I’ve utilized the Rover app since 2019 and I’m quite familiar with most Oakland/Berkeley neighborhoods. I didn’t have a car until recently and intend to invest in a rear seat hammock to expand the adventure zone!

I’ve admittedly only had cats - yes, plural - since moving to California 15 years ago. But my dang landlord won’t allow dogs, so I’ve settled. Luckily - or not - I was raised in rural Ohio and constantly surrounded by pooches - a gang of Labrador Retrievers and a lone Saint Bernard. These lovelies taught me loyalty, responsibility, and patience. ...Which I will bring to your home. I also managed a local coffee shop for (nearly) all 15 years in the Bay Area and recognize the value of accountability and organization. I look forward to meeting you and yours.

Shelly always takes great care of my cat Moose and sends the best pictures!
Shelly was great! We were anxious about using a service but she met with us ahead of time and put us at ease. She followed all instructions, sent plenty of pics and we came home to well cared for cats. Will definitely reach out to her the next time we need someone!
