I even had an unexpected issue getting home in time and Adam was willing and able to help cover for a couple extra days! About: I’ve loved animals since childhood and have over 10 years of experience in pet care. I approach pets with both confidence and affection. I enjoy getting to know the unique personalities and helping them feel safe and loved. In addition to caring for other people’s pets I’ve had many of my own Including three cats and seven dogs ranging in age from six weeks to 14 years old. I’ve trained and walked dogs of all sizes from Chihuahuas to bull breeds in the neighborhoods and along nature trails. I’ve also taken dog training classes and have volunteered at the Oakland SPCA. About: Leaving your pet with someone new takes trust. My goal is to help you feel informed and reassured while giving your pet patient, attentive care that respects their personality, routine, and boundaries. My hands-on experience includes two and a half years caring for my rescued Chihuahua mix and two cats. I also volunteered socializing cats at a shelter when I was younger and, more recently, volunteered regularly at a farm animal sanctuary from April through October. There, I helped with feeding, fresh water, cleaning, preparing barns, and evening routines. I’m especially comfortable with cats and understand that building trust often means offering quiet company, respecting their space, and letting them choose when to interact. Caring for my own sensitive, reactive small dog has also taught me to watch body language closely, stay aware of my surroundings, and create distance from situations that make him uncomfortable. I treat every pet as an individual. Whether they enjoy sniff-filled walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone nearby, I take time to learn what helps them feel comfortable. I let them set the pace for affection and interaction rather than forcing a connection. I’ve been vegan for seven years as part of my personal commitment to animal welfare. That commitment includes respecting each pet’s dietary needs—I’m comfortable handling meat-based food and following their established feeding routine. You can expect clear communication, thoughtful updates, and photos while you’re away. I’d love to meet you and your pets and learn what helps them feel safe, understood, and cared for. I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to plan walks, drop-ins, and house sits around your pet’s routine. For new clients, I prefer at least three days’ notice so we have time to arrange a meet-and-greet and make sure we’re a good fit before confirming a booking. During house sits, I stay overnight but may leave during the day for other pet-care bookings, errands, and personal commitments. Before booking, we’ll discuss your pet’s usual schedule, potty-break needs, and how long they can comfortably be left alone, so you know what to expect. I take a careful, detail-oriented approach to caring for both your pets and your home. At our meet-and-greet, I’ll ask about feeding instructions, walking routines, behavior, triggers, household rules, and emergency contacts. I welcome detailed care notes and will follow the plan we agree on. On walks, I’ll stay aware of our surroundings, keep your dog leashed, and avoid unfamiliar dogs or greetings unless we’ve specifically discussed them. I pay attention to body language and give pets space when they show discomfort rather than pushing them into an interaction. In your home, I’ll be mindful of doors, gates, and escape risks, keep feeding and litter areas tidy, and respect your instructions about access to rooms and outdoor spaces. For cats, I’ll offer attention without forcing handling or disturbing them when they need space. I’ll keep you updated with photos and notes about how your pet is doing and communicate promptly if I notice a change in their behavior, appetite, or bathroom habits. My aim is to maintain the familiar care they’re used to while giving them patience and support during your time away.

About: Your dog gets more than a walk with me. They get personalized care, attention, and a walker you can trust. I've grown up with dogs my whole life and have watched dogs for others for a very long time as well. My daily routine is very active, and pet care fits naturally into my schedule. I spend a lot of my time walkiing, running, and working out so I'm use to staying outdoors and staying on the move. I have a flexible schedule and plenty availability for walks, drop-ins, and playtime throughout my day. I have a fenced yard and a crate if needed but going on a walks, runs, to a park or staying at a clients house is preferred.

About: I've cared for pets my whole life and can’t imagine a home without them! I currently have a pitbull and a dachshund, and I’ve always had cats too. I believe every animal deserves respect, patience, and understanding. I’m great at reading animal body language, respecting their boundaries, and making them feel safe and happy. I use lots of positive reinforcement—like treats you approve of—to build trust and comfort. I also have experience safely administering medications, whether it's pills, liquids, or topical treatments. If needed, I can gently and safely correct bad behavior to help reinforce good habits. Your pets will be treated like family. :) I recently lost my job due to federal cuts, so I'm available all week days! Please let me know your schedule and we can try to find something that works. Walks aren’t something I rush through—I’m happy to let your dog sniff, explore, get some exercise and enjoy being outside. I’m dependable, attentive and comfortable following your dog’s particular routine, whether that means a brisk walk, a leisurely neighborhood sniffari, playtime or just some extra company and affection. I’ll treat your pup like one of my own—even though I’m still waiting for one of my own! My schedule is currently very flexible, which means I can accommodate weekday and weekend visits and walks, including daytime hours when many people are at work. I’m happy to work around your pet’s established routine and give them the time and attention they’re accustomed to. I know that trusting someone with your pet—and access to your home—is a big deal. About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and genuinely love caring for them. I have a 8 year old Miniature Pinscher, Norman, who has taught me a lot about patience, routines, and making dogs feel safe and comfortable in their own way. (I don’t have him with me full time) I’m comfortable with dogs of different personalities and energy levels, and I’m happy to follow your pup’s usual routine, whether that means long walks, playtime, plenty of cuddles, or simply keeping them company. I’ll treat your dog like my own and keep you updated while you’re away. I am home in the morning and evenings on the weekdays. I am free to take your pets out on walks every couple hours or as needed. I prioritize safety and trust by maintaining a clean, secure environment for pets. My job requires me a peculiar freedom to have a flexible schedule. I am morning person and love going in evening strolls regardless of sorting setting. In my home, I create a fun and safe space for pets, with cozy spots to relax, play, and eat. They get fresh water, regular walks, and all the love and attention they could ask for! I stick to their routine to keep them happy and stress-free. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I make sure they feel right at home, following their usual routine. About: I've been dog sitting and cat sitting for a couple years now and I really love it. I have experience with kittens, adult cats, and senior cats. Also, I have experience with adult dogs, senior dogs, and a dog with Epilepsy and medication requirements. I currently work part-time. Depending on what your best friend needs, I will structure around that. Usually, for house sitting I do morning and nights, but I understand that each situation requires something different. My cat is an inside cat, she is fed twice a day. My dog he is medicated and fed twice daily, as well as walked twice daily. I have cared for elderly dogs who live almost completely inside. Again, I am adaptable to the needs of your pet.
