Renee made sure to provide the medication and she is very familiar with. They sent us a lot of pictures and video and we were very happy to know how our dogs were doing every day. “We had excellent experience boarding our dog with Jeffrey. We had our dog stay with Jeff for almost 2 weeks over the holidays. We had an initial meet and greet before we booked the stay. Jeffery accommodated our needs, was very responsive and regularly sent us updates with pictures and videos of our dog. It was rainy many days when we were away and he offered to wash/clean our dog but asked for our permission before doing so. His place is close to the airport and we were able to leave our car parked on the street near his house while we were away without any problem which was convenient. I’ve had several dog sitters for pinto and also checked out a few dog boarders in the area and Christine by far has been the best. I initially chose her since I liked the opportunity for my dog to be able to have a friend and lots of playtime to distract from my absence without the overstimulation, and also unknown factor of multiple dogs in a larger day care situation. Her communication and thoroughness ahead of boarding alleviated a lot of anxiety I had around preparing to leave my dog for the longest we’ve been apart. The day of the trip, I was dealing with a last minute flight cancellation and she was so kind and flexible with me as I worked out a new drop off time. She also set expectations up front with when to expect the daily updates and then delivered exactly as she said she would, which again was a relief. Her updates provided me with insight into pintos daily routine there and the photos she shared were not just helpful for checking in but delightful. I shared them with my family daily to see what pinto had been up to and my mom commented on the high quality of the shots. In terms of care, due to discussions ahead of time, I felt confident in alignment with her around general training, engagement, exercise and feeding which was confirmed throughout the trip with our communication. When I came back, pinto has happy to see me but also wasn’t over stimulated more like she had a fun visit with a friend. I am definitely rebooking with Christine for future dog sitting needs and highly recommend her for others
Lida was absolutely amazing with my dog during her 3-night, 4-day stay! She kept me updated the entire time with multiple pictures and messages. I could tell my dog was genuinely happy and comfortable in her home. She took her on daily walks and even brought her to the beach a couple of times, which my dog clearly loved. Our experience was wonderful! Yu-Liang and Yi-ting took such great care of my pup and really went above and beyond by sending regular photo updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog struggles with separation anxiety, but they were incredibly patient and made her feel safe and comfortable. I could tell she was in caring, capable hands the whole time. Highly recommend!
Simon took great care of my pup, Panchito, throughout his 4 night stay. Simon regularly sent photos and some updates to let me know how my pup was doing, which was helpful because this was my pup's first time with Simon. When I picked him up, it was clear that Panchito was very happy with Simon as my pup first greeted me then went and shared his happiness with Simon too. I give Simon 5 stars and highly recommend him as a sitter. He tunes into your furry one and it shows.
Karla was amazing with my Penny! At drop off, Penny was very nervous and it took awhile for her to warm up. Karla was very patient and understanding that Penny needed time as this was her very first boarding experience as well. Karla made sure she kept me updated and also sent me photos while I was away. I am very happy with Karla’s help with Penny and would definitely book her again the next time we are away! Thank you Karla!
This was my first time with Francis for my pet Jersey. Francis was very responsive all throughout Jersey’s stay for the last 11 days. Also very flexible with my requests. He sent daily pictures on Jersey. Seemed happy with him. Will recommend him to others in need of a Dogsitter.
