“It was our first time using Rover and we were hesitant leaving our fur child with a stranger but when I met Cynthia and her husband Chi, i felt very comfortable and knew our dog was in good hands. Cynthia and Chi welcomed Saint in their lovely home with great backyard space where Saint was able to play with Cynthia’s super friendly golden retrievers. She sent us updates throughout the day which we appreciated and made us feel more at ease that Saint was really enjoying his time with Cynthia and her family. We will definitely be asking Cynthia to care for Saint whenever we’re out of town in the future! Thank you again, Cynthia (and family) this was truly a smooth and great experience!”

I was really nervous to leave our dog, especially since we were going out of the country for 6 days, but they made my husband and I completely worry free the whole time. We got updates multiple times a day and Dennis genuinely looked happy to be with them. Dennis is a really nervous dog but and when we picked him up I honestly think he was a little sad to be leaving their home. I would 1000% recommend them and will absolutely be requesting their services in the future!”

“Danny & Marco are awesome! We just left our puppy with them for 3.5 weeks while overseas and she had the absolute best time. They adore dogs and take exceptional care of their house guests, your dog will be treated so well in their home and have so much fun. They send tons of updates and pics and are always available if you have any questions. Cocoa had a ball, and was so happy when we went to pick her up. “We were so fortunate to find Augusto through rover.com shortly before we went on 10 day vacation ! We instantly felt comfortable when we first met them and felt that they were the right people to take care of our dogs for an extended period of time. Augusto and his wife took amazing care of our dogs Cody and Banksy while we’re gone . This was the first time we had left our dogs for such a long period of time and we were very comfortable with Augusto and his wife. They sent us pictures and videos every day, and provided daily updates on how they were doing. My husband was having a lot of anxiety about leaving them. However, he actually enjoyed his vacation, knowing that they were well taken care of by Augusto and his wife. We are very, very thankful to them and will use them again!!”

We have a fit bark that tracks our dogs activity and we could see how much attention and great walks she was getting while we were gone. Alicia also went above and beyond and washed our food bowl and sent it back cleaner than it arrived.”

He went on lots of long walks and was relaxed and happy when we arrived to pick him up which is always a sign that he had a good time. “I had a last-minute emergency cancellation from another sitter on Rover just 3 days before leaving on a trip. I came upon Velina through my search, and what a gift that was. I was hoping for someone who was trustworthy and communicative, had a safe home environment, would follow the pet instructions and be kind to my dog. Velina was more than 100% that person. I had true peace of mind that Licorice was in good hands. And when I experienced flight delays and could not make it back to SF on the day I expected, Velina was understanding and considerate. Licorice and I will look forward to booking a stay with Velina again for sure.”
