Hi there! I'm Michelle and besides being a dog owner (my buddy is a friendly little Cairn Terrier), I also have experience walking and dog sitting. Your dog will have fun with my little dog who just loves to hang out with other dogs and will have plenty of space to nap and relax! I'm based in Emeryville and am comfortable with dogs of all sizes. If your dog is up for it, Hazel and I go on daily long walks! Just tell me your dog's quirks and I'll take care of the rest! Why I love dog sitting I've had a dog since I was 16 - there's nothing like the warm feeling of having so much love and energy in the house! We love to have visiting dogs and have plenty of space to run around and play together. Dog sitting gives us the opportunity to enjoy the love dogs give to everyone! My experience administering medication Yes, as long as I am shown beforehand how to best administer. I’m comfortable with oral, topical, and intravenous medication.

Michelle took great care of my puppy!
Michelle has been boarding our dog Katsu for years and he always has a great time! Recently we adopted a second dog, and Maki and Katsu both got to spend a few days with Michelle for doggy day care. We always trust Michelle and her family to take good care of our dogs.
Everything was easy and efficient with Michelle, and she kept us supplied with pix of Ivy's stay. And our mellow pup came home as happy and snuggly as ever, so all was well.
Our pup loves Michelle, She’s great with him. she’s sends us regular updates when she’s watching him. She communicates well and is very flexible when co-ordinating pick up’s and drop offs . I’m so glad we found Michelle, I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to worry less about their pups and only focus on missing them when they drop them off with her :)

Michelle was wonderful to work with - communicative, flexible, responsive, and professional. She took great care of our dog, who is on the larger side and can be a handful. She was unfazed by his energy. I hope to work with Michelle again soon!

Schedule
My partner and I work from home and will be with your pet all day! We're available for pet drop off/pick-up from 8am to 9pm.

I'll follow your schedule to keep things structured and consistent for your pet. We'll keep the same food times, walks, and fun activities to burn off their energy. I'll be home with them all day so they'll have a safe place to play or sleep while you're away!

A typical day
Time I'll spend with your dog When I dog sit I work from home and am home all day. My husband who also loves dogs works from home. Your dog will have plenty of supervision and cuddle time. If your pup is up for it we'll go on long morning and afternoon walks. My dog Hazel LOVES to play and she'd love to have a buddy. If your dog is more of a couch potato they're welcome to sleep and rest on the couch or sunbathe on a dog bed. Extra house-sitting services - let me know and we can discuss!
