They took great care of our pup Kiwi, who can be anxious and slow to warm up to people, and they understood that Kiwi needs to go at her own pace. Upon handoff, they immediately took her for a quick walk around the block which helped ease the transition, and by that evening, Kiwi was comfortable and asking for pets. Katie and Jason are quick to respond and kept us updated with both many adorable photos and brief recaps of walks or fun things that happened in the home. They accommodated our late pickup time with no fuss and had everything prepared: the bowls were washed and dried, and the blanket was folded. Highly recommend these two! Kitty & Joyce are an absolute lifesaver for Maddie! I usually leave her with my mom-in-law every time my husband and I go on vacation but with a back problem, I ended up searching for a reliable dog sitter. Maddie is not use to stranger but for some reason, she felt at ease with Kitty. She took excellent care of my fur baby and very grateful! I’ve had several dog sitters for pinto and also checked out a few dog boarders in the area and Christine by far has been the best. I initially chose her since I liked the opportunity for my dog to be able to have a friend and lots of playtime to distract from my absence without the overstimulation, and also unknown factor of multiple dogs in a larger day care situation. Her communication and thoroughness ahead of boarding alleviated a lot of anxiety I had around preparing to leave my dog for the longest we’ve been apart. The day of the trip, I was dealing with a last minute flight cancellation and she was so kind and flexible with me as I worked out a new drop off time. She also set expectations up front with when to expect the daily updates and then delivered exactly as she said she would, which again was a relief. Her updates provided me with insight into pintos daily routine there and the photos she shared were not just helpful for checking in but delightful. I shared them with my family daily to see what pinto had been up to and my mom commented on the high quality of the shots. In terms of care, due to discussions ahead of time, I felt confident in alignment with her around general training, engagement, exercise and feeding which was confirmed throughout the trip with our communication. When I came back, pinto has happy to see me but also wasn’t over stimulated more like she had a fun visit with a friend. I am definitely rebooking with Christine for future dog sitting needs and highly recommend her for others
Our dog had the BEST time with Saul this weekend. (I’m surprised she even wanted to come home!) He took her on so many adventures and took such great care of her - and sent loads of pics / updates so we could see all the fun they were having! There was no doubt in my mind that she was in excellent hands, and I know she can’t wait to go back to visit sometime soon!
Leeeeun and her family was so wonderful to our Bonnie. I received updates everyday, multiple times a day, and tons of photos! Communication was great and fast. Above of all, Bonnie really likes her and her family! I definitely will book with her again. As a matter of the fact, my boyfriend wants her to be our regular dog sitter.
Kyle & Stephanie really know and understand dogs - our dog can be complicated, reactive, and slow to trust new people, but they handled him with incredible patience and confidence. It was clear they took the time to understand his personality, and because of that he was relaxed and comfortable very quickly. They also spent a lot of time and energy giving our dog great breed-specific engagement, which he absolutely loved and we could see how happy he was during his stay. Communication was also top-notch.
Lida was absolutely amazing with my dog during her 3-night, 4-day stay! She kept me updated the entire time with multiple pictures and messages. I could tell my dog was genuinely happy and comfortable in her home. She took her on daily walks and even brought her to the beach a couple of times, which my dog clearly loved.
