About: Hi! I’m a UC Berkeley student and a lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs! I’m a proud owner of a Ragdoll cat named Saki, and I previously helped raise a Border Collie. Through these experiences, I’ve become familiar with different pets’ personalities, daily routines, feeding, grooming, exercise, and playtime. Caring for a Border Collie taught me the importance of regular exercise, mental stimulation, patience, and positive interaction, especially with energetic and intelligent breeds. I also gained exposure to the Rover pet-sitting process through someone close to me who worked as a sitter on the platform. This helped me understand how important communication, reliability, and following each owner’s instructions are. I’m responsible, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I’m available for weekday and weekend visits, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings depending on availability. I also have reliable transportation, making it easy for me to travel to clients’ homes and accommodate different schedules. I’m happy to discuss your pet’s routine and find a schedule that works best for everyone! Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. Having raised both a Ragdoll cat and a Border Collie, I understand that different animals have different needs, energy levels, and personalities. For dog walks, I pay close attention to leash safety, traffic, weather conditions, and each dog’s comfort and behavior. I’m familiar with the importance of physical exercise and mental stimulation for active breeds. For cats, I respect their personal space, maintain a clean litter box, provide fresh food and water, and make sure they feel comfortable in their environment. When visiting a client’s home, I carefully follow all instructions, keep doors and windows secure, and respect the owner’s property and privacy. I also provide photo updates and communicate promptly if anything unusual happens. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owner is away!

About: I grew up with cats and dogs. I was taught to care for them with kindness and patience. I was taught how to bottle feed, clean litter boxes, make sure bowls are clean and play with all pets to make sure they get the attention they deserve I’m available weekends starting Thursday for home drop ins or walks. Thursdays and Friday after 5:30pm, and Saturday and Sunday all day work best for home drop ins and walks I’m very active and can do long walks or plays. I can also do drop-ins. My goal is to help you feel informed and reassured while giving your pet patient, attentive care that respects their personality, routine, and boundaries. My hands-on experience includes two and a half years caring for my rescued Chihuahua mix and two cats. I also volunteered socializing cats at a shelter when I was younger and, more recently, volunteered regularly at a farm animal sanctuary from April through October. There, I helped with feeding, fresh water, cleaning, preparing barns, and evening routines. I’m especially comfortable with cats and understand that building trust often means offering quiet company, respecting their space, and letting them choose when to interact. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to plan walks, drop-ins, and house sits around your pet’s routine. For new clients, I prefer at least three days’ notice so we have time to arrange a meet-and-greet and make sure we’re a good fit before confirming a booking. During house sits, I stay overnight but may leave during the day for other pet-care bookings, errands, and personal commitments. Before booking, we’ll discuss your pet’s usual schedule, potty-break needs, and how long they can comfortably be left alone, so you know what to expect. I take a careful, detail-oriented approach to caring for both your pets and your home. At our meet-and-greet, I’ll ask about feeding instructions, walking routines, behavior, triggers, household rules, and emergency contacts. I welcome detailed care notes and will follow the plan we agree on. On walks, I’ll stay aware of our surroundings, keep your dog leashed, and avoid unfamiliar dogs or greetings unless we’ve specifically discussed them. I pay attention to body language and give pets space when they show discomfort rather than pushing them into an interaction. In your home, I’ll be mindful of doors, gates, and escape risks, keep feeding and litter areas tidy, and respect your instructions about access to rooms and outdoor spaces. For cats, I’ll offer attention without forcing handling or disturbing them when they need space. I’ll keep you updated with photos and notes about how your pet is doing and communicate promptly if I notice a change in their behavior, appetite, or bathroom habits. My aim is to maintain the familiar care they’re used to while giving them patience and support during your time away.

About: I have cared for multi-pet households. I have experience feeding, brushing, changing litter, and administering medication. I love animals of all sorts. I am also good with them. I am good at reading their body language, and a lot of them gravitate towards me for whatever reason. They tend to be comfortable with my presence. I am between jobs at the moment, so that means I am somewhat more flexible to work around your schedule. I am a little bit busy with stuff in my personal life, and obviously I have boundaries about when I can and can't be at your home and how much work I want to take on, but the lack of structure in my life right now means we have more options for how I can show up for your pets. I am not in school either at the moment. I am not planning to have this be my only source of income, but for now I am flexible. I can't have pets come to my apartment; it is too small and I don't live on the bottom floor so it would be too much of a hassle to take them outside. I can only come to your home. I am very respectful of boundaries and property when I enter someone else's home. I will pay close attention to your instructions about how to care for your pets and any important other details I need to know. I am responsible and detail oriented, so you can trust me in your home and with your animals. I care that my clients feel secure with me being there while they are away.

I’m also a pet parent myself — my 1-year-old pup and 9-year-old cat are both incredibly friendly with people and other animals and absolutely love making new friends. About: I’ve taken care of family’s and friends’ pets anywhere from puppies to older dogs, and also larger dogs like huskies. I respect every household’s rules for caring for their pets, and ensure the pets are safe, healthy, and happy! Currently at home full-time, so very flexible and open to caring for your pets when you need a break or have travel / social engagements! I can keep a crate in my home and live right on Lake Merritt with a large grass pasture just across the street by the lake where I would take dogs to. Walking around the lake/grass is a fan favorite!
