“Christine is an amazing dog sitter! Her and her partner Aimee have built a safe and fun environment for the dogs in their care. My energetic pup had a blast at daycare with some great play buddies and came home tired and happy. I would highly recommend their services and will be booking again.”
5. Mai H.
“I met Mai through the Oakland Animal Services dog foster programs in 2023. She helped me foster a senior pittie who I eventually ended foster failing. I think he had more fun with Mai than he does with me😂 Since then, I've seen Mai foster and dog sit numerous dogs with different temperaments, medical needs, and energy levels. They always blossom in her care! Mai has her own sweet rescue pup named Nugget who gets along with all dogs❤️”

About: I’ve had the pleasure of training dogs of all energy levels, from laid-back pups to high-drive ones. There’s really no breed I can’t work with! While safety is always a top priority, we make sure to have fun along the way! As a Burner, I totally get the vibe. I’m around this holiday weekend in West Oakland—let’s connect! Longer-term is the easiest, but day sitting or walking works well. I work at home and have time to care for both dogs and cats, other pets welcome but sorry no pitbulls or agressive breeds. I have a fence yard, although I have an apartment. I like to bring the pets with me when I leave the house. But have the flexibility to focus on one pet. So no agressive bread, including no pitbulls.
16. Linda P.
“I've known Linda for many years. She grew up with a family dog - a german shepherd and i adored their relationship. Now, she is a pet parent of her own - responsible for the sweetest golden retriever you will meet, named Honey. Linda is a very routine-oriented person with a huge heart and a drive to go above and beyond in everything she does. She will make sure your dog is well cared for and that any unique instructions are followed. I've seen the way she nurtures Honey, ensures she has the right amount of exercise and rest. I also really love that the area that Linda lives at has plenty of grass and places to delight your pet's sniffing senses! I highly recommend Linda to be your pet sitter, especially if you're in the East Bay!”
17. Anthony A.
“I have a sensitive older dog, Lou, who loves Anthony and Nikita and is always happy to see them. I have left him with them several times and always get daily pics of them cuddling on the couch or at the park or on a walk. Lou can be moody, but I can always tell he’s been happy when I pick him up. My dog has a few sensitivities which A and N always let me know that they remember and not to worry (like having his paws touched and garden hoses, random I know). They definitely make a conscious effort to ask a lot of questions and make your babies feel as comfortable as possible during their stay😊”
18. Helen Z.
“My dog Bagel is a little anxious, but she had a great time at day care with Helen. Helen was very responsive and communicative, sending pictures and updates throughout the day.”
19. Antonia L.
About: I have always had family pets growing up. From hamsters to birds, to fish and rabbits … but my favorite pets have always been dogs! I am a ceramics teacher living in downtown Oakland with Milo, my 8 year old terrier mix. We usually start our days around 7:30 and have a nice walk around the lake. I enjoy being outdoors and try to take my dog with me as much as I can! If needed, I have space available to crate and/or plop a doggie bed. When I go to clients home, I treat the space as if it were my own. I currently teach in different location throughout the bay, mainly in weekends or afternoons during the week and am able to provide at least 3 walks for my dog. I live in an apartment and always make sure to leave windows closed before I leave. Im able to leave dogs crates if needed. I also will treat your home with care and responsibly during house sits!
20. Krystle T.
“Everytime I leave for an extended time I put my trust in Krystle to watch my dog. When I come back I think my dog is always sad she has to leave Krystle's place . I think she just wants to stay there permanently. I would highly recommend your pet stay with Krystle.”
