While cat or dog sitting in a client’s house I act the way I would want someone to act in my home while pet sitting. The pet is my number one concern. I ensure they feel loved and cared for while you’re away. I adapt to the pet’s personality and behavior to help them feel as comfortable as possible. I’m pretty good at making pet friends. Also, I keep the house tidy, do dishes, clean up after the pets, and I’m respectful of your privacy.

A typical day
I love to learn about your dog or cat in order to meet their physical and mental needs. I’m all about taking them for walks to smell all of the smells, playing fetch or other games, and lots of pets and belly rubs (if they like that).

Pet care experience
I'm available for cat-sitting and visits or dog-sitting and walks. I've been an animal lover from a very young age. I can't imagine not having pets in my life. I have volunteered with the Berkeley-East Bay Humane Society for four years. Also, I was a foster for Cat Town in Oakland for over a year. I've cared for other cats or dogs on a short-term basis as needed. My current job allows me the freedom to begin pet sitting again. So here I am, excited to meet your fur babies. 😊 I've had pets throughout my life. I think of them as beloved family members. I'm currently a part-time content editor working from home, which allows me the flexibility to care for your cat or dog. I'd love to hear about your pet and your needs. PS - I'm the proud mama of Stevie the cat (better known as Diva)
