Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently have a 6-year-old Burmese and Australian Shepherd mix, and over the years I’ve cared for four cats for more than 10 years combined. I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy working out, running, hiking, and spending quality time with animals. Long walks, play sessions, and providing both physical exercise and mental stimulation are some of my favorite ways to help pets stay happy and healthy. During the week I work from 10 AM to about 6 PM Monday through Friday. Outside of those hours I am available from 7:30 AM to about 9 AM Monday through Friday. Then on the weekends I’m typically free starting as early as you need me and as late as you need me. I ensure that I maintain my litter for my cats clean consistently washing the litter boxes replacing the litter and showing that I’m scooping at least three times a day. I also feed my cats twice a day and ensure they have a mix of wet food and kibble. For my dog I typically always wake up early in the morning to take him on a long walk and then I typically provide my dog breakfast followed by a treat. I spent a lot of time next to him so I will pet him hug him give him attention simulation. I did ensure that after work when I come home that I walk him at least 30 minutes and ensure that I am checking in on him and feeding him no later than 6 PM every day and then going on another walk after dinner. On the weekends I typically tip my dog on longer walk so we’ll go out and walk for about an hour on Saturday and Sunday I’ll make sure that I keep him away from a high foot traffic area is just to avoid any potential dog interactions that we may not be fully confident in as we don’t know everyone’s pet care routine or nuanced behavior issues. I’m always attentive and patient.

Our pup gets very anxious/scared of certain breeds, to ensure the safety of all dogs, I will no longer be able to board French Bulldogs, Pit Bulls, American Bullies, Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Cane Corsos, Viszlas, Large Doodles and German Shepards** Apologies for any inconvenience this may bring. I have raised animals all my life- ranging from cats, dogs, fish, hamsters and even lizards! I own a 2 year old small mixed pup who makes a great playmate! I have volunteered for my local SPCA for several years and helped foster and trap feral kitties for a healthy future. I currently walk dogs and work part time at a dog hotel so I have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes, ages and needs. DROP OFF/PICK UP: Due to landlord's request, dogs must be dropped off no earlier than 7am and picked up no later than 10pm. I am very flexible if plans change and would be more than happy to accommodate to new changes in pickup/drop off times as long as they are in this time frame. If anything changes, please let me know at least a day before. I currently freelance and walk dogs part time, so I will have plenty of time to play with your pup! My dog, Rose, makes a great playmate/buddy if your dog has a lot of energy or can get anxious! I take the dogs out every 2-3 hours to ensure they have plenty of potty breaks, playtime and time to sniff! I have a large fenced in yard (photos provided) to ensure your dog has a lot of space to run around and explore. If your dog needs a morning and/or evening walk please let me know! COMPLEMENTARY BATH: Having taken my past dogs to boardings and working at a dog hotel, I understand how smelly/dirty some pups can get when they are having fun. Due to this, I happily offer complimentary baths for those stays that are 7 days or longer! If you dog has anxiety around baths, let me know, I would be happy to try for a wipe down and brushing as a substitution. SENIOR/DISABLED PUPS: I have a soft spot for my senior pups! Unfortunately due to past incidents, I can no longer take on dogs that are older than 12 years of age. I apologize for any inconvenience! If your dog is a senior or has mobility issues, please let me know prior to booking. The living part of my home is on the second floor so there are stairs. I am more than happy to carry and assist your pet if needed, just let me know! If your dog wears diapers or has trouble with their bladder, I am more than happy to have them wear diapers or put pee pads on the floor- please bring them. I do have some disposable ones just in case! I also have a pet stroller if your little guy likes to get fresh air and wants to go on walks with Rose! Currently, I work part time Friday-Sunday in the morning, so I have plenty of time to play with your pup! We will start our day by going in the backyard to get some exercise/ bathroom breaks. As soon as your pup gets back inside, I will prep their breakfast and separate them during feeding time. If you dog takes a morning walk, we will do so after around the quiet neighborhood. I take the dogs out every two/three hours or more if needed to ensure they get plenty of time outdoors! We love the beach! Your furry friend may be seen there on multiple occasions throughout their stay :) I have a large, double fenced backyard and monitor the dogs at all times when they are outside. Because some dogs can be food aggressive, I ALWAYS separate dogs during meal time.

About: I have cared for our family dog for 16 years through sickness and health, but I am also a trained Dog TLC volunteer with the Humane Society! I’m currently a student who works part-time at a library, so pet sitting on the weekends is a great way for me to boost my income while also having fun and getting my puppy love fix! I have no pets currently living in my home, and there is a fenced in backyard for pups to play in during the day. My house is also close to a dog park if your pet is comfortable in social environments! I have two housemates who also love animals, one man and one woman, who are generally away at work during the daytime but may occasionally be present while I am with your pup.

He is 3 years old now . His breed is husky. I have watched him from born to almost 3 years old.I have a cat too his name is ginger. He is 4 years old now. About: Animals have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with pit bulls and chihuahuas and have over 12 years of hands-on experience caring for them. We still have our family pit bull, who has taught me so much about responsibility and patience. I’m also a huge cat lover and currently care for Panchito, my housemate’s cat, and my own cat, Bob, whom I adopted two years ago. I treat every pet like family and always make sure they receive plenty of love, attention, and proper care. I’m currently a part-time student, so my schedule is flexible and allows me to dedicate quality time to pet care. I have afternoon availability on weekdays and am also available on weekends. I enjoy spending time with animals and can provide them with the attention, exercise, and companionship they need while you’re away. At the moment, I offer pet care in my clients’ homes, where pets can stay in their familiar and comfortable environment. I make sure they receive plenty of attention, fresh food and water, walks (for dogs), playtime, litter box cleaning when needed, and lots of love and companionship. I also follow each owner’s instructions and routines carefully to help pets feel safe, happy, and well cared for while they’re away. Since I currently live in a smaller space, I’m not offering in-home boarding at this time.

“Henri had a great weekend at Paulina’s! She came out to greet us and then took the leash and introduced Henri to her home-he was so comfortable with her from the start. Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!”

About: I’ve been around dogs pretty much my whole life, whether it was my standard poodle as a young kid, my mini poodle as a teenager or, more recently, the senior dogs I’ve fostered or adopted from Muttville. Dogs have always been in good hands with me. Right now my wife and I have two dachshund chihuahua mixes we adopted at five and six. Our home is a dog home. They’re on the couch, on the bed and even under the covers (if they want to burrow). They’re in the mix and they’re loved. If your dog has medications, I’ve got it. If they have special needs or they’re older and need a slower pace, I have ample experience with that. I’m currently dedicating my time to taking care of pups, so your pup will have my undivided attention throughout the days and evenings. The max amount of time I’d leave your dog alone would be for four hours. I have two dogs of my own that I would keep separate from your dog to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. I have a fully fenced backyard with a couple of stairs. I also have pet stairs inside to help senior dogs get up on to the couch and bed

Even though he’s older, he still has plenty of energy, and they balanced his need for comfort and activity. They made sure he was cozy in his bed at night, let him enjoy their lovely backyard for breaks, and took him on a fun “sniff-rari” walk in the morning. When we picked him up, he looked happy, relaxed, and well cared-for. I really appreciate the thoughtful attention they gave him during his short stay!”

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats. I currently have a 6-year-old Burmese and Australian Shepherd mix, and over the years I’ve cared for four cats for more than 10 years combined. I lead an active lifestyle and enjoy working out, running, hiking, and spending quality time with animals. Long walks, play sessions, and providing both physical exercise and mental stimulation are some of my favorite ways to help pets stay happy and healthy. If your dog is energetic and requires extra activity, engagement, or attention, I’m more than happy to provide the level of care they need. I genuinely enjoy building connections with animals and treating them like family. I also created a social media account dedicated to my own dog, which reflects my love for capturing special moments and celebrating the joy pets bring into our lives. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your beloved companion, and I strive to provide attentive, reliable, and compassionate care for every pet I meet. During the week I work from 10 AM to about 6 PM Monday through Friday. Outside of those hours I am available from 7:30 AM to about 9 AM Monday through Friday. Then on the weekends I’m typically free starting as early as you need me and as late as you need me. I ensure that I maintain my litter for my cats clean consistently washing the litter boxes replacing the litter and showing that I’m scooping at least three times a day. I also feed my cats twice a day and ensure they have a mix of wet food and kibble. For my dog I typically always wake up early in the morning to take him on a long walk and then I typically provide my dog breakfast followed by a treat. I spent a lot of time next to him so I will pet him hug him give him attention simulation. I did ensure that after work when I come home that I walk him at least 30 minutes and ensure that I am checking in on him and feeding him no later than 6 PM every day and then going on another walk after dinner. On the weekends I typically tip my dog on longer walk so we’ll go out and walk for about an hour on Saturday and Sunday I’ll make sure that I keep him away from a high foot traffic area is just to avoid any potential dog interactions that we may not be fully confident in as we don’t know everyone’s pet care routine or nuanced behavior issues. I’m always attentive and patient.
