About: My pet care experience includes looking after cats, dogs, fish, and hamsters. I'm happy to maintain litter boxes, take dogs on long walks and play fetch, spend time with cats, administer pills and medications to any animal (even if they are not excited about it), and provide pets and scritches whenever needed I'm currently working 8-4:30 with open availability every early morning, evening, and weekend from now until June 6! During the summers, my availability will be completely open! I am experienced caring for pets in other people's homes, but unfortunately not in my own because I have two rescued cats of my own. I love taking dogs on walks, feeding and spending time with cats, and looking after all types of animals in your home!
“Melina did such a great job drooping in and feeding my elderly cat, Momo. She was prompt with timing and sent lots of pictures and updates. I could tell that Momo really liked her 🥰 would definitely recommend Melina to anyone!!”

“Presley and Freya loved having Melissa take care of them! I arrived home from my trip yesterday with two pretty relaxed kitties, and a slew of new photos to add to my collection 😁 She was a great communicator, and left everything just as she found it.”

“Cyvanah was wonderful with my baby boi Hilo. I especially appreciated the multiple photos and summaries of each day from Cyvanah. It put my mind at ease and I looked forward to each update while away. She bonded with my kitton spectacularly and he was cuddling on her lap in no time. She has a way with cats and I would trust Cyvanah with any fur baby of mine. She is professional, punctual and a great communicator.”

I am a TV and Film producer and Art Director who has a deep love for working with animals. I have a flexible schedule that I control and have long standing pet sitting clients that I’ve had for years. I love the time that I get to spend with your animals and build my schedule around your individual pets needs. Spending time to bond with your animals is very important to me! Getting to know your pet’s personality and individual needs is my highest priority I like to spend as much time with them as they will allow me and also give them the space they need.
“Christine is wonderful. In the past, our kitty would hide under the bed while we we away. With Christine, she is waiting for her to come. Christine has lots of playtime and treats. She is interested in interacting with my kitty. She sends pictures! She is punctual, on time. I can trust she will follow through on the items discussed. Our kitty loves her and we are super happy to have found her. I highly recommend her services.”

About: I’ve grown up with cats and kittens my whole life and continued adopting them as an adult — animals have always been at the heart of my home! I’ve raised and trained a puppy from 8 weeks old, cared for up to 3 medium-sized dogs at a time, and have experience housing and caring for rabbits, birds, and reptiles too. 🐶🐱🐰🦜🐸🦎 Your pet will be welcomed into a warm, loving home where they’ll be treated like family! I’m also a pet parent myself — my 1-year-old pup and 9-year-old cat are both incredibly friendly with people and other animals and absolutely love making new friends. They’re always excited to welcome new furry guests! 🐕🐈 I believe pet sitting is so much more than just filling a food bowl twice a day — it’s about being real company for your pet. Surrounded by cozy blankets, their favorite toys from home, and plenty of love, your pet will feel comfortable and right at ease from the moment they arrive. I’m happy to provide multiple daily walks and plenty of undivided attention throughout the day!
About: I've had pitbulls for a majority of my life growing up since I was a baby, and currently own a 4 year-old XL American Bully and 12 year-old Imperial Shih Tzu since they were both puppies! I used to walk both daily, but my Shih Tzu recently went fully blind 6 months ago, so I mainly walk my bully only now and occasionally my shih tzu but in a bag 'cause he enjoys the feeling the air and smelling the scents! I have patience for anything, anyone and of any size. I've given medication too to pets so if that's needed, I can definitely do it ! :) just let me know how to care for your baby I currently work a part time only 20 hours a week, so I am available to dog sit, dog walk or give potty breaks. This fits perfectly in my schedule because one, I'm home other than at work and secondly, not really apart of the answer, I'm interested in pursuing animal care for schooling in the future as a possibility, so this would be a great learning opportunity for me to be around different breeds! Personally, with my shih tzu since he's blind, I help him maneuver most of the time by picking him up and also teaching him certain words and phrases so I know when he's hungry, thirsty or needs to use the restroom, I can just ask him and help guide him. I feed my dogs twice a day daily, morning and night and take my shih tzu to the restroom every 4 hours at least. I also walk my Bully and/or play with him everyday for an hour, and also change his water bowl 4 times a day.
“Laura was absolutely wonderful with my two cats, Tigger and Roo, while I was away for the weekend. Communication was clear with regular updates and photos that let me know my cats were happy and well cared for. Tigger can be a little shy with new people, but he warmed up quickly. Roo loved the extra playtime and attention, and it was obvious they both felt comfortable and safe. I came home to two relaxed, content cats and everything in perfect order. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again and highly recommend laura to anyone looking for a thoughtful, dependable sitter.”

“Chloe is a fantastic sitter. She’s responsible, responsive and flexible. She watched our 3 cats for two and a half weeks, sent daily updates with photos. She also gave daily oral and ear meds. Can’t recommend her enough!”

“Cynthia did two drop visits in one day with my sweet Edwyn pup. She kept me updated each step of the way and left my keys in the proper spot. I especially appreciated her photos and walk summaries. Thank you, Cynthia!”

“Jessica was communicative and friendly! I have one scaredy cat with special needs, & she handled him wonderfully. Both of my kitties were happy and well-taken care of while I was away. Knowing that Jessica was watching my pets helped me feel comfortable & relaxed. Will certainly book again!”

“Fuliang did a great job. I felt my cat Alba was well cared for. I got a nice detailed report on the last day. Could have used a picture of my cat everyday but otherwise I am a very satisfied customer and will use this sitter again for my pet sitting needs.”

About: I was a dog walker in Philadelphia for a year, and I grew up with dogs of all sizes, from miniature schnauzers to great danes. I also worked as a kennel assistant at a veterinary hospital for 4 years, caring for dogs and administering meds, and at a wildlife rehabilitation center for 2 years. Additionally, I used to be a wildlife biologist, but switched careers; now I'm an environmental journalist. I'm also a big-time runner, and would be happy to take your dog out on awesome running adventures or walks on lovely trails across this beautiful city.

About: I have had and cared for pets since childhood, rescuing (literally from the streets) a lovely pitbull named Olive when I lived in Philadelphia. Moved to CA in May 2026 from East Coast. I recently moved to CA to support my wife’s new job in SF. I have a fully open schedule at the moment and with a love of animals I thought that this would be a better way to learn and love my new community than digging through online job ads. I am willing to sit, play, walk, feed and care for your pets as needed. I’m an active (formerly collegiate) runner and can go as fast or slowly as your pet needs. I have reliable transportation and experience in pet first aid as I recently completed my tenure as an Emergency Manager with the American Red Cross.
“Cindy & Cesar has completed 3 drop in visits for my senior dogs. It’s not easy to find sitters willing to do drop ins at night, but I found a lovely couple to look after my pups after hours. My dogs got the potty breaks they needed & cuddles & treats after. We appreciate you both ☺️”
Clinton pet parents share their Rover experiences
My two cats had a wonderful time with Cathy. She played with them and gave them lots of petting. Both of my fur babies were happy and content when I got home. That was just priceless for me - that they were happy and content while I was away. Thank you Cathy!
