WFH Small-Dog Care + Fenced Yard
We offer a cozy home stay especially for small dogs. My wife and I both work from home, so we're around throughout the day to give our guests plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles. We’ve fostered dogs through a local rescue for years and have cared for dogs with different personalities, including shy and anxious pups. We keep boarding small and host no more than two guest dogs at a time, so each dog gets plenty of individual attention. Our home has a fully fenced yard, and dogs are welcome on the couch and bed if that’s what they’re used to at home. We provide walks, supervised yard time, playtime, and plenty of time to relax based on each dog's normal routine and energy level. Before each stay, we collect details about feeding, potty schedules, medications, sleeping habits, and routines so we can keep things as familiar as possible. I also send daily photo and video updates, so you can see how your pup is doing while you're away. Pick-up and drop-off may be available depending on timing and distance.

They took the best care of our two dachshunds, would 100% book them again. They were very attentive and caring and shared many photos and updates of our dogs - you could tell that the dogs were very comfortable and happy there. One of our dogs is a senior and needs a little extra attention and patience and they took such wonderful care of them. They love dogs and have a lot of love to share 😊
Absolutely the best! They are very caring, enthusiastic, and responsible. Charlie, our poodle, liked playing with their dogs in the fenced back yard. Also they kept in touch and sent reports and photos. We will rebook with them in the future.
Yu-Liang and Yi-Ting took excellent care of our two dogs over the holiday weekend. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. Before the stay, we met at a local park so they could get to know us and our dogs—a 10 lb Pomeranian and a 17 lb mixed breed. They have a very organized spreadsheet that covers everything about each dog, including medications, feeding instructions, potty schedule, routines, and other important details. Once we filled it out, it made communication incredibly easy, especially using Google Docs. Throughout the stay, they sent us daily photo and video updates, and they responded to every text message and phone call almost immediately. Our dogs looked happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Their home is in a nice, safe neighborhood, and we appreciated the extra security of the gated front entrance and enclosed side yard. Most importantly, Yu-Liang and Yi-Ting are genuine dog lovers and incredibly kind people. We feel very lucky to have found them and will absolutely book with them again. Highly recommended!

Our experience was wonderful! Yu-Liang and Yi-ting took such great care of my pup and really went above and beyond by sending regular photo updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog struggles with separation anxiety, but they were incredibly patient and made her feel safe and comfortable. I could tell she was in caring, capable hands the whole time. Highly recommend!
Communication from the get go was great and I was proactively given regular photo and video updates. Oukley seemed to have a good time playing with the other dogs and seemed well taken care of. Would book with Yu-Liang and Yu-Ting again.

Schedule
My wife and I both work from home, so someone is usually around with the dogs throughout the day. Our schedule is flexible and can include walks, potty breaks, supervised yard time, playtime, and plenty of relaxing around the house. We try to follow each dog's normal routine rather than putting every dog on the same schedule. Because we only host a small number of guest dogs at a time, it's easy for us to give each dog individual attention throughout the day.

Our home is set up with small dogs in mind. We have a fully fenced backyard and side yard, and outdoor time is supervised. We have small dogs of our own, so visiting dogs should be comfortable living around other small dogs. Dogs who enjoy playing can socialize together, while pups who prefer some quiet time can relax around the house or stay near me while I work. We follow feeding, medication, potty, and sleeping instructions closely and try to keep each dog's routine as consistent as possible.

A typical day
A typical day starts with a potty break, breakfast, and some time to relax. Throughout the day, dogs can spend time in the fenced yard, play with toys, hang out with our dogs, nap near us while we work, or just relax on the couch. Walks and outdoor activities depend on each dog's normal routine, energy level, and the weather. In the evening, we usually wind things down with another potty break, some relaxing time, and plenty of cuddles before bed. We keep things pretty relaxed and home-like rather than running a strict daycare-style schedule.
