Rosanne has shown exceptional care from the first day we dropped her off until the last day we had picked her up. She communicated with us with text and photos throughout each day on her adjustment, feeding, walking and behavior to a new environment. Rosanne was knowledgeable in finding ways to feed Zoe when she wasn’t eating or drinking. Rosanne followed our schedule and made adjustments when needed. She had open communication with us regarding Zoe’s day. Zoe’s daily care and comfort from morning until evening was Rosanne’s top priority! I would rate Rosanne a 5 plus with another care opportunity!
Winnie and boba were so welcoming to Mercy and took great care of her even though she can be very shy and aloof at first. They made her feel comfortable and she clearly had a great time. Thank you Frankie also for loving on her and playing with her! Winnie had great communication and sent me photos and videos daily and took Mercy on a lot of hikes and walks. Christine took great care of our german shepherd for a week while we were away on vacation. She is one of the best boarders we’ve worked with on Rover and we highly recommend her! Yu-Liang and Yi-Ting are wonderful dog sitters! They treated my dog, Pickles, like their own. They sent me several pictures and videos every day. Pickles looked so happy and loved playing with their dogs. They set up a meet and greet at a nearby park to make sure their dogs got along with mine before the boarding.
