“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Shak this weekend. From the moment we met her, she was kind, sweet, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. She treated our senior dog like family and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, happy, and well cared for while we were away. She kept us updated with messages, videos and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that she truly loves animals and takes great pride in providing exceptional care. Knowing our senior dog was in such loving hands allowed us to relax and enjoy our time away. We are incredibly grateful for her attentiveness, compassion, and dedication. We would not hesitate to book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter.”

“I came to Thiago from Leticia! It was kind of a last minute booking and Thiago was quick to reply. Tito had a blast, and I could see it from the pictures sent :) Will definitely book again when possible.”

“I’m a new user to Rover and these two have been outstanding for my first experience. They kept me updated with photos and videos on how my dog (Charlie) was doing and how much fun he was having interacting with their dogs. 10/10 would highly recommend again.”

“Renee and Christopher feels like a second home for Jeffrey. We absolutely love the way they care for him when we are away. Thank you both for another wonderful stay with you.”

“Christine was fantastic with “Bo.” She kept us updated throughout the evening with pictures and stories while we were gone. Bo was very comfortable with Christine. She was genuinely sweet with him and made him feel comfortable right away. We highly recommend Christine to anyone who needs a caring person to take care of their four legged family members.”

“Sofia is amazing! Our 4yr old Shilo stayed over for 4 days and all the pictures showed me how much fun he was having. I really appreciate how Sofia was able to accommodate Bruce’s disability (his paw was cut really bad by glass and no longer can run like normal). Will definitely be booking with Sofia soon!”

“Celeste is amazing with our dog Jack! He feels right at home there and she is always updating us with pictures and stories throughout the day. He's loves going over to stay with Celeste!”

“Yuko did her best to make sure Clementine was loved when she was feeling a little homesick. Clementine came back to us all nice and tuckered out after a few days stay! It's nice that Yuko has other dogs around so that it's always play time for the dogs.”

“Gracie had a great stay - Gordon and Allison were fantastic from booking to pickup. They followed all instructions perfectly, provided lots of communication and updates, and my dog came back happy and clean. Would definitely trust them again.”

“Yvonne was great, helped us out with a last minute stay for our dog and accommodated our drop off and pick up needs. Great communication throughout and we really appreciated the updates and our dog seemed to be right at home with Yvonne and her husband. Will definitely enlist her help looking after our dog again.”

“Wei took very good care of our pup! We had to board him for a week and she shared updates, photos and videos while we were away. She administered medication for his apparent allergies and we got him back in very good shape. She has a nice and big backyard and I could tell how happy our dog was digging around it :) Would definitely board with her again!”

“Sandra and Jose were excellent with my two girls - Ellie and Lucy. They were patient, kind, and attentive with them and they sent many updates regarding how they were getting along and settling in. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again for future stays.”

“I think Ellie found a new friend. I was afraid at first that she might not handle Ellies excitement but to my surprise she did it very well. I can Ellie is relaxed with the pictures shes sending me. Ellie even got a christmas present! thanks Sin! so far the best we got! Will definitely be back! Thanks Sin!”

“Eunjun was very responsive and flexible when helping watch my dog Toby. She was willing to pick up Toby at a friends house nearby as we were out of town, and also was open to us picking up Toby earlier than scheduled. Such a huge help to have someone responsible and caring watch our senior pup!”

“Henri had a great weekend at Paulina’s! She came out to greet us and then took the leash and introduced Henri to her home-he was so comfortable with her from the start. Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!”

Our dog had a wonderful stay with Shao! She was incredibly responsive and sent us lots of pictures and updates throughout the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. Shao was also extremely patient and understanding with our dog, especially as she can be a little nervous at first. It was clear that Shao gave her lots of attention and care. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! We will continue to book with her in the future and would highly recommend Shao to others.

Thiago was an incredible Rover choice! He was responsive, flexible and kept me updated every day with pictures and blurbs about Dexter. His house is set up great for watching dogs. Dexter came back home happy, healthy, and tired from his stay with Thiago. 10/10 would recommend and I will be booking with Thiago again!

Lida was so great with our 7 year old Havanese, Winston! We only had him over for one night and day, but she took him out on fun adventures like going to the beach. She sent a lot of photos that made us feel assured Winston was in good hands. I highly recommend Lida!

Yvonne was great, helped us out with a last minute stay for our dog and accommodated our drop off and pick up needs. Great communication throughout and we really appreciated the updates and our dog seemed to be right at home with Yvonne and her husband. Will definitely enlist her help looking after our dog again.

I’ve had several dog sitters for pinto and also checked out a few dog boarders in the area and Christine by far has been the best. I initially chose her since I liked the opportunity for my dog to be able to have a friend and lots of playtime to distract from my absence without the overstimulation, and also unknown factor of multiple dogs in a larger day care situation. Her communication and thoroughness ahead of boarding alleviated a lot of anxiety I had around preparing to leave my dog for the longest we’ve been apart. The day of the trip, I was dealing with a last minute flight cancellation and she was so kind and flexible with me as I worked out a new drop off time. She also set expectations up front with when to expect the daily updates and then delivered exactly as she said she would, which again was a relief. Her updates provided me with insight into pintos daily routine there and the photos she shared were not just helpful for checking in but delightful. I shared them with my family daily to see what pinto had been up to and my mom commented on the high quality of the shots. In terms of care, due to discussions ahead of time, I felt confident in alignment with her around general training, engagement, exercise and feeding which was confirmed throughout the trip with our communication. When I came back, pinto has happy to see me but also wasn’t over stimulated more like she had a fun visit with a friend. I am definitely rebooking with Christine for future dog sitting needs and highly recommend her for others

I am very grateful to Kyaw for the excellent care provided to our Walter. Kyaw was incredibly responsive, kind, and thoughtful throughout the entire stay. I especially appreciated the regular updates and photos, which gave me great peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our pet was well cared for and in good hands. Thank you again for your professionalism and compassion!

Karla was amazing with my Penny! At drop off, Penny was very nervous and it took awhile for her to warm up. Karla was very patient and understanding that Penny needed time as this was her very first boarding experience as well. Karla made sure she kept me updated and also sent me photos while I was away. I am very happy with Karla’s help with Penny and would definitely book her again the next time we are away! Thank you Karla!
