“Andy did a great job taking care of Jasper while we were on vacation for a week. This was our first time leaving Jasper in the care of a sitter and he had a great time. Andy met with us before booking to make sure that Jasper would fit with the other dogs he was watching that week. He made sure to take everyone out twice a day on walks - even in the rain! And sent us daily photos and videos so that we had peace of mind that Jasper was having a good time. When Jasper wasn’t very interested in his kibble, Andy even took the time to hand feed him! And cut up some carrots to supplement his kibble. We’ll definitely be using Andy’s services again. Great experience!”

Not only did they love our dog Archie and care for him like he was their own, they kept this nervous dog mama leaving her pup for the first time informed, reassured, and entertained with the frequent updates, photos and videos sharing all the fun and love Archie was having. We cannot thank Katie and Jason enough for not only being excellent caregivers, but also being exceptional humans. Please don’t skip over this review! This was Kobe’s 4th or 5th stay with Carlo and his wife, Izabella, and they are the only sitters we trust with our energetic 2-year-old pup. When we dropped Kobe off this time, he ran straight to Izabella without even looking back. That told us everything—we knew he felt completely safe, comfortable, and happy with them. As dog parents, there’s no better feeling than seeing your dog genuinely excited to be with their sitter. We truly cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us—especially on our wedding day. Izabella went above and beyond by bringing Kobe to our wedding in San Jose so he could be part of our special day. They absolutely didn’t have to do that, but they did it purely out of the kindness of their hearts, and it meant the world to us. Knowing Kobe was in such loving, capable hands allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding without worrying about him. Carlo and Izabella treat Kobe like family, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care about the dogs they watch. We are so incredibly grateful that we found them. There are amazing people on Rover, and Carlo and Izabella are proof of that. If you’re considering booking them, please, please, please do—you and your pup will be so glad you did!

Hopper had such an amazing time with Annie for 2 weeks during the Jul 4th weekend. The first time for Hopper with Annie and her behaviors have improved too (incl. walking pace, listening to commands, and enjoying the company with other dogs). I cannot say thank enough to Annie and she is very responsive and actively send pics and videos. Hopper will miss her in a great deal and looks forward to next stays with Annie.
This was our third time leaving our pup with Akosua, and we can't say enough how wonderful Akosua is! She is a lovely person, and our dog absolutely adores her. Our dog takes us right to Akosua's door wagging and comes home happy and relaxed -- all behaviors we have never seen with another sitter. Akosua clearly knows dogs well, and has great communication, giving us lots of updates and sending great photos. Thanks Akosua for taking great care of our baby!
Incredible experience, Zicheng and his family shared daily photos and videos as well as updates. Our pup has always been a picky eater but under their care she finished her meals almost daily, and they also suggested some tips to help make her eat better. I can’t say enough great things about Jas! He was able to care for our dog Murphy last minute. He was very responsive, sent updates and pictures throughout our whole trip. The pictures of Murphy showed how relaxed and happy he was! Pretty sure Murph came back smelling better 😆 We will definitely be using Jas again.
Diana and Michael are amazing hosts. They are very thorough with communication and generously allowed for earlier drop off. She made sure to note down feeding instructions for Lumo’s weight loss food and weighed specific amount of kibble for each meal. They keep sending regular pictures and videos of Lumo’s shenanigans. Even during a busy July 4th weekend, she regularly sent updates and pictures of Lumo enjoying. Lumo happily goes to Diana’s home every single time and comes back happy and tired. We highly highly recommend Diana & Michael for your pup’s daycare and boarding needs. They are our 1st choice for Lumo’s boarding and daycare.
