sitter proactively reaching out to you with photos/videos of your pet on their own mini holiday whilst you're half way across the globe. My partner and I found ourselves looking forward to our daily updates and considered if our Gizmo even missed us while we were gone for two weeks 😭😭. By the time they dropped him off, Gizmo almost jumped back on their car!!! Both Christoph and Emily have always been really thoughtful when it comes to understanding Gizmo's needs, handling his reactivity, and other special quirks. They make pet sitting effortless which allowed us to focus on our own trip without worrying. Thanks again!
Ivy and Zach took wonderful care of Lucky during his stay. They were very responsive, communicated proactively throughout the entire stay, and sent frequent updates with great photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. They were also very thoughtful whenever they had a question about Lucky or noticed something unusual—they always reached out to discuss it instead of making assumptions. We really appreciated how patient, responsible, and caring they were. Lucky came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Jennifer and her family gave Roscoe such a great stay with them! He got some friends to play with throughout, which I can tell he loved by the daily photos and videos. She was incredibly gracious and accommodating when my flight was delayed and I really appreciated that didn’t have to be another stressful thing on my list that I was handling. I definitely would book with her again and I know Roscoe would love that too.
Kenneth did an amazing job watching my dog. He sent me so many great updates with photos multiple times a day so I knew how she was doing. My dog can be a little shy with new people but Kenneth made her feel comfortable and at home. I could tell by the photos she had warmed up. Kenneth was also very good at following the care instructions I left. I would definitely recommend him as a dog sitter!
Pouneh did a fantastic job with Jasper - he didn't even seem eager to leave, which is always a great sign. She kept me in the loop with lots of photos and videos, and kept Jasper active and happy. There were also some fireworks going on outside while Jasper was staying with her, which can make him get nervous, and she spent the extra time and effort to make sure he got back to being relaxed and comfortable. I'd definitely have her watch Jasper again!
