I've been taking care of friends' pets for the last three years, and am also devoted to my senior cat, Yoda. I am organized and communicative, and I enjoy taking care of senior pets. Being a supportive and thoughtful pet caregiver is such a pleasure for me! I learned Pet First Aid and CPR through the American Red Cross and both Yoda and I have been trained in pet assisted therapy through the Peninsula Humane Society and Mission Hospice. Prior to our time together, I will learn about your pet's personality, routine, medications, and special needs, and ensure all guidelines of care are followed while your pets are in my care. In addition, I send you photos and/or videos to keep you updated. I am available for housesitting requests with advanced notice. I treat your home with respect and thorough care. Shanley is amazing! Our cats adore her and we always look forward to the photos from each visit. Incredibly thorough in communication & makes sure the house remains tidy.
Shanley was amazing - very responsive, super kind, and helpful with our elderly cat. There were a couple of medications that she had to give our cat (including 2 pills), and she managed them very well. Her notes and pictures were terrific and it kept us connected to our cat while we were away. Cannot recommend any more highly!

I work from home and my schedule is flexible enough that I can accommodate most client requests for pet care with a three-day advanced notice.

I have a fully fenced yard and can accommodate 1-2 pets in my home. My home is clean, organized, and the yard is spacious enough to accommodate running and play.

I believe in regular play for mental and physical pet wellness. Fetch, walks, and all forms of play specific to your pets needs are essential.
