This is the second time Hillary took care of our cats and she did a great job once again! Right before our trip, one of our cats needed to take medicine and we couldn’t finish the regimen before leaving. Hillary was able to give our cat the pills when she visited which was a huge boon.
Aaron communicates in a timely manner, leaves thorough check-in updates through photos, and demonstrates a high-degree of care and responsibility. Most importantly, he is patient and respects cats’ space, not forcing an interaction while also taking the time to try and make my very shy cat feel comfortable. Aaron gets the job done, taking care of his food and litter area, never cutting corners on cleanliness. I also appreciate his flexibility when I had to make a last minute service change. Aaron’s level of care gives me 100% peace of mind when I’m away from my home and cat.
