About: I have been a pet sitter for over 10 years! I work from home MWF and I have experience with a variety of cats and dogs. I have a small elderly dog, Mr Pickles, who enjoys spending time with other small dogs (but not large dogs or cats) so I am limiting my services to small dogs less than 25 lbs. I work from home MWF and have the flexibility to take dogs for walk several times a day (I current take my dog for about 4-5 walks a day). I live in a pet friendly building and neighborhood. I have experience with different dog personalities. Please communicate what your dog likes/doesn’t like and your routine and I can likely accommodate. I have a small dog onsite who enjoys other small dogs but is elderly and sleeps most nights of the time.

About: I grew up with three German Shepherds (Amber, Molly and Sassy) and one Labrador (Hector) in our family. I'm a confident and caring dog owner / dog sitter and have enough experience with my own dogs and looking after other peoples' dogs, to know if a dog would be a good fit in the local environments that we live, walk, play and sleep in. My work is project based and if I'm not away I'm working from home. My wife works from home on Thursday and Friday as well and we have a 2.5 year old German Shepherd / Chow (/probably a few other breeds) mix, called Millie, who loves people, other dogs, chasing squirrels and barking at skateboarders. Millie has a lot of energy and goes for sniff walks and walk walks at least three times a day. She's very good at communicating when she needs to go to the bathroom and gets plenty of outdoor time throughout the day in between naps. On days when I'm available I have the time to give dogs the love and attention they need or want. To watch them when they play together, to play with them, walk them, give them plenty of time for sniffs, relaxing, sleeping and to make sure they feel comfortable, safe and content. And of course, to keep you updated with photos and messages about how their day or night is going.

Tony and Elizabeth did a great job making Lionel feel at home. He appeared very comfortable with them and with Cookie and Miles as well, even though he can get nervous around bigger dogs. They took him to the dog park and provided plenty of pictures and updates of his stay. Would not hesitate to book again!
Alejandra was a great sitter for Vermilion! He is an excited puppy full of energy and it looked like he had a great time! Alejandra took pictures and when V wasn’t playing with toys and Nemo, he was following Alejandra around. He was a happy pup when I came to pick him up. Alexandra was a lifesaver! She was able to watch my two dogs last minute while I went out to dinner with my family, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Since I don’t live in Alameda, it was really important for me to find someone I felt completely comfortable with—and Alexandra exceeded all expectations. My girls came back happy and content, which tells me they received all the love and attention they deserve. Alexandra is super friendly, kind, and genuinely a good person. I only wish I had someone like her where I live. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone!
Teena was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Thomas. From the start, she was prompt, professional, and communicated clearly, which made the whole experience stress-free. She took Thomas on multiple walks and sent a detailed report about his day, which we really appreciated. Her dog, Adobe, is incredibly well-mannered and was such a positive influence. It was great for Thomas to have that socialization with such a calm, well-behaved dog. You can tell Teena genuinely cares about the dogs she watches. Thomas was happy, well-exercised, and clearly comfortable in her care. I would absolutely recommend Teena to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and caring dog sitter.
Nasreddine and her bf were friendly and efficient with the drop off and return! Both dogs only stayed a couple hours but seemed to enjoy their time with their hosts! Above all, Nasreddine was SO understanding, flexible, and accommodating. My dogs escaped that morning and it was a flurry of whether I needed to cancel or not. Luckily, they came back after their little adventure and Nasreddine was happy to watch them even after all the chaos. Thank yooou!!
Jason and his wife are some of the nicest people. They took good care of my pups during their stay. Kept me updated and very accommodating. I ran into some last minute work situations on the day of my pups' stay and was going to be late to our agreed and planned pick up time. Jason accommodated to my late arrival request and assured me the pups will be well taken care of in the extra hour. Will definitely come back should I ever need a sitter again!
