Adrian was so patient with my shy and sporadic pup. We did a 10 min meet and greet with each of his resident dogs up and down his block before letting them play in his backyard in order to help them acclimate. He was able to get them to calm down and chill together inside on individual dog beds. He also sent photos frequently which was really reassuring for my pup struggling with separation anxiety. Cynthia was amazing. Willow came over for a meet and greet for an upcoming boarding and she got to meet one of her sweet Golden’s. I immediately felt comfortable with Cynthia after the meetup and she even accommodated a last minute daycare that same time and took Willow for the rest of the day. She sent so many videos and pictures throughout the day and took her on a coastal walk with her other dogs. Willow came back happy and tired. Cynthia went above and beyond and we are so excited to have Willow stay with her and her family in the future!
My dog really enjoyed the day at Jayleen’s! In fact when I went to pick up, my dog was giving kisses to Jayern :) it was great! Jayern took the time and made the effort to do a proper meet and greet. Jayern explained what the day would be for the dogs, what are the ways in which the dogs are managed. The dogs get a lot of play time and outdoor time in the really big backyard. It is great!
My pup Hira spent a day with Varun. She seemed happy and relaxed. Varun and his fiancee were super pleasant and friendly. It was easy to book and they were flexible. We've had an amazing experience with Gordon and Allison. We have an anxious rescue pom with incontinence that's controlled via medication. She has to go potty more often than most pups due to her incontinence. We're always nervous about leaving her with other folks. When we did our initial meet and greet, Gordon shared their process with us and asked a lot of thoughtful questions to get to know us and Rose better. During her first few days and weeks with them, they paid close attention to her and shared details with us on how she was doing, which we truly appreciated. They're very easy going, communicative, and flexible. Rose has now been going to doggie daycare about twice a week (sometimes 3x) for a month and a half. She gets very excited to see Gordon, Allison, and family. She's never been this excited for doggie daycare or boarding. We're so happy that we've found someone who we can trust and who Rose truly enjoys being around. They truly care about Rose and it shows.
