“Anton is the best! He & his dog, Azul always keep my dog Iggy so busy he's exhausted when I pick him up. Thank you always for being such a great sitter. We will definitely book you again, so Iggy has a bunch of play dates with Azul ... and you of course!”

About: I’ve loved animals my whole life and grew up with dogs. Caring for pets is second nature to me, and I treat every dog like my own - safe, happy, and loved. I work remotely and will be able to take care of your beloved pup throughout the day. If I go anywhere, it’ll be for fewer than 3 hours and I’ll be sure to not leave them alone if they have separation anxiety. Before boarding, I’d like for us to meet in-person or through FaceTime so we both feel comfortable. I’d like to get a better understanding of your pup’s routine, personality, etc. and I will also send you updates throughout the day once daycare/boarding starts. I prefer to take care of one to two pups at a time. If there is another pup at the same time, I’ll be sure to let you know prior so we all feel comfortable.
“Anthony did a great job taking care of Simon! They went to a dog park and made dog treats together! He was also very flexible with dropoff and pickup.”

“Sony, was great! We had a last minute trip come up and she was very accommodating...especially when traffic held us up for hours and we only arrived back in the city past 11pm!”

“Luna was awesome! Our dog Leeloo seemed to have had a great time and wasn't even dying to come back home. We are glad she had such a good day and that we found someone nearby who can look after her.”

About: I grew up with dogs and feel very comfortable taking care of them. I don’t currently own one but I have a lot of flexibility and availability in my schedule to dog sit. I’m currently studying for an exam so can’t focus full-time on my business. Therefore, I have tons of availability right now and it’s easy to create my own schedule. I live walking distance from a park so one thing that is easy for me to do is dog walk in my neighborhood. I would also ensure to have all needed information from the owner if I am sitting at their home or any tips on their go-to parks in their neighborhood.
About: I have had cats and dogs in my home since before I was born. I grew up with a big golden doodle and 4 adopted cats, and I regularly pet-sit for my friends when they're in a pinch (little do they know I'd want them here anytime!) I'm working from home, so I have time and flexibility to give them attention. I like getting outside as much as I can, with hiking on the weekends plenty of strolls during the week. I have a dog park and a pet spa in my apartment building. There's also 2 dog parks within walking distance that I often go to.

San Francisco dog parents share their Rover experiences
It was our first time leaving our dogs with a sitter at their home. Randa took all the right steps to ensure that they were comfortable in a new environment; including accommodating a very curious puppy who gets into everything. She has a sweet pup of her own that welcomed Josie and Scooter for the evening. Randa sent a reassuring update that helped calm our first drop off nerves.

I was so glad to find Daniele’s Doggy Day Care. I just needed childcare while I got my hair done in the city. It looks like my Riley had a lot of fun with her little doggy and I appreciated her flexibility with timing since I wasn’t sure how long I would be. I will definitely use her again in the future!

Kira is a one of a kind rover sitter! She took top-tier care of my two little ones and I will definitely be contacting her for help with them in the future. She was extremely communicative, followed all instructions that I left and my little ones returned home so happy, clean, and safe. She updated me throughout the stay, was extremely professional and very kind. She is very good with dogs and I am very happy to have found her on Rover.

Tommy loves staying with Maria. She keeps him safe, comfortable, gives him lots of attention and cuddles, takes him on nice walks, and sends great updates and pictures. I can trust her to take care of him so I don’t have to worry when I’m at work! Maria is very professional and reliable.

Walden had the best time with Cecile! She was so kind and took care of him like he was her own. They went on a long walk and run by the water, which is his favorite place, and he even ate some of his food at daycare, which means he felt super comfortable there. I’d definitely recommend Cecile if you want your dog to come home happy, tired, and well cared for.

Victoria was absolutely amazing! She was willing to meet me extra early to get Hugo, and kept me updated throughout the day on how he was doing with plenty of notes, photos and videos. Hugo had a blast with her and her dog, and now he’s found a new playmate in the city! I would absolutely recommend Victoria to anyone as she is friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative throughout the visit.
