About: I've been pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors since I was 10 years old and have experience caring for pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I'm also a Registered Veterinary Technician with over six years of experience in veterinary medicine. My background allows me to confidently care for senior pets, puppies and kittens, administer medications, recognize changes in a pet's health or behavior, and provide compassionate, low-stress care. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and well cared for while giving owners peace of mind. Pet care is something I truly enjoy and intentionally make time for in my daily routine. As a full-time student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide pets with the attention, exercise, playtime, and companionship they deserve. Whether it's sticking to their normal routine, giving medications, or simply spending quality time with them, I'm committed to making them feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. When caring for pets in your home, I do my best to keep their routine as consistent as possible to help them feel comfortable and secure. I'll follow your instructions closely regarding feeding, walks, medications, and any special needs. As a Registered Veterinary Technician, I'm trained to recognize changes in a pet's health or behavior and will keep you updated if I have any concerns. I treat every home with respect, keeping it clean, secure, and exactly as I found it, while making sure your pets receive the same love and attention I would give my own.

“Tina was terrific! She was very responsive and flexible, even accommodating our last minute request for an extra visit. We got photos and a summary of every visit. We will definitely request Tina for future visits!”

About: Cats have their own personalities, and I believe the best care comes from respecting their unique needs rather than expecting them to adjust to ours. I'm Pet CPR and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross, an Anthropology student at San Francisco State University, and a volunteer at the California Academy of Sciences. I provide a calm, stress-free environment where cats can feel safe and comfortable at their own pace. Whether your cat loves attention or prefers quiet companionship, I'll follow their routine carefully. I also provide gentle, attentive care for senior cats and keep you updated with photos and messages. 🐾
“So appreciated Simonee’s professionalism and warmth toward our elderly cat. Simonee was so communicative, like when our automatic feeder wasn’t working, and also helpful with rolling our trash bins out on garbage day. We really trust her and would highly recommend her.”

“Nessa was SO communicative and responsible. Hands-down the best sitter I’ve ever had for my three kitties. They can be a handful, but she befriended them and it comforted me so much that they were receiving love and care while we were gone. Thank you Nessa, I hope you can be my forever catsitter!!”

“Arillia was great. My cat was hesitant for the first day, but by day 3 they were getting a long easily. I felt very confident with Arillia and would absolutely work with her again.”

About: Raising two cats from kittens really shows you how different their personalities can be. I’ve had one that was totally self-sufficient and another that wouldn't leave my side for a second. You learn pretty quickly to respect their independence and adapt to their specific moods. Whether they’re acting like a shadow or just doing their own thing, it’s all about understanding their temperament and meeting them where they are. Every cat is an individual, and that's exactly what makes living with them so interesting.

“I recently just moved to the Bay Area and I had to take a trip shortly after, so I got in contact with Shailyng. One of my cats has had health issues in the past related to moving, so I was worried that this would be an issue again. Having Shailyng come over daily and give me an update on their health and wellbeing was a huge reassurance and relief during my trip. Even though they were hiding during their visits she would keep me updated very closely and even worked with my landlord to make sure they were okay.”

“This is the second time I’ve boarded my cat here, and Yuexin has been a wonderful cat sitter. She shares photos of my cat every day, and my cat always looks relaxed, happy, and very well cared for.”

“Erica took wonderful care of Bubbles! She was super kind, gentle and caring with him and we came back home to a happy kitty! I will definitely reach out to Erica again for future trips away from our Bubbles 😌”

“Marie Elenore was amazing with my pup, but also with me as I was running late for the scheduled time. 🐶🐾 Very accommodating. 👍😊 Crinkle definitely had a blast with her. 🎉🥳 Thank you! 🙏💖”

“Gordon & Allison watched our senior dog Doodle Bug for a few days. They were very understanding of his special needs as a 14 year old dog with joint problems, and we received regular updates on how Doodle Bug was doing with cute photos attached. We would happily trust Gordon and Allison with our beloved Doodle Bug again in the future.”

“Christopher was caring and attentive, he communicated with questions as he was hosting my dog, and filled in the rover card with photos which I appreciate. We'll use his services again!”

“We feel incredibly lucky to have found Renee and Christopher for Chewy’s daycare. They’re easy to work with, send frequent updates, and are clearly very thoughtful dog lovers — our senior dog Chewy seems so happy and comfortable in their home. Chewy often takes a while to warm up to new people, but they were quick to get a read on his personality and have made him feel at ease. When we go to drop him off he usually runs right in without looking back!”

“Irene loves dogs so much and is so attentive to dogs’ needs! She is so patient with dogs like mine that can be a little needy or a bit troublesome at times. She’s a great choice for watching all kinds of dogs but especially ones that need just a little bit more attention.”

“Tiffany is super communicative and flexible! Dallas seemed to enjoy his time staying with her and he seems tired out when we pick him up because she often walks him or takes him to the park. Would 100% recommend :)”

“I met Sheena for a meet n greet and must say that, unlike other Rover employees I have encountered, I was impressed with the time and interest she took in getting to know my dog. After meeting her, I felt extremely comfortable having her watch him and booked daycare. I just picked up my dog from "daycare" with her and he looked pretty happy. Sheena was communicative regarding questions that arose during his stay with her. She took 2 very cute pictures of him to add to my collection. I will ABSOLUTELY be booking Sheena again for daycare and boarding.”
“Cynthia and her family were the best. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. She sent us multiple pictures and videos throughout the day which made me feel at ease. I was so happy to see that Amaru had fun and enjoyed his stay. Will definitely book with Cynthia again and am so happy to find a new dog sitter for Amaru close to home. Thank you so much for everything!!”

About: I've owned dogs most of my life and currently have a young Boxer/Doberman mix named Ruby. Training, exercise, and structure are a big part of our daily routine, so I'm comfortable with energetic dogs, puppies, and reinforcing good habits. I pay attention to the details and treat every dog like they're my own. Pet care is already built into my day. My dog gets regular walks, playtime, and training sessions, so caring for another dog fits naturally into my routine. I work from home and can provide plenty of attention throughout the day. In my house I have fenced yard and have a lots of space for playing inside too. I only host one dog at a time so I can give your dog plenty of attention, and care. I try to keep things as close to your dog's normal routine as possible. I'll follow your instructions for feeding, exercise, medications, and sleeping arrangements, and I'll send updates so you know how things are going. My goal is to make your dog feel comfortable and make your time away stress-free.
“Karen and Jeff were great! They were very welcoming of Macey even though she's still a puppy. They seem to keep Macey active and engaged with walks and playtime. Their own dog seemed to accept Macey as the day went on. Macey napped and ate well there. They kept me informed with photos and notes. Macey and I both felt comfortable with Karen and Jeff.”

“Stephanie was reliable and communicative, providing regular updates and photos. Our Poppy had a wonderful time and was so well cared for. We’d definitely book with her again! Highly recommended!”

“Jay is wonderful with my Bambi. It was his first doggie daycare and he was very nervous. Bambi really enjoyed his time there, and while he is very friendly and sweet, he has some separation anxiety. His time being away from me and at Jay's day care has already helped with this issue. I know he will love to go back to see Jay and the other dogs in the future! Thank you!”

“Super sweet and accommodating. My vet canceled an appointment last min and they had availability at another location that day. She was able to drop him off and pick him up especially since I was going away for the weekend and really needed him to be see. By the vet. Pluto though enjoyed his stay and was very happy at pick up. She also communicated throughout the day which I loved! Will definitely be booking again!”

“Tyson absolutely loved his 1st day with Malcom. I felt 100% sure that Tyson was is good hands. Within 10 minutes he was cuddling with Malcom. ? We loved his beautiful, warm and welcoming home. We will be back :)”

About: *Please read under “A Typical Day” for more information on pack walks! I would love to have your pup join! 🐕🐩 ** Due to landlord’s request, I can only board dogs 40lbs and smaller. Our pup gets very anxious/scared of certain breeds, to ensure the safety of all dogs, I will no longer be able to board French Bulldogs, Pit Bulls, American Bullies, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Cane Corsos, Viszlas, Large Doodles and German Shepards** Apologies for any inconvenience this may bring. I have raised animals all my life- ranging from cats, dogs, fish, hamsters and even lizards! I own a 2 year old small mixed pup who makes a great playmate! I have volunteered for my local SPCA for several years and helped foster and trap feral kitties for a healthy future. I currently walk dogs and work part time at a dog hotel so I have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes, ages and needs. DROP OFF/PICK UP: Due to landlord's request, dogs must be dropped off no earlier than 7am and picked up no later than 10pm. I am very flexible if plans change and would be more than happy to accommodate to new changes in pickup/drop off times as long as they are in this time frame. If anything changes, please let me know at least a day before. I currently freelance and walk dogs part time, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pup! My dog, Rose, makes a great playmate/buddy if your dog has a lot of energy or can get anxious! I take the dogs out every 2-3 hours to ensure they have plenty of potty breaks, playtime and time to sniff! I have a large fenced in yard (photos provided) to ensure your dog has a lot of space to run around and explore. If your dog needs a morning and/or evening walk please let me know! COMPLEMENTARY BATH: Having taken my past dogs to boardings and working at a dog hotel, I understand how smelly/dirty some pups can get when they are having fun. Due to this, I happily offer complimentary baths for those stays that are 7 days or longer! If you dog has anxiety around baths, let me know, I would be happy to try for a wipe down and brushing as a substitution. SENIOR/DISABLED PUPS: I have a soft spot for my senior pups! Unfortunately due to past incidents, I can no longer take on dogs that are older than 12 years of age. I apologize for any inconvenience! If your dog is a senior or has mobility issues, please let me know prior to booking. The living part of my home is on the second floor so there are stairs. I am more than happy to carry and assist your pet if needed, just let me know! If your dog wears diapers or has trouble with their bladder, I am more than happy to have them wear diapers or put pee pads on the floor- please bring them. I do have some disposable ones just in case! I also have a pet stroller if your little guy likes to get fresh air and wants to go on walks with Rose! Currently, I work part time Friday-Sunday in the morning, so I have plenty of time to play with your pup! We will start our day by going in the backyard to get some exercise/ bathroom breaks. As soon as your pup gets back inside, I will prep their breakfast and separate them during feeding time. If you dog takes a morning walk, we will do so after around the quiet neighborhood. I take the dogs out every two/three hours or more if needed to ensure they get plenty of time outdoors! We love the beach! Your furry friend may be seen there on multiple occasions throughout their stay :) I have a large, double fenced backyard and monitor the dogs at all times when they are outside. Because some dogs can be food aggressive, I ALWAYS separate dogs during meal time.
“Kami was very professional. Took care of my 2 frenchies like a pro ( not easy to do ) and didn't mind when I came 1 hour later than what time was agreed on. I would definitely use her next time I'm in town”

About: I've loved dogs since I was a kid and had one for over 16 years. Puppies, adults, older ones, big, small I like them all! I am in between jobs so I have nothing better to do than take your dog on a walk (it would give us both something to do). Depends on the dog, if yours is outgoing it's easier to breakthrough. If they're a little shy I let them come to me and win them over with pets
About: I have cared for our family dog for 16 years through sickness and health, but I am also a trained Dog TLC volunteer with the Humane Society! I’m currently a student who works part-time at a library, so pet sitting on the weekends is a great way for me to boost my income while also having fun and getting my puppy love fix! I have no pets currently living in my home, and there is a fenced in backyard for pups to play in during the day. My house is also close to a dog park if your pet is comfortable in social environments! I have two housemates who also love animals, one man and one woman, who are generally away at work during the daytime but may occasionally be present while I am with your pup.
“Sabina has been an absolute blessing! Boris (my dog) loves Sabina and even knows she's arrived to pick him up before we did! And when they are done with the walk, he is tired. She is prompt, reliable, trustworthy and will update me of the status of the walk which is always comforting. She truly is a compassionate human being and I have never been more satisfied w/ any other dog walker I have used before. I don’t know what we would do without her!”

“My dog and I have been so happy we found Perry. Perry does an amazing job walking, playing and monitoring Ocean. Ocean has. a chronic GI condition and also wants to eat anything he can get to in the house or on walks. I've had a hard time finding someone who can really care for my dog. Perry Is extremely talented at looking out for things Ocean can get at. He also does an excellent job of redirecting If my dog starts having episodes of leash reactivity. It is evident Perry has strong training taking care of dogs. I appreciate that he listens carefully to what the plan is when he drops in and the thorough report and pictures. Best of all, my dog is really happy whenever he sees Perry. I am extremely comfortable knowing Perry can take great care of my mischievous and often sick dog.”

About: I’ve had been caring for dogs since I was 8 years old. I would take care of family friend’s pets for when they go out of country or state for vacations. My grandmother is who introduced me to dog sitting when she’d take care of her boss’s dogs for months on end sometimes. And I would help around to either fed, play, or walk them. I have my own dog he is a mini pinscher and is 5 years old his names Milo. I’ve had him since I was 16 years old! I take him out on hikes, walks, and beach trips. I am a student at San Francisco State. And I’ve recently quit my job at an afterschool program to focus on the last year of my degree. So I thought I’d pick up a job that goes around my school schedule. I love and care for all dogs I see. I treat them how I’d treat my own dog. With love and respect. I love spending time with fur babies anytime I can.
“Stephanie is one of the good ones. She made sure and took the time to have a meet and greet prior to the scheduled dates so she can learn our routine. She handled my 90lb boy like a champ. Thank you for giving him extra attention. Especially wiping his paws afterwards, you’re wonderful for that. We highly recommend Stephanie to take care of your pups. Will be rebooking in the future for sure.”

“Seng was awesome! She made time for a meet and greet and few days before our walks were scheduled to begin and asked all of the important questions to understand how to best care for our dog. She's very kind, upbeat and clearly loves pets. Our dog can be a weirdo with people sometimes but he very clearly loves Seng and she loves him too. She was great about sending photos and keeping us updated with each walk. I would highly recommend Seng to walk your dog!!”

I currently do gig work full time, which allows for full flexibility! I am able to work on a schedule or if my calendar allows, I am able to work on a flexible as needed basis depending on your pet's needs. I am all about details! If you have special instructions for the care of your pet, please know that I will follow them to the smallest detail. For drop-in visits, I make sure all doors and windows are closed as well as make sure the environment is safe for your furry family member. On walks, dogs and cats are leashed and supervised at all times. They are only off leash at your instruction. Please let me know if you have any questions.

“Arillia goes above and beyond when caring for Kaia! She gives her the right TLC to keep her connected and engaged, and is always able to create the best environment for her during their time together.”

“Jason has been the best with my little doggie. He is always reliable with her daily walks and provides lots of photos and updates on how she’s doing. He’s also flexible when I need to adjust her schedule. Highly recommend!”

“Gianna is punctual, reliable, and big dog friendly. She’s also very nice to work with and is developing a great rapport with our dog. I definitely recommend her.”

Currently I’m working a regular 9-5 and have plenty of time in the weekend. I would enjoy my weekends a lot more spending my time with fur babies. I enjoy playing around with both cats and dogs. Going on nice walks and sometimes on mini jogs around the parks or around the block.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently have a 6-year-old Burmese and Australian Shepherd mix, and over the years I’ve cared for four cats for more than 10 years combined. I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy working out, running, hiking, and spending quality time with animals. Long walks, play sessions, and providing both physical exercise and mental stimulation are some of my favorite ways to help pets stay happy and healthy. If your dog is energetic and requires extra activity, engagement, or attention, I’m more than happy to provide the level of care they need. I genuinely enjoy building connections with animals and treating them like family. I also created a social media account dedicated to my own dog, which reflects my love for capturing special moments and celebrating the joy pets bring into our lives. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your beloved companion, and I strive to provide attentive, reliable, and compassionate care for every pet I meet. During the week I work from 10 AM to about 6 PM Monday through Friday. Outside of those hours I am available from 7:30 AM to about 9 AM Monday through Friday. Then on the weekends I’m typically free starting as early as you need me and as late as you need me. I ensure that I maintain my litter for my cats clean consistently washing the litter boxes replacing the litter and showing that I’m scooping at least three times a day. I also feed my cats twice a day and ensure they have a mix of wet food and kibble. For my dog I typically always wake up early in the morning to take him on a long walk and then I typically provide my dog breakfast followed by a treat. I spent a lot of time next to him so I will pet him hug him give him attention simulation. I did ensure that after work when I come home that I walk him at least 30 minutes and ensure that I am checking in on him and feeding him no later than 6 PM every day and then going on another walk after dinner. On the weekends I typically tip my dog on longer walk so we’ll go out and walk for about an hour on Saturday and Sunday I’ll make sure that I keep him away from a high foot traffic area is just to avoid any potential dog interactions that we may not be fully confident in as we don’t know everyone’s pet care routine or nuanced behavior issues. I’m always attentive and patient.

“Sam is so lovely and was amazing with handling our energetic pup. Her husband also takes some amazing photos of our pup—giving us frequent updates about his activity.”

“10/10 experience with Julley! Our first time using Rover and we will definitely be using it again and hopefully rebooking Julley. Jack was very well cared for, played with, and comfortable. She provided daily updates and pics of Jack as well. Highly recommend Julley😊”

“Sin is a great sitter! Extremely communicative and checks in when needed. My pup can be on the skittish side yet she’s comfortable in Sin’s care. Definitely recommend Sin!”

“My dogs’ stay with Derrick was excellent in every way. He is caring, enthusiastic, and the dogs clearly loved him and his dog-perfect house/yard. He’s just as good to us humans, too. Five paws - strongly recommend!”

“Megan was great! We did a meet and greet before booking and I felt Bao was in great hands. She was super communicative about changing circumstances, which definitely made me feel more comfortable. I also loved the pictures she sent of Bao.”

“Molly and Stephen are the best! They sent me plenty of pictures. I was able to travel stress free knowing Duke was being cared for well. They were also super accommodating when my flight was delayed a few hours. Would highly recommend!”
“Lily was super great! Great communication and she updated with photos of Yuki during the entire stay, showcasing him chilling, him on walks, potty breaks, etc. She was super friendly off the bat and I highly recommend her and will use her services again in the future!”

“So happy Petunia got to stay with Kara and Val again. She always has a great time with them and we look forward each evening to getting little updates on her day. Can’t say enough good things (neither can she if she could talk)”

“Nancy took great care of our Marty boy! Kept us informed with messages and photos throughout his stay, thank you so much Nancy! One of the best Rover experiences we’ve had!”

“Yuyi and her daughter were so sweet with my kiddos. She’s very responsive and even sent pictures and provided check ins so I would know how their stay was coming along! Will definitely be back!”

“Shao did an amazing job watching my girls for a week. You can tell that she really cares about the dogs and sends lots of pictures and videos. Really made my dogs feel at home and her house and even sent them home with some homemade treats which they love. We’ll definitely be booking again!”

“Kami was so sweet and patient with Coby! Her and Matt were very attentive with him. Kami sent lots of updates. Coby is mischievous and can sometimes get into trouble so I really appreciated their patience with him!”

“Jillian was great with Lucy! Lucy can be a bit anxious and Jillian make her feel super welcome and kept us updated during our trip with photos. We’d definitely have Lucy stay with Jillian again in the future!”

“Wei and Ramon were great hosts for our 3yr young, energetic beagle - Bruno. We met Wei for meet & greet with their dog River and felt very comfortable in leaving Bruno with them. We were away for vacation in the East Coast for 2 weeks however it seemed like Bruno was enjoying more than us on his little vacation with Wei, Ramon and River. Wei was super responsive to messages and sent us pics/videos of Bruno everyday. :) Thank you Wei for everything, Bruno will definitely come to you guys again very soon. :)”
