“We had excellent experience boarding our dog with Jeffrey. We had our dog stay with Jeff for almost 2 weeks over the holidays. We had an initial meet and greet before we booked the stay. Jeffery accommodated our needs, was very responsive and regularly sent us updates with pictures and videos of our dog. It was rainy many days when we were away and he offered to wash/clean our dog but asked for our permission before doing so. His place is close to the airport and we were able to leave our car parked on the street near his house while we were away without any problem which was convenient. We 100% recommend Jeffery and will use his services again in the future.”
“We had Katsu stay with Yvonne for two nights as a trial run for a longer stay in May. I sent her care instructions the day before and she made sure to ask clarifying questions. Kitty & Joyce are an absolute lifesaver for Maddie! I usually leave her with my mom-in-law every time my husband and I go on vacation but with a back problem, I ended up searching for a reliable dog sitter. Maddie is not use to stranger but for some reason, she felt at ease with Kitty. She took excellent care of my fur baby and very grateful! I’ve had several dog sitters for pinto and also checked out a few dog boarders in the area and Christine by far has been the best. I initially chose her since I liked the opportunity for my dog to be able to have a friend and lots of playtime to distract from my absence without the overstimulation, and also unknown factor of multiple dogs in a larger day care situation. Her communication and thoroughness ahead of boarding alleviated a lot of anxiety I had around preparing to leave my dog for the longest we’ve been apart. The day of the trip, I was dealing with a last minute flight cancellation and she was so kind and flexible with me as I worked out a new drop off time. She also set expectations up front with when to expect the daily updates and then delivered exactly as she said she would, which again was a relief. Her updates provided me with insight into pintos daily routine there and the photos she shared were not just helpful for checking in but delightful. I shared them with my family daily to see what pinto had been up to and my mom commented on the high quality of the shots. In terms of care, due to discussions ahead of time, I felt confident in alignment with her around general training, engagement, exercise and feeding which was confirmed throughout the trip with our communication. When I came back, pinto has happy to see me but also wasn’t over stimulated more like she had a fun visit with a friend. I am definitely rebooking with Christine for future dog sitting needs and highly recommend her for others
Kyle & Stephanie really know and understand dogs - our dog can be complicated, reactive, and slow to trust new people, but they handled him with incredible patience and confidence. It was clear they took the time to understand his personality, and because of that he was relaxed and comfortable very quickly. They also spent a lot of time and energy giving our dog great breed-specific engagement, which he absolutely loved and we could see how happy he was during his stay. Communication was also top-notch.
Lida was absolutely amazing with my dog during her 3-night, 4-day stay! She kept me updated the entire time with multiple pictures and messages. I could tell my dog was genuinely happy and comfortable in her home. She took her on daily walks and even brought her to the beach a couple of times, which my dog clearly loved. I highly recommend Lida to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and attentive sitter. I would definitely trust her to watch my dog again in the future!

Our experience was wonderful! Yu-Liang and Yi-ting took such great care of my pup and really went above and beyond by sending regular photo updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog struggles with separation anxiety, but they were incredibly patient and made her feel safe and comfortable. I could tell she was in caring, capable hands the whole time. Highly recommend!

Karla was amazing with my Penny! At drop off, Penny was very nervous and it took awhile for her to warm up. Karla was very patient and understanding that Penny needed time as this was her very first boarding experience as well. Karla made sure she kept me updated and also sent me photos while I was away.
