While we were gone, they stayed in contact with us and sent a lot of cute pictures and videos. They tracked the potty schedule of my dog and let me know. They let my dog sleeping with them to make her feel like home. Our dog seemed very happy and comfortable at their home. Would definitely recommend Zicheng and rebook with them!”

They really treated my golden retriever, Benny, like he was one of their own and went above and beyond in giving him healthy treats, brushing him, and playing with him. Benny also loved the company of their goldendoodle, Kuli, who helps keep him active and social. They also provided many pictures and updates which was very much appreciated. I will certainly be continuing with their extremely high quality services!”

Ying's regular updates and photos kept us connected, capturing moments of our cat in his element, purring contentedly or stalking imaginary prey with the focus of a jungle predator. Our cat, usually wary of strangers, took to Ying with surprising ease, indicating the level of comfort and trust he felt in her presence. Ying went the extra mile to understand both babies' unique personality and needs. For instance, my cat has always been particular about his eating habits, preferring to nibble at his food throughout the day rather than finishing it all at once. Ying also noticed that Mundo tends to drink less water when he's not at home, which could be concerning, especially after playtime or on warmer days. To encourage him to stay hydrated, she placed multiple water bowls around her home and would gently lead him to one after his outdoor adventures or play sessions. Choosing Ying means choosing peace of mind. Knowing my pets are excited to see her and come back from their 'vacation' happier than ever is the greatest testament to her care. Ying truly loves and understands animals, going above and beyond in every aspect. I cannot recommend her enough and will always look to book with her for both my dog and cat. Ying makes them feel at home, and for that, we are eternally grateful.”

“Ryan & Milo took good care of Bibi, our 9 lb Terrier Chihuahua. She is a little anxious and disabled so she can not walk well, and Andy followed all our care instructions. His large Golden Retriever, Milo, had no problems with little Bibi. Milo’s gentle nature put her right at ease. It was surprising as she usually barks like crazy at big dogs. When Bibi came home after a couple nights stay she was not all exhausted so we were glad her stay was not stressful. They are excellent dog sitters.”
