Hi, I am Shao, a full time sitter , your pet’s temporary best friend. I provide reliable, loving pet care with a healthy dose of humor and a lot of homemade treats (approved by you, of course). I’ve cared for dogs who think they’re lap-sized, cats who think I don’t exist, and pets who need meds, patience, or extra snuggles. I believe in sticking to routines, sending lots of photo updates, and making sure your pet feels safe and happy while you’re away. Walks are tailored, playtime is enthusiastic, and naps are mandatory—for both of us. Your pet will be well-cared-for, well-loved, and possibly convinced I’m part of the family. In 2013, our family adopted a 3-month-old Pomeranian puppy who quickly became the center of our world. We shared ten joyful years filled with laughter, cuddles, and plenty of unforgettable moments. He truly brightened our lives, and I loved him more than anything. Though we said goodbye in 2023, I know he lived a full, happy life—and he left me with a lifelong love for dogs and a lot of practice spoiling them. I live just three blocks from a wonderful park featuring a gated basketball court, a kids’ playground, and a wide open grassy field that’s perfect for walks, playtime, and serious sniffing adventures. Your pup will have plenty of space to stretch their legs, explore, and enjoy the outdoors—while being cared for with patience, affection, and a whole lot of heart. Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I love helping you feel confident and at ease while you’re away. My goal is to establish a long term relationship with you whenever you need some extra support. I promise to love your furry friends as my own. My goal is to make their stay fun, safe, and stress-free. Your pet will be safe, loved, and slightly spoiled.

Our dog had a wonderful stay with Shao! She was incredibly responsive and sent us lots of pictures and updates throughout the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. Shao was also extremely patient and understanding with our dog, especially as she can be a little nervous at first. It was clear that Shao gave her lots of attention and care. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! We will continue to book with her in the future and would highly recommend Shao to others.
Another fantastic experience! This is a repeat booking for us, and Shao was perfectly on time, sent lots of pictures, and took such good care of my dogs just like before. It is a huge relief knowing I have a go-to sitter I can always trust!
Shao is an amazing dog sitter. The most attentive dog sitter we’ve ever had! She constantly sent us updates and super cute pictures/videos of our dog, and we could tell our dog loved being at her place. Would highly recommend and we’ll definitely be reaching out to Shao again. I know our dog misses her place!
Shao has been really great with my dog Kona. She is very communicative and sends a lot of updates throughout the day, which I’m very appreciative of. My dog can anxious in new settings but Shao does a great job calming him down. I’ve booked with her twice already and will continue to book with her in the future.
Shao was a caring, attentive, and wonderful pet sitter for my puppy. She put me at ease with frequent messages, pictures, and videos of my dog. If she was concerned about something she promptly communicated it with me. Overall my puppy really enjoyed having shao as her dog sitter. I would recommend her highly and would book her again.
She was really sweet with Foxy. We had great communication the whole time, and even though I didn’t get to meet her in person, she made me feel completely comfortable and confident that Foxy was in great hands. Foxy seemed really happy and excited when she came back from her walk, which I could see on the camera! I would definitely love to have her help walk Foxy again whenever I’m out of town. Thank you again! I really appreciate how kind and caring you were with Foxy.

Schedule
Because I am a full time pet sitter, pet care is a big part of my everyday life. My husband would help me when he works from home. I start the morning with potty breaks and a walk, then plan my day around each pet’s needs—feeding times, playtime, enrichment activities, and cuddles. I’m home often, so pets get consistent supervision and companionship. Weekends are also free for longer walks, or more outdoor time.

I have a fenced yard and plenty of indoor running space. Pets in my care enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable space. I’m attentive, follow routines closely, and always prioritize safety on walks and at home.
A typical day
A typical day with me is all about routine, comfort, and fun. We start with a morning potty break and an energizing walk. After breakfast, I make sure your pet has plenty of time to play, explore, or relax—whatever fits their personality. Throughout the day, we rotate between walks, enrichment games, cuddle breaks, and quiet rest time. In the evening, we wind down with another walk, dinner, and lots of cozy attention before bedtime. Your pet’s schedule will always follow their normal routine as closely as possible.
