About: *I only board dogs from one home at a time* I love to jog around Lake Merritt, and I'd be happy to take your fur baby along for a run! I've cared for dogs and cats, healthy and sick, with very specific dietary restrictions and activity needs. I wish I could have my own pet, but since I travel pretty often, this is the next best thing. :-) I’m a Product Manager with a hybrid work schedule. Rest assured, I can easily get from work to home on in-office days for walks/drop-ins if needed. I also work at a dog friendly office. I am available most days for drop-ins 2x/day. On weekday evenings, I typically go on runs (with/without dogs!). Expect many photos of your fur baby while you're away! I'm happy to drop in to check on food, water, litter (for cats), and take your pup on walks. I am very detail oriented, so if you have very particular instructions regarding diet or preferences while outside, you can trust me to follow them. For boarding, I have bowls for water and food as well as doggy waste bags. You would need to provide their food, treats, toys, (litter for kitties), and anything else to make their stay more comfortable!
“Tamara was a wonderful dog sitter for our "puppy" Ace! Ace is a 8 month old, big, German Shepard who had only stayed with family members prior to his time with Tamara. He was a little shy at first but it was clear that Tamara understands how to work with dogs. Her dog Finn is a lovely dog who was also very welcoming to Ace. Ace had great fun playing with Finn and was content and exhausted at the end of each day. Ace looks forward to staying with Tamara again in the future!”

About: We are a husband and wife team with a combined 30 years of experience working with dogs. We have had the joy of caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, & personalities. For us, our job is simple. To make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and loved when you are away. Since my husband and I both work from home, our schedules are flexible. This means your dog will have constant companionship throughout the day. A typical day includes: Outdoor playtime at various parks, 3 dedicated walks, and lots of snuggles. We love sending a daily photo and updates, so you can see how much fun your furry family member is having. We live in a large 2,000 sq ft apartment with lots of room for your pet to roam. I was so nervous about leaving my puppy for the first time with someone new. All of my reservations evaporated when I met with Mary! We did a meet and greet before his first daycare sesh and he remembered her and was so delighted when I dropped him off. He didn’t even look back lol. Mary sent me lots of pics and notes about him throughout the day and I felt so at ease knowing he was with someone safe and nurturing. One of the most stressful parts about having a fur baby is finding quality care and I feel like the luckiest paw parent ever now that I’ve found Mary! I highly recommend her…and her doggo Murphy Brown is the cutest. 🐾

Ruthy did a fantastic job with Nova! She was extremely communicative all day. She was right on time to pick her up and drop her off and sent so many cute photos and videos of their day together. I have had poor experiences with leaving Nova in someone else's care in the past, so I was a little apprehensive, but Ruthy's updates put me so at ease. I know my little girl was in great, caring hands. I can't recommend her enough!
Kristen did an amazing job with Chummy who is naturally fearful of new people! She was patient and over the course of the day Chummy slowly warmed up to her. I was also worried Chummy might have accidents in the house due to anxiety and being in a new environment. However, Kristen naturally took her out every 2 hours which gave her plenty of potty breaks to avoid any incidents. I also appreciated the updates and pictures Kristen sent throughout the course of the day
Alejandra was amazing! We did a meet and greet beforehand that lasted about an hour, and she immediately made me feel comfortable. Poe is a total Velcro dog, so I was honestly really anxious about leaving him while I traveled for work. Knowing he would be with someone who works from home and had a rooftop dog park gave me so much peace of mind. She went above and beyond with updates and photos throughout the day, and it was obvious she genuinely cared about making sure Poe was happy and comfortable. Every time I picked him up, he was relaxed and happy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to leave Poe with Alejandra again!
Chrystal was very receptive and understanding of the needs for my old husky girl. Actually, she confirmed that my dog was very sweet with people, mainly herself and her family. Crystal was able to work and stay with my dog as I mentioned was desirable as my dog has had separation issues. It looks like my dog was taken very good care of and I appreciate it.
Nati watched Nora recently and took great care of her. She took Nora out on a few walks, and was thoughtful, communicative, and easy to coordinate with. The entire experience was easy and reassuring and I'll definitely be booking w/ her again for longer/overnight stays.
Sarah was wonderful with Bijou! He is a well-behaved dog but has a ton of energy, and it was clear that Sarah understood his personality perfectly. You could easily tell from the pictures she shared that he was having a blast. She took him on a couple of walks, and he came home completely happy and tired out from all the fun. I highly recommend Sarah for doggy day care and will definitely use her services again!
Amber helped me by watching my two little doggies for back to back 12 hour days! My sitter at my departure city fell through and I had to bring my doggies to the SF area, but had nonstop events where I couldn’t have the dogs. She was a life saver! She was super communicative and nice. A great experience.
