Mister President had amazing time with Derek, Solip and Stella. We met Derek and Stella to see if it was a good fit and they got along . I received cute pics and updates.Mister President looked happy and relaxed. They gave him lots of love and snuggles. I was extremely pleased with the care they provided. They are super sweet and thoughtful sitters. I highly recommend and will use them again for sure in the future
Milou came home safe, which we appreciate. However, communication was disappointing. When we asked for a photo of her, we were told there was a policy of providing updates no more than once every 24 hours and were given a detailed list of when previous updates had been sent down to the minute. We did receive daily photos, but many were hastily taken and only showed the back of Milou. When we asked for a few photos of her face because we missed her, we were told it was difficult since she moves around and rolls over for belly rubs, which was surprising as she’s usually very easy to photograph. When we raised concerns about the updates, the response focused on documenting when updates had been provided rather than addressing our concerns. They were willing to discuss the update schedule after we raised the issue. But overall, the communication felt defensive at times and seemed more focused on policy than on providing reassurance about our dog.
This is the second time leaving our doggy here, and Derek and Stella took great care of him! They are kind, punctual, communicative, and honorable, and I highly recommend them!

Prime location for play: Situated just a minute from Marina Green and Crissy Field, our clients' dogs are always a short walk away from a splendid dog playground. Fresh air and ample opportunities for play are guaranteed! Outdoor fun, indoor love: Our home is a cozy haven where we cherish every moment with our furry guests. Whether it's sunny or cloudy, we have plenty of space for playtime. We'll enjoy games, explore new scents around our neighborhood, and visit the nearby park for some exciting outdoor activities. Your dog will have a great time, getting both physical exercise and mental stimulation. Meet Lucy, your dog's new best friend: Lucy, our 2.5-year-old Jack-Rat Terrier rescue, is pure joy. Whether our client's dog is older or has special health needs, Lucy's gentle side will be there for them. With her around, our client's dog is sure to find a friendly playmate.
